Experiencia fantástica: Never a disappointing experience here. Everyone from the front office team, Hygenist, Dental Assistant, and Doctor here is an A+ Team. Been going here for 10 years and won't go anywhere else unless Doctor Salatino retires or sells his practice. They treat you like family and genuinely care about your oral health.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands of an Angel Five Stars Doesn’t Feel Like Enough! Going to the dentist has always been a battle for me, and like many people, I put off care for way too long due to severe dental anxiety. Finding Healthy Smiles of East Cobb has completely turned that around for me; they have truly helped me change my habits and helped to make my oral health a top priority again. Dr. Jeffrey Salatino is hands-down an outstanding dentist. He recently completed multiple fillings for me and did something remarkable: he managed to save TWO of my teeth that I thought were guaranteed to need root canals. His skill and approach are top-tier. The entire support team at Healthy Smiles is exceptional: ⭐ Ami, my Dental Hygienist, was incredibly gentle and thorough, making sure I was completely at ease the whole time. ⭐ Alexis, my Dental Assistant, was right there every step of the way, from keeping me comfortable and ensuring every procedure was completely painless to effortlessly scheduling all of my follow-up appointments. If you struggle with dental anxiety or have been holding off on getting work done, look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Salatino and his incredible team to anyone searching for a true "dental home" and welcoming, 5-star care!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved everything about this dental office and I'm very picky. Everyone was nice, professional, and did a great job. I wasn't happy where I was going and am so glad I switched. I'm going to have my husband start going here as well. UPDATE: Visit #2 was just as great as the first visit. My coworker also had an appointment and was very happy with the dentist and staff. I may be sending over another new patient to them as well. I highly recommend. Still love them after more visits. I highly recommend. 04-23-26: Went in with a tooth ache and received the best care. Very thorough. Dr Salatino and the staff are great.

The friendly staff is amazing, and they keep up with my account and insurance and have actually saved me money. Hygienists are talented, patient, and kind. I feel so well cared for and not judged despite the fact that I am a terribly nervous patient. I feel welcome and calm. Dr. is so friendly, smiles, explains, is gentle and understanding. Procedures have been flawless. This whole office has such a great vibe. You can tell this team works so well together. A warm and welcoming experience from check in to check out. 10/10!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentist and Staff ever! They are all well trained, efficient and caring. Your teeth will be well taken care of !
Thank you so much Diane! :D We appreciate your great review!
Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, I have hated going to the dentist ever since I have had teeth. Doesn’t feel like a tradition waiting room with that nasty dentist smell. They give you glasses so the bright light isn’t right in your face, pretty cool. Service was really great, everyone was very nice. I basically told all of them it was nothing personal but I just hate the dentist and they were still very nice. They don’t make everything feel so doom and gloom, if you hate going to the dentist I recommend 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: I thought that I was going to have a new crown to replace one that came off, but Dr. Jeff was able to re-cement the existing crown without having to create a new one. It saved me big $'s as well as a lengthy visit. Everyone in the office is always so friendly and pleasant, and this time was no exception. A great experience!
Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with Dr. Jeff and our team. Providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and making sure our patients feel welcomed and comfortable is always our goal. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
Experiencia fantástica: Was able to get a fast appointment to fix a chip in tooth. Dr. Salatino did an excellent job fixing it! He made sure it was filed perfectly! Thank you!
Thank you so much! :D We appreciate your great review!
Experiencia fantástica: Our family has been visiting this office for decades. It is now out of network so even though I could get a free cleaning somewhere else we go here and pay out of pocket because they are honest. Unlike the corporate dental offices Healthy Smiles is motivated by your health and your dental health not in generating revenue. You have to trust your dentist to be honest about what treatment is necessary. You can trust Healthy Smiles. You can not trust the corporate dental practices.

Experiencia fantástica: Great first visit! The front office staff was friendly and welcoming, the hygienist was gentle and didn’t drown me with the water sprayer (which I really appreciated), and the dentist was excellent. The whole team made it a very comfortable experience. On top of that, I managed to find all five of the leprechauns they had hidden around the office and even got a free gift. Fantastic experience all around! Highly recommend.

I returned in six months and still I am very happy with Healthy Smiles of East Cobb. They are great!
We are so glad you enjoyed your experience with us! We look forward to seeing you again!

Experiencia fantástica: Always have a wonderful time here. For whatever reason ever since coming to HSEC I've had no fear of going to the dentist! Were my previous fears just bad programming, or being young and silly, or perhaps was it simply that all my previous dentists were just that bad!? I love going here and enjoy every visit! From Jamie to Sydnie to Ami & Dr. Salatino -- everyone is positive in spirit and happy to be there which radiates across the visit. Thank you for continuing to alleviate the stress of taking care of my teeth, my health and my idea of what this experience CAN BE! See you in six months!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire care team from the office staff to Dr. Salatino, his assistants and hygienists, all put their best foot forward on every visit. They are kind, gentle, proficient, and accommodating. The practice constantly adopts state-of-the-profession technology and techniques which, from the patient perspective, remove all discomfort from both routine and complex dental interventions. Experiencia fantástica: I have a category 4 case of dentophobia and sensitive gag reflex. So the dentist is far from my favorite places to visit. As such as stayed away too long and required more time and work than I could’ve ever wanted. But everyone was very kind and thorough with their explanations of everything that needed done. The dental hygienist took great care to make sure the results of her work was perfect. My family has been going here for years and since my visit I’ve decided to come more often myself. A good decision I made all by myself with no guilt from anyone for staying away too long
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so glad you felt comfortable, well informed, and cared for by our team. It means a lot that your visit encouraged you to come back more often - we truly appreciate your trust and look forward to seeing you again!

