Experiencia negativa: I went in for my consultation and got fitted for the $455 dollar dentures, I waited for 1.5 hours in the lobby and an additional hour in the dentist chair until I was seen. 1 month later I come in to pick up my dentures, and I was excited. Again I waited 1.5 hours until I'm seen by an assistant that didn't even say hello or even speak to me other than to say "open your mouth!" so she could put my new dentures in to see how they fit. They didn't fit right, the head dentist said he's disappointed in his employees that perform this process, and said " it'd be nice if they had common sense, but they do not!" They put the metal hook attachment in the wrong place, and it was uncomfortable in my mouth, and you could see big metal pieces when I smile?? So the assistant comes back, being extremely rude, like I was an inconvenience for being there. And they put some temporary soft substance in with my dentures so they would half way fit in my mouth until my next visit 4 WEEKS LATER!! And then I bring my dentures back??? I know I took the cheaper option, but $455 dollars still should get me something that at least fits in my mouth and that doesn't show a bunch of metal when I smile? The staff was rude, except for one assistant, she was very kind and helpful, and the dentist was polite, and clearly overwhelmed with way too many patients to handle by himself. I'm really hoping everything gets fixed right on my next visit, because I'm very discouraged and disappointed in my experience so far. I hope they make it right. And I'm a very understanding person, but my experience hasn't been good at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Below are my comments on a recent visit when I had a long wait. They partially fixed my dentures with another visit scheduled to finish. They now have finished. Great job. No wait. Fixed under warranty. Excellent! Once in the chair everything is fine. End result of their work is good. But their practice of scheduling and informing is not very good. The schedule time is when they want you to show up for them to bring you to the back whenever. Not when they will see you. I waited very long with no feedback. Eventually they called me to the back.

At the end dentist came in hurry to leave. Their name is also misleading; their prices are the same everywhere

And his assistant wonderful wonderful patient and sweet and gentle, the secretary is awesome and helpful. The schedulers awesome awesome she will help you in when urgently need it . I love that have new ones but I don't like the bulky feeling it's not comfortable at all and weird eating

Dr. O was so calm it explained everything, and it didn't help me at first, but he definitely worked with me and I'm so grateful for his patience and caring nature. My surgery was successful and I did not feel a thing! Not only Dr. O, but his staff was also amazing, kind and patient. I will without a shadow of a doubt, be using them again for any dental work that I need in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: The difference here is that doctor Oketade DDS creates the dentures himself in his office which means he can also address any uncomfortable spots on your new denture. Most other places have to send your impression out to make the dentures which could mean waiting for days to get them. Staff also helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the services provided

Experiencia positiva: The assistant put too much lining on my dentures and I can’t put the bottom on at all now, plus my top was run over with lining spilling out on to the tooth and gum, making it feel like I had a mouth full of sand paper!

Experiencia fantástica: having had my implants installed a couple years ago, and then a time gap between being ready for the crown restoration, I had to find another dental practice to finish the procedure. After shopping around a couple, I found Affordable Denture & Implants. Suffice it to say that they live up to their name. Very affordable, and very professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to have 27 extractions and bone grafts and dentures. It has been an exceptional experience with Dr. O, Natasha, Q, and Jennifer, the office manager. There have been lots of questions and anxiety. Jennifer promptly answers all of my questions and puts my mind at ease. Dr. O did an excellent job with the extractions and grafts and made a beautiful set of temporary dentures. Natasha is a joy to be with. Her personality is bubbly...So far, the journey has been quite positive and encouraging. I have no doubt they will continue to go above and beyond in guiding me through this journey. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Update: immediates didn't fit 24 hours after extractions and at the post op visit 18 days later, Dr. O promptly rescheduled a visit for the next day for another set to be made. The appointment for impressions was excellent. Dr. O was very thorough with measurements and Q did an excellent job with the trays and patiently making sure everything was done well. Still having an exceptional experience with the office and the staff. Very grateful!! Update: I came in for an adjustment less than a week after getting my temporary dentures. "Q" was amazing at the adjustments she made and was very patient with me while I tried to make decisions.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here to get a second opinion about a tooth that another dentist office suggested I get extracted due to a supposed broken root. They took 3-D x rays and the dentist said I did not have a broken root on that tooth or any tooth. The doctor/dentist was extremely candid and honest with me and saved my tooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Experiencia positiva: Had two teeth removed went with just numbing and he did a great job with care doing the whole process. Only complaint is need more he needs another dentist too much for one man and more front desk staff to assist and answer phone especially with being able to return calls and not having to leave a message or speak with an automated system human contact is very impressionable. Also need to be informed about the different things that's added towards your bill that is not really required.

