Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience and my first time was amazing

Experiencia fantástica: Providence Dental Spa in East Cobb is truly a great dental office with a team that makes patients feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. I have been in the dental setting for years, and after being around many different offices, I can honestly say this location stands out for its professionalism, compassion, and quality of care. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels clean, comfortable, and positive. The staff treats people with kindness and patience, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping each patient feel at ease. What really stands out about Providence Dental Spa is the way they make patients feel heard and valued. They take pride in doing things the right way and creating an experience that feels both professional and personal. That kind of care is not something you find everywhere. I would trust myself and my family coming here, and I would confidently recommend Providence Dental Spa in East Cobb to anyone looking for a dental office that is honest, welcoming, professional, and truly dedicated to their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: The amenities they offer was amazing, I love the throw as an option. Amber was so thorough! She talked to me before she did anything to my teeth. Made me aware of everything. I love how I was greeted by my first name when I walked in! I appreciate the friendly and hospitable vibes they offered. Very professional, pleasant experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience overall! The team I worked with were all warm, welcoming, and competent.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff. On time appointment. Had an appointment on 1/15 at 8 am. Excellent oral hygienist. Did a great job cleaning and made me comfortable. Highly recommend her. The dentist did a thorough exam and made some recommendations. The service at the Marietta location has greatly improved since my last appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I look forward to going to the dentist here. It’s relaxing with a tropical vacation visual on the screen, parafin hand wax treatment, blanket, and warm neck pillow makes me feel like I’m on a flight somewhere happy :) And, the higenist and dentist are the best! Wholevstaff provides a great experience. Never thought the dentist could feel like a spa.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service and amazing staff. This is the most comfortable my wife or I have felt at the dentist and they gave us such detailed information about our treatment plan. We had to rush out early to get to work and they were so accommodating. I highly recommend you come in for a consultation, you will not be disappointed. Edit: The filling in my front tooth chipped due to the way my teeth connected when I bite. They fixed it with no issue. If I could post another 5-star review I would.

Experiencia fantástica: Love going here - they are really leaning in to the spa piece- you can get a paraffin treatment and a warm blanket and neck wrap. It makes it really relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an issue with a crown yesterday and it was taken care of today. Caring staff who take patient education seriously.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing doctor who had tremendous patience and passion towards her patients and very accommodative in emergencies ..very prompt and thorough..handles her patients with almost care ..this I am reviewing as a Physician Pt.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service to get me in the next day to repair chipped tooth!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very thorough, kind and professional staff, and state of the art location. Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Pleasant experience overall. Starting with paraffin wax on my hands and dimmed lights in the room. The X-ray process was excruciatingly long. The technician Bernadette was excellent. And don't forget to ask them to adjust the height of the chair for you. I'm tall so after sitting 2 hours in the chair my neck was paining me. They are very advanced in imaging.

Experiencia fantástica: Ms.Joseline and Dr Arun were very nice professional and caring!!! 10/10 recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing dentist! Amazing staff! State of the Art accommodations. I highly recommend Providence Dental Spa.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience at this dental office! I highly recommend the new team. The hygienist was wonderful - explained everything clearly, gave helpful suggestions, and paid attention to detail. I have to mention the complimentary digital scan of my mouth, which was shown on a massive TV for easy preview and understanding. Dr. Arun is a very skilled professional who is gentle and personable. She did my filling, and the procedure was painless. The front office is charming and helped me with my finances. I will be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff that is caring and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I received excellent care! Patrice was so friendly over the phone, Kate offered me amazing amenities and Dr. Arun was so gentle and knowledgeable! I also received my cleaning same day from hygienist Bernedette! This new team is top tier!

Experiencia fantástica: I literally just came from there and the experience was wonderful. I didn’t feel like just a patient and I didn’t leave in pain. She took her time, made conversation, and over all my teeth is clean now. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Arun and staff have done a great job keeping my teeth maintained through regular cleanings which are on the same high level as previous dental hygiene staff of Dr. Wang in keeping my teeth clean and healthy. Dr. Arun has communicated well in addressing my dental concerns. Front desk staff have been professional in conduct. Overall a positive experience after which I will recommend this practice to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dental Place. We just love Dr. Arun!!! And everybody is so kind and helpful

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental care, from X-rays to digital scans, to thorough doctor exam and perfect teeth cleaning. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Wang and his friendly staff are amazing! I’ve hated the dentist since I was a kid and not anymore! They’re so gentle and nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and helpful staff. I don't have the best teeth at the moment and I haven't been to the dentist in a while due to lack of insurance, but despite my insecurities, they were very courteous and informative on my options for improving my oral health. Definitely recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: The Dental Hygienist was called away die to an emergency, so the Doctor performed my cleaning. She was exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. She demonstrated a mastery of the technique, during the procedure, she expertly and clearly explained what she was doing and why, and then offered recommendations for improved at-home maintenance efforts. Although this Practice was recently changed, the new staff and team is excellent—from the moment you walk in, through the procedures, and through the check-out process and scheduling for follow-on appointment. Great service, friendly environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Taylor cleaned my teeth today and was so great! She was so gentle and made me so feel comfortable. Cant wait to come back! Thank you engineered smiles!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good