They have worked with us during difficult scheduling conflicts and have always made time for us. Dr. Salatino does beautiful filling work. Experiencia fantástica: I can't say one thing bad of any experiences I have had with Healthy Smiles! I can find a closer dentist to my house but the care and friendly atmosphere I get is with the drive time.
Thank you so much! :D We appreciate your great review!
Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time at Healthy Smiles and everything was as expected. They took great care of me and got me in and out in a timely manner. The dental assistant Alexis was very wise , knowledgeable and is a real people person. She listened to my needs and knew exactly how to take care of me. Probably one of the most helpful people I've ever met. She deserves a raise in my opinion!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love healthy smiles of East Cobb. I trust them and I'm comfortable. It's not easy to find that in a dentist and periodontist. My entire family goes to East Cobb because they are the best and they treat us like family. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you so much! We certainly strive to make everyone feel comfortable and we appreciate your review!
Experiencia fantástica: After years of going to Dental One, I was tired of the waiting, the atmosphere, the insurance department and the dentists. This place was a complete 180 from there. Your appointment times make you feel like you are their only patient and the personnel couldn’t be more warm and friendly. We have referred half our neighborhood there and with good reason. Glad to have that neighborhood feel of a small town office.
Wow! A referral is the greatest compliment you can give us and we truly appreciate that!! Thank you so much for such a glowing review! We look forward to seeing you again next time!!

The office was spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made the visit seamless and efficient. Amanda took the time to explain everything in detail and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care are truly outstanding. Experiencia fantástica: They are the best! The front desk people are friendly and helpful and provide a clear estimate of the cost prior to making an appointment. The hygienist is great and kind, the dentist is outstanding (personable and explains clearly the situation). I just had a crown replaced and it was totally pain free and both the dentist and his assistant were excellent during the procedure. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve lived all over the country (NYC, SF) and I’ve never set foot in a dentist office as nice as HSEC. The space is gorgeous, the wait time is nonexistent, and the staff are just the nicest people you could meet. Special shoutout to the front desk ladies, Sydnie and Jamie, for their kindness, patience, and helpfulness. I no longer dread dental checkups!

Sydnie and Jamie are just two of our exceptional team members, and we will definitely share your kind words with them. We’re excited to have made dental checkups something you look forward to. Experiencia fantástica: This is a Great Dentist with a Great staff, they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. The front desk helps with your insurance so you’re not over billed. Highly recommend this Practice

Providing excellent care and a stress-free experience is our top priority, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
Experiencia fantástica: I went in for my regular cleaning today and had to bring my 5 month old, I was a little *stressed* about her being content for my cleaning not wanting to bother anyone or have them listen to her cry if she did. Ami, my hygienist, was so sweet asking me about my girl and giggling at her little baby coos! Toward the end of the cleaning she (my baby, not Ami lol) started getting a little fussy. That’s when the staff at the front office, Jamie and Sydnie, stepped in to save the day! They took turns playing peek-a- boo and had my girl smiling ear to ear! I’m so thankful for them going above and beyond to care for me and my girl!
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful experience with us! We're so glad to hear that Ami, Jamie, and Sydnie were able to make your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. It's our pleasure to make sure both you and your little one feel comfortable, and we're thrilled that everyone had a great time! We appreciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you both again soon!
Experiencia fantástica: I made a switch after getting several positive recommendations for Dr. Salatino at Healthy Smiles. Very happy with this practice more than two years later . Friendly staff, good dentist, lovely office... easy parking! Amanda, the hygienist is amazing, too!
Thank you so much for your kind words! It is truly our pleasure to serve our wonderful patients!
Experiencia negativa: I typically don't leave reviews. However, I feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Salatino and his office. Dr. Salatino is a great dentist, and I have enjoyed being his patient. Unfortunately, his office manager, Jamie, is one of the worst people I have encountered in a professional setting. When I questioned a bill, she resorted to personal attacks regarding my intelligence and ability to understand it and formulate a detailed response. She billed my insurance multiple times for the same service, added fees that seemed unrelated to any actual procedure, and lacked any kind of professional decorum. As long as Jamie is the office manager, I would select another practice entirely.
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us and we are sorry to hear that your experience with our office was not up to your expectations. Feedback is very valuable to us and we are committed to addressing any issues that can help us improve our practice. I have reached out to you directly to resolve your issue. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected].
Experiencia fantástica: I love this office so much. It is clean, inviting and the team is phenomenal. Jamie the office manager, Amanda the hygienist and Dr Jeff are all FANTASTIC. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Here’s me with my newly clean teeth.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience with our staff. It's always our goal to provide a clean, welcoming environment. We're so glad you're happy with your newly cleaned teeth!
Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job cleaning would certainly recommend your clinic to family and friends Thank you
Thank you so much for your review and the continued support!
Experiencia negativa: I walked in for my first appointment needing a cleaning and a new night guard. Two years later I walked out of an appointment to fix a ruff spot from a prior dentists filling with a sharp spot instead of a ruff spot, never got the night guard (as he said he didn’t know how to make one without orthopedic advisement), and dental bills 20% higher than anything I had ever paid before. Found a new dentist and got the night guard and a quote to redo the redo that was much less. Save your time, teeth, and money…. Find another dentist.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any frustration this caused. We strive to provide the best care possible, and feedback is very valuable to us, and we are committed to improving based on it.
