Experiencia positiva: EDIT: After leaving my review, Lisa worked with me personally to ensure things were expedited and resolved. Adding stars since my concerns were acknowledged and they went the extra mile to help. The doctors and hygienists are really great - would recommend this place! I hate to leave a one star review because the dentists here are really good, but the billing department is a complete joke. Don't EVER pay anything more to them than your insurance says you need to. They will hold it hostage as a credit until every last claim you have is filed, and you will STILL have to fight to get your money back. I wouldn't mind this process if they were timely, but they're not. Claims that required more information for insurance to process in NOV and DEC are STILL pending. I paid almost $600 in January when my service should have been free. They assured me once insurance came through I would be refunded no issue. Well... here we are in JUNE with no refund. The information Aetna requested wasn't even sent until I had Aetna call on my behalf... Once Aetna called, they had the info sent electronically almost instantly. I shouldn't have to do all this chasing down to get my money back.

Experiencia fantástica: Okay, NOT a sales person for this team but I had an emergency over the weekend (broken filling needing a full root canal... not fun)... called first thing this morning and Ms. Lisa was able to book me THIS morning at 9... EVERYONE on the team / in the office were amazing and as I have a strong fear of dentists / dentist offices in general, this was the FIRST time I felt even remotely comfortable and at ease (certainly given what I've had to have done). AND, I'm on the schedule to get my final crown THIS THURSDAY morning which I've NEVER had at another dentist (I've always had to wait 2-3 weeks for the "lab" to do the actual crown... where Dr. Vo and team do it ON SITE at the office). NOT that I love it but THIS was a wonderful experience!!

Experiencia fantástica: From scheduling your visit to actually having your procedure done, 32 Dental is fantastic. Very professional and communicate well, and their hygienists are top notch. Other dentists I've been to have had hygienists that poked and hurt me, but 32 Dental's hygienists are pain-free even when I had to have a deep-cleaning done after COVID. The dentists have a balanced approach to dental care, I never feel like I'm being pushed to have procedures done that aren't necessary.

Experiencia fantástica: Just a cleaning and a little bit of 'sanding' down a tiny chipped front tooth but overall the visit was excellent. I recommend 32 Dental. Above review is/was from a last year (2025) appointment. I went again yesterday, 03/16/2026, for a cleaning, x-rays, and an exam. Prior to coming in, I broke off part of a crown which I was told has to be replaced ... the whole crown. My portion of what this will cost is EXTRAORDINARILY high which was kind of a surprise since 32 Dental now do crowns 100% in house, i.e., no charges at all from a 3rd party manufacturer with their profits factored in.

Experiencia fantástica: I lost a large filling, my usual dentist couldn’t fit me in for 8 days and I didn’t want any pain so got a referral to Thirty Two Dental. I filled in for an appointment last night, was called by Lauren in the morning, who booked me into the location that had the earliest appointment for me and was in by 11am. I went to Chastain in Kennesaw, it is conveniently just off Chastain Road in Kennesaw, between the 75 and 575. The friendly reception staff were great when I arrived and got me set up as a new patient. Evelyn and Dr Hiep looked after me and took great care of me. My tooth was too far gone so they prepped me for a crown, they are fully equipped on site and I didn’t have to do the usual prep then come back in a week because they have a lab on site that fashions crowns and has an oven to cure them. After a 3d scan of my prepped tooth and bite they created a 3d model to start designing the fit for the crown. Out in 2.5 hours and dealt with in one trip, better than me worrying about the giant hole in my tooth for 8 days! Thanks for helping me with my dental emergency Thirty Two Dental! Especially Lauren, Evelyn and Dr Hiep!

Experiencia negativa: They used a metal suction tool during my cleaning which slammed my teeth down into a metal surface repeatedly. Ive never left a cleaning so soar. I would avoid this place.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at 32 dental for close to 3 years then the front office staff changed radically. They sent a bill for an xray that was not taken. They charged the insurance and me for a portion. I had my crown dislodged and I went in. They said nothing about salvaging in and wanted 1157$ upfront for the tooth removal. I kept asking Jennifer at front office if it was submitted to the insurance and she said Yes and this is your portion . Find out it wasn’t true. Fast forward got the EB from the insurance and I was only supposed to pay 830. Call then and went there in person and she came with all kinds of excuses why she can’t get me a refund. Had the insurance call and spoke to the manager Lisa ,same bs. Someone is stealing at the front. The dentists are ok but I will not be going back . I will also tell my son and grandson not to go back.

Experiencia negativa: I had a frustrating experience with 32 Dental, mostly around billing and the way treatment recommendations are presented. It felt like every visit came with “one more thing” that conveniently cost more money, and the overall vibe came across as financially motivated instead of patient-focused. In my case, a crown was recommended over multiple visits and it was not presented as urgent. I agreed to proceed based on a written treatment estimate that listed my expected patient responsibility. I paid at the time of service (actually more than the estimate), and then after the procedure I was told my insurance “didn’t cover as much as expected” and I owed hundreds more (actually DOUBLE). That’s not a small difference — that’s the kind of surprise that changes your decision to move forward. I do not recommend this dentist. The good news is there are plenty more dentists in Kennesaw to choose from.

The office space is clean and well managed. Dr. Breckley and Dr. Vo are Extremely Good Dentists. I have had to have a lot of dental work done in the past so I know good dentists when I encounter them. If you have special needs, are nervous about being at the dentist, or you just want really exceptional care - this is the office for you. They really care about their patients and treat each person with real concern. All of their hygienists are equally spectacular (mine is Kim, Thank You)! We do not plan on leaving this group anytime soon.