Experiencia fantástica: Affordable Dentures in Kennesaw, GA has been excellent! My only experiences have been at the Kennesaw location. I wish I lived in GA when I got my first set of dentures. My Dad was a top notch Dentist that could do what all the Specialists now do. From my Dad, I learned what quality really looked like. Affordable Dentures not only produces quality dentures and provides service that far exceeds expectations, they are extremely reasonable with their pricing. A full set of dentures cost me significantly less than a set made years earlier at a different facility. Everyone at Affordable Dentures was very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable there. Making great quality Dentures that fit with each individual, (appearance, bite, facial features and more) is an “Art”, science and something that takes time. They took the necessary time to listen, provide suggestions and handle all the steps to produce the perfect Dentures for ME! I didn’t realize just how unhappy I was with the Dentures I got elsewhere until I received the set made by Affordable. They look so natural, fit so well and are comfortable! Complete strangers have complimented me on my smile! The follow up steps (necessary and expected) in order to “fine tune” them were equally impressive. The most recent appointment was to have them adjusted to fit comfortably with my changing gums. Aging is unavoidable but knowing where to go to help with important things like teeth, is a tremendous relief. It definitely helps that their prices are so reasonable. I will never go anywhere else for services that they provide…. I enjoyed sharing this and hope it helps others. They provide a myriad of dental related services.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m already terrified of the dentist. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had all three appointments. The dentist was extremely late the day of my surgery. He was an hour and a half late. His bedside manner is atrocious. I would not recommend going to this location. Needless to say I got a full refund and took my business elsewhere.

I went in to have my surgery was supposed to be there at one took my pill the first one at 2:30. He was finally ready to see me I would not recommend going to this location, absolute unprofessionalism needless to say I got a full refund.

Upon having my exam done, they wanted $3500. A bit misleading and a waste of time!!

Staff were all wonderful, from the receptionist to Dr. O himself. He has an incredibly calm demeanor and I highly recommend his practice to anyone else with high anxiety. The entire process was stress free. Prices were also very reasonable and significantly lower (66% lower) than the lowest estimate I came up with through research. Today's visit exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Affordable Denturez to get options for handling a tooth and gum probably in my hard to see and clean back molars. I was really impressed by the whole operation, the professional but friendly staff, was nice, but more importantly is they shared what they were doing every step from trays to developing and options plan The trays are taken standing up without pain. You bite on part to keep steady and the xrsy machine rotates around your mouth for full trays in a minute or so. The dentist looked them over and I help guide him to the area in question as it is behind and under the tooth. He looked over ally teeth as well. He gave me his opinion of how they could address the issue with their technology and they had a graphics book which detailed out the difference between a crown and their implants. He also shared the option if the standard dentist crown procedure and was forthcoming about the cost even though they dont perform crown work. He also gave me referral and a pla for the implant if the dentist did not see a way to use a crown Naturally, he shared the value of his procedure while not pushing or being negative about the crown approach. I left Affordable's office with all the information I needed and left with a good taste of the Implant process if needed now or down the road. Jay

Experiencia negativa: My husband was TOLD to pay $1600 at the first visit & $800 at the 2nd. He was not made aware of implants vs ultra premium vs basic dentures. At the 2nd visit after leaving him there so I could get lunch...I was called a hour later.. thinking he was ready only to be told he couldn't be seen until the $800 was paid?? Prior to this our Medicare Advantage Plan (Aetna) had approved a "treatment plan" they sent them...only to discover they gave him a "handwritten" plan which cost us $2428 out of pocket vs the $556 max he was told to pay by Aetna. Seriously, I see this as a chance to rip-off senior citizens. W are now going to start "trying to recover" our loss of nearly $1900. I will keep the public informed of how "Affordable or Unaffordable" they are...pls. be aware of anyone & everyone who accepts your Medicare. Be sure to get a Pre-treatment estimate from your provider BEFORE they take advantage of YOU!!

Experiencia negativa: They did a good job on my dentures. However, some compassion would be nice. I had a liver transplant 110 days ago. I was in a lengthy hospital stay during my "free" time frame to have them adjusted. I literally could NOT come due to being hospitalized. I lost 75 lbs due to transplant and my gums shrank so my dentures were cutting the inside of my mouth. Rather than be compassionate and grant me the free adjustment (which took literally 5 minutes), I was charged. Not a good way to conduct business. I wouldn't refer anyone here because of the lack of compassion.

Experiencia negativa: The young woman who assisted me today 8/7/25 was unprofessional and unfriendly. I have never experienced such discomfort and embarrassment. While the situation was already emotionally taxing, her behavior exacerbated it significantly. I sincerely wish I could avoid returning to that establishment, but I am obligated to do so. She claimed to have only been there for two weeks, which begs the question: is this a valid excuse for her rude behavior?