Experiencia fantástica: I’m happy with the service and explanation before the treatment process

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful office! We became patients this summer after moving to the area. I had called around for help with my mother's toothache and they took her immediately to check and make a plan. So nice and NOT what I had been hearing at other offices. It turned out she did need major surgery. They dealt with her pain, made an appointment for us with an oral surgeon, etc. Wow! After her cleaning later she (she has a touch of dementia) said her mouth felt "normal" again. Yesterday, days before Christmas, after Mom's daycare, I saw she had a huge piece of her front tooth missing! I called Dr Wang's office in a panic, and they had her come in immediately. At 4:30 in the afternoon! I think the way they have their office organized allows Dr Chang to do his thing without him having the chaos I've seen in other offices that simply CAN'T see emergencies. The assistants are so organized Dr Wang can come in, calmly chit chat with mom, get her fixed so beautifully, and all without stress. Thank-you Engineered Smiles! All of you! You are very much appreciated by our family!!! Merry Christmas!

Experiencia fantástica: With COVID I was able to avoid the dentist for a while and not feel too guilty. I was really hesitant to go back as I really despise the experience. I've been to a few dentists in the Metro area which those experiences were all the same and similar to taking my car in for an oil change...they recommend one thing after another, scare me, provide a few more things then hit me with a huge bill. I may not floss every day but I have decent oral hygiene! Engineered Smiles was an excellent experience. They were efficient, the services offered were explained and recommendations were made without guilt or scare tactics. The staff were delightful and Dr. Wang is enjoyable. Also, they didn't try to talk to me while their hands were in my mouth (a personal pet peeve). I'm glad I found them and I won't hesitate to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: These guys make the uncomfortable, comfortable! Such a great group here! Highly recommend Dr. Wang!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and Dr Wang are just wonderful. They are always pleasant and always explain needed procedures very well.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental office! The Hygienist was outstanding and Dr. Wang was also. Everyone was very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang is exceptionally friendly and competent. I have been a customer here for about 1 1/2 years. Always very satisfied with every visit/service. Recently, Taylor performed my regular scheduled maintenance and it was the the best—not one second of discomfort. The front desk coordinator—apologies for forgetting her name—is also superb in her knowledge of insurance coordination and has saved me a lot of money. This is a first-rate practice across the board.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang is awesome with a great personality. The staff really made me feel comfortable and as a new patient, the staff took care of my emergency, the same day! I found my new Dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang and the staff are always great. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist! Awesome staff! Recommend 100%

Experiencia fantástica: I found the most wonderful dentist! Dr. Wang - Engineered Smiles in the shopping center at Lower Roswell and Johnson Ferry - is so gentle and patient. He is so kind and patient with my elderly hubby. He carefully explained each step of the treatment plan. His staff is equally wonderful and I love the office, close by and easy parking.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a 64 year old woman who was dissatisfied with her former dentist and also the amount of time it took to schedule anything. I wasn’t sure what to think about the name “engineered smiles” because I didn’t care about any cosmetic procedures and I just wanted my teeth cleaned, X-rays, etc. I just had a complete check up and a deep cleaning and it was the easiest and least stressful dentist experience I’ve ever had. Over the years, living in various states, I’ve had about 8 different dentists. I liked this doctor, this practice, this vibe, and everything probably better than anywhere else I’ve been.

Experiencia fantástica: ‘Excellent level of care and professionalism. In addition, very helpful and organized office staff. Every visit confirms this is the best dentist and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Real happy with visit once again. Had perio maintenance cleaning then Dr. Wang customized my new crown for cracked tooth. Bought Kor whitening system refill. Keeping oral health in check at Engineered Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr Wang for years now. His from office staff is excellent and Jennifer my dental assistant does a great job every time

Experiencia fantástica: Love the entire staff!! So happy we found a great place in east Cobb.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been avoiding the dentist due to covid concerns (immunocompromised household). Came to see Dr. Wang and team after hearing that they utilized freestanding HEPA units in each room and wore KN95 masks. The team was very compassionate about my concerns, kind about the fact that it had been a few years since my last cleaning, and got my teeth all squared away. Will definitely return. Thanks, Engineered Smiles!

Experiencia fantástica: My Experience with Engineering Smiles was Perfect,My fear with dentist is gone . My visits were pain free and I felt extremely safe there. Dr Wang was direct and honest with me while also being kind and compassionate. They do the work quickly and try to minimize discomfort as much as possible. All of the assistants and receptionists were incredible too. You can tell they work well as a team. Thank you all so much!! The best place to be I love this place .