Comfortable, clean office and waiting area, beautifully decorated Christmas tree and a friendly greeting. Loved the Christian music BTW. Everyone definitely excelled at being as transparent as possible with their findings and subsequent information. Cleaning and treatment went very well, my hygienist was very skilled and gentle, and we had some great conversation and advice. Super friendly staff, felt very comfortable. Ended up needing some additional work done after my cleaning, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. I felt the pricing for everything was very good. Overall an A+ 5-star experience and we now have a new family dental practice! Thank you!

Never had a cavity in your life, but this dentist will tell you that you now have 3. RUN and DON'T look back! Never had gingivitis ever, but his dentist will say you do then charge you $100+ for antibiotics. RUN FASTER! Why give someone local anesthesia for a cleaning without asking if the patient wants it? Totally understand some people are afraid of going to the dentist, but not everyone's the same, but to just give it to the patient without discussing it with them is just someone who is a money grabber! They see someone with insurance and will charge you and them for every little procedure. This place takes advantage of everyone. Save yourself the time and your hard earned money and keep searching for a respectful and HONEST dentist, because you won't find one at 32 Dental! They don't even deserve 1 star, so my rating is ZERO STARS!

I watched them greet every person with enthusiasm and excitement as well as answer their chaotic phones. Both girls were professional and made the office warm. I didn’t catch their names but there were phenomenal. I like the diversity in the office it shows they hire staff for skill. The Asian young lady was so inviting it made me want make an appointment but I have dentures. The other young lady was mixed and had the most beautiful green eyes I’ve ever seen. Kudos to 32 Dental for creating a wonderful environment that does not feel clinical at all. You ladies make your doctors shine like diamonds

Experiencia negativa: They said my daughter needed 4 cavities filled and a root canal. My wife needed 1 cavity filled. My son 4 filled. And me 2 filled. I got a second opinion including an x-ray for my daughter a week later with the dentist clearly stating nothing was wrong. The rest of the family got checked at the last cleaning where we were clearly told no fillings were necessary.

Experiencia negativa: I was initially very satisfied with this place — they work quickly and efficiently, and their assessment of my case aligned with opinions from my other dentists. The bridge they installed is doing great (~1 year). Great staff, on time, good prices, no issues. However, I had to change my rating because they failed to acknowledge the discoloration on the crown they had just installed two weeks prior (it was metal fused material and not porcelain). I brought up the issue during two separate visits, but it was dismissed both times like they dont see anything Like it's a normal thing for your brand new tooth appears black.. Pretty frustrating, I will have to redo it again. Just pay attention what they are installing in your mouth.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 STAR PRACTICE!! My whole family couldn't stop talking about how wonderful every one was when we came in for our visits. The hygienist's, Kayla and Kim, both are so thorough and you can tell they really know their stuff. They are kind in explaining things in detail when you ask questions. My daughter and I both have had some fillings done with Dr. Hiep recently as well. He is so gentle from the numbing, to the procedure, to the bite check. They explained everything step by step. My daughter being 13 years was not excited to get fillings done, but after meeting Dr Hiep and Evelyn, she is eager to come back to finish them up. I will be sending all of friends and family their information.

However, the atmosphere and procedures in her office shifted in a way that impacted my experience and my confidence in her recommendations. Regrettably, I would rate the overall office experience at 2 stars, which ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere.

The two women at the front desk greeted me with glowing smiles. The assistant whose name I can't remember was fantastic. She got me x-rayed super quickly and got me read for my check up. Experiencia fantástica: 32 Dental has been my dental office for years now. Very clean state of the art equipment. They take the time to ensure you are as comfortable as you can possibly be and give amazing recommendations on how to care for your teeth without being pushy. Should have taken a quick pic with Dr. Vo today. While I was there we traded stories about our children who just graduated and during my cleansing she stopped in to ask my hygienist about her mother. This office truly cares about their patients and it shows.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is friendly and they always can fit you in with a dental emergency, however I am very disappointed because I had a crown that fell off just by flossing and it had only been 2 years and they wanted to charge me roughly $275 to have it glued back on. Most dentists have 5 year warranties on their crowns if something happens and this place says they don't have that unless it was more than a month or two. I will be doing more research in my next dentist choosing based on warranties of their work.

I can truthfully say that they are very friendly and attentive to your needs. They didn't try to sell me more than I needed and the dentist explained everything to me. If that wasn't enough the dental hygienist asked me if I understood it all and if there was any thing she could help with. I would recommend them.

Waiting room is cozy, nice decor and comfortable seating. The young lady at the front office was very friendly, welcoming and professional. My hygienist was amazing, explaining everything in great detail about what she would be doing and why. She seemed to genuinely care about educating me on my dental health. I have some teeth crowding and other dental needs and I was thrilled to know these issues can be remedied! I was told the crowding couldn't be fixed. The dentist here was very personable and he provided me options and we discussed the steps needed to improve my dental health and smile. I'm excited to get started! Nice location, plenty of parking behind the Five Guys on Chastain Rd. While there is some cause for angst in going to a dentist, I left feeling good and committed to taking even better care of my teeth. I will most certainly be back. I’m happy to say that the first one was a great success, and I can’t wait to get the crown placed in a few months on the second implant to complete my smile!

I called his usual practice and talked to the answering service- I’m still waiting on a call back from them… I called 32Dental, explained the situation and asked if they could work him in even though he wasn’t a patient, but I was. They got him in on a Friday morning- in and out within 45 minutes. Thank you so much!

She was Knowledgeable about my gums and condition and not overly pushy on procedures and or products that would help improve my sensitivity. When you find a good one, hold on tight!
