Marietta Smile Gallery

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Marietta Smiles Gallery! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They were able to get me in the same day for my appointment, which I really appreciated. I had a cleaning and composite bonding done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team took their time, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Aneeya. Aneeya went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making my experience a great one. Aneeya answered all of my questions, made me feel at ease, and her positive attitude really stood out. Customer service like Aneeya’s is hard to find, and she deserves to be recognized for how well she takes care of patients. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly values its patients and delivers outstanding care, I highly recommend Marietta Smiles Gallery. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to work with Aneeya again. Thank you to the team for making my visit such a positive experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a pleasant experience from beginning to end! I started my appointment with the assistant Leah who was very efficient and calming. Experiencia fantástica: The Smile Gallery is an amazing place to take care of your oral health! Dr. Thomas and his entire staff are simply outstanding. I’ve been to other dental providers where I brought up concerns that were never addressed. During my visit with Dr. Thomas, he actually identified one of those concerns without me even mentioning it and immediately created a plan to address it. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of provider he is. Dr. Thomas is gentle, meticulous, detail-oriented, and truly cares about his patients. You can tell he takes pride in providing exceptional care rather than just treating teeth. Needless to say, this practice is a 10/10. I highly recommend The Smile Gallery to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely listens, cares, and delivers outstanding care.

Dr. Thomas and the staff were super welcoming and allowed me to feel relaxed during my appointment. They were efficient, quick, and also took the time to show me my x-rays, providing helpful insight into what was going on with my teeth. Thank you so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an awful experience with my last dentist which in turn caused me to neglect my dental care. I googled dentist who were in my network and decided to try Marietta Smile Gallery. Visiting a new dentist/doctor can be nerve wracking. The front office greeted me promptly. The tech and hygienist were also great. When Dr. Thomas came into the treatment room I felt reassured I selected the perfect dentist. Anyone who has a dentist phobia would love him. He has a very calm and mild mannered way. I have found my forever dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: This was probably one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in a long time. It was very welcoming. I can tell they care and value their patients a lot. It felt so good walking into an office seeing people that look like me. I only came for my X-rays exams so far the doctor told me everything I needed he was very gentle, nice and he explain everything to me and told me why it was necessary. Its not easy coming across people like that especially being young some people try to belittle you and get over on you at these practices..overall I love everyone’s energy there and the atmosphere! Super clean office! I will be definitely be back and recommend it to others looking for a dentist! Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Today, I went to Marietta Smile Gallery to have a cleaning. My experience with the dental hygienist was enjoyable and pleasant. The hygienist asked important questions about the care of my teeth, she made recommendations that will improve the health of my teeth, she explained every step she took, she took my blood pressure and temperature which past hygienists never did before, she reviewed what medications I’m taking, reviewed my x-rays, and asked if I had any questions. She was very gentle during the entire cleaning. I look forward to my next cleaning!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience here, staff are friendly, especially the clinical staff. Dr. Thomas has very calming voice so it really helps those people like me who has high anxiety level when it comes to any type of dental procedure. My favorite staff is the dental hygienist Ms Lia, you can tell she’s very knowledgeable and explains every single step she does. I really appreciate that.

Experiencia positiva: Great dentist. Worst checkout assistant. Upon checking out, there was a darker-toned lady who yelled my PHI out twice. That is an open area so the situation could have been humiliating.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience I had at MSG. Dr. Thomas is great at what he does. I had to get a filling and let me just start off by saying I did not feel the shot! The staff is amazing the music is a whole vibe. I would be sending my family and friends this way!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great first experience at Marietta Smile Gallery! The front staff were very welcoming and the hygienist and assistants were awesome! Dr. Thomas is a very down to earth doctor and I will definitely be returning!

Experiencia fantástica: As a first-time patient, the service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Dr. Thomas thoroughly went over my procedure and was very attentive to my comfort. I would highly recommend taking a visit.

Experiencia negativa: Not happy with the fact that I was told that I need 9 filling and on the last one after drilling all the way down, doctor mentioned we can do a filling it needs root canal. He just put a temporary filling and am under pain. Now I need to find a appointment somewhere else to get my root canal done and until then I have to be under pain. I had no pain before the this. I went to replace my crown to get into this clinic on the first place, didn't researching a lot about it as it was just a crown replacement. Would never suggest this place to anyone unless you are going there for cleaning or something very basic Updates: Jan 18th 2024 I like the audacity to manipulate the google reviews by saying I am confusing with the wrong clinic. The clinic initially had a different reply and now after 3 months they came back and edited the reply

Experiencia negativa: Where do I begin. It's been over a year since I went to this place and paid money for a bottom dental partial. After paying for the partial I was unable to wear it due to the ill fitting. I ended up with a total of 3 partials and was unable wear either one of them due to ill fitting ,and on top of that the doctor there recommend a filling for 1 of my tooth 1 month after a painful experience with the filling the doctor tells me I needed a root canal, which was very costly and in the end did not work. I have nothing to show for the hundreds of dollars I spent at this place. I'm waiting for an appointment to have the tooth that was filled/root canal ,extracted! Out of all the money spent there my balance of $143.00 was cleared by the owner. This was after I complained about the poor service/treatment I received. Beware!

Experiencia fantástica: Smile Gallery is a phenomenal office that provides exceptional service and a pleasant atmosphere. The team from reception, to dental hygienists did an amazing job at making me feel extremely comfortable despite my past disdain for dentistry and needles. They all were very informative of the care I’d be receiving and Dr. Thomas was very patient with all of my questions. I’ve never in my life experienced the gentle touch that Dr. Thomas provided. Smile Gallery has overall changed my perspective on going to the dentist and they will definitely be my teeth care providers from now on ! I will be recommending to all my friends and family ! If you also have a low pain tolerance, this is a safe space for you .

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere wasn’t just aesthetically pleasing to the eye, it was comforting and I didn’t feel like I was in a traditional dentistry. Shanta and TeAnna were super welcoming at check-in. I highly recommend this place if you have low pain tolerance. Dr.Thomas and his assistant Amiyah were very gentle, patient and reassuring. They made sure I knew exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. My procedure didn’t feel rushed or burdensome. I appreciate them genuinely being happy to help me and I’m happy I chose this place❤️.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to schedule a next day appointment after breaking my tooth and exposing a nerve. When I called to confirm my appointment, I was given advice on what to immediately do until I was able to come into the office the next day. Thank you for that because I was in severe pain. When I came into the office, everyone provided great service. It’s been so hard to find a trusted Dentist since I moved from up North - and I’ve been here for some years. I can now say that I have found a Dentist who I trust to take care of my teeth - a long road ahead. Thanks Dr. Thomas and your entire staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for my appointment and was greeted by Teanna (such a doll) and she made me feel so comfortable from the start. I mean who really likes going to the dentist, right?! My visit was good and at the end she took extra time to explain the necessary procedures I needed and why. She explained everything to me so I could understand why I needed the work the Doctor recommended. I was completely comfortable then and booked my appointment. I was glad I did after I left because who wants to loose their teeth by fear and prolonging necessary work. I was glad I chose such a great office where they have someone who will go over and beyond to make it make since to people who don’t know all the dental lingo. Thank you again Teanna!

He explained everything he was doing in real time, which I appreciated. He made sure I didn't feel any pain.