Experiencia fantástica: Super nice staff ! Made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. No lectures or judgmental remarks either ! Already scheduled my husband’s appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I love everyone at Engineered Smiles! Dr. Wang is amazing and always makes me feel super comfortable. Jennifer is literally the BEST! I consciously have to make myself be quiet because I love chatting with her so much. They have such a gentle touch and do their best to make the less pleasant aspects of teeth cleaning bearable. Will recommend them to anyone who will listen

Experiencia fantástica: Wait time is nearly non existent and they know what they're doing. The new management seems to be maintaining the high level of standards I've come to expect. Very happy customer.

Experiencia fantástica: On time, professional atmosphere with excellent clinicians. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is amazing. The staff is welcoming and personable. They are sensitive to the fact that going to the dentist is stressful for most people.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is great and Dr. Wang did an amazing job fixing my chipped tooth. I highly recommend Engineered Smiles to all of my family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: It seriously does not get any better than Dr Wang! I followed him up from his last spot that he worked because he is that awesome! But I also have to give a shout out to the rest of the staff they are super cool as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a customer for many years and I do not think to change my dentist. The place is very clean and the staff is wonderful, I always receive a good treatment and make me feel comfortable at the office. Dr. Wang is very patient, careful and professional with his work, he listens to all my questions and always explains to me all the procedures. I widely recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang is great! Super kind and highly skilled with solid knowledge regarding the problem I had. Staffs are very nice and they do care patients. They clearly explained necessary care and expense before moving on to the next process. No surprising bill after the care! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Engineeered Smiles is a wonderful dental office! From your first step in the door you meet Autumn, who so cheerfully signs you in. She even faithfully called me often during the last months to remind me that I needed to schedule an appointment -- a real personal touch. My dental hygienist, Jennifer, is fantastic -- efficient yet gentle (even on this gal with a very low pain tolerance!). And -- Dr. Wang is an excellent dentist -- offering the latest in dental technology. They even offer a discount program which really helps. I highly recommend Engineered Smiles!

Experiencia positiva: All the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Even though my teeth needed some extra work, they made me comfortable and I had a good first visit with this Dentist. I would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Wang was great and great with my 8 year old, made her feel super at ease

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang & his staff are so friendly & kind. It has been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist and they made the whole experience very comfortable. My teeth feel great & I’m looking forward to seeing them for my regular dental treatments.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang and his staff provide excellent dental services, I'd recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Personally, I’m afraid of the dentist… had a bad experience as a child. But Dr. Wang and his assistant changed that narrative for me. They were kind and understanding. Autumn the receptionist was super sweet. I had a wonderful experience and I’m still in shock.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Wang and his staff were very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was so kind and made me feel right at home. Greatly Appreciated! C. Bernardo.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is very clean and people in the office are very nice. Jenniffer is the best dental hygienist I ever had. Dr Wang is an excellent dentist! Great dentist office! Highly recommended!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good service and overall experience. Staff members working there were great!

Experiencia fantástica: David Wang is one of the best dentists I have ever had! He is professional, very experienced, and super efficient in his work. In addition, he is friendly and kind, makes you feel comfortable throughout your entire visit. His staff is equally experienced and courteous. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! Friendly staff and professional. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been very pleased with this dental office. Everyone I've encountered working at the facility has been very friendly and professional and my hygienist does a fantastic cleaning on my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is for David Toothman. I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. The hygienist makes me feel comfortable and does a thorough job. Dr. Wang is personable with a caring manner. He has done several crowns for me, some including implants. He does all the work himself. He is highly skilled and competent and keeps up with all the latest procedures. Their charges are fair. I highly recommend Dr. Wang's practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me be honest, I have many mouth problems haha, but I definitely recommend Engineered Smiles, they explained things with detail and paper work that explains and shows everything well enough for me to understand.

Experiencia negativa: I am self pay, i didnt feel that the staff was completely transparent with me. I feel that more could be done for self pay, a little deeper than the "discount package"

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang and his crew are the best! I am no longer anxious about going to the dentist. Our family (kids and grandkids) are all enjoying the wonderful dental care provided by Dr. Wang’s team at Engineered Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the most thorough exam I've ever had! Dr. Wang and his team spent two hours with me as a new patient, which included X-rays, a cool digital impression, the cleaning and fillings (unfortunately). I may have been the only patient in the building and felt very safe.

Experiencia fantástica: First visit was excellent-on time, professional very impressive. Excellent job cleaning teeth. Had unfortunate experience after visiting. That evening an old tooth needing replacement broke off at gum. Staff immediately made time for me to visit next morning and proceed with plans to replace tooth with new implant originally scheduled for a month later. Dr. Wang handled the extraction and setup for new implant. My wife and I have been using Engineered Smiles for the past year for all dental work. They are always on-time for all appointments and totally professional. I have had one implant and now finalizing two more implants covering 3 teeth extracted. Also had 5 fillings replaced during one visit. Service on all visit has been outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Wang and his staff is very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the diagnosis and the treatment and you can always reach out when you need them.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and doctor are a great bunch. Very nice and professional. No wait time which is amazing. Doctor Wang is knowledgeable, pleasant and takes time out of his schedule to call and check up on your progress.
