Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: TO THIER RESPONSE SAYING IM NOT A PATIENT WITH THEM.... HERES A PICTURE OF MY DOCTORS NOTE THEY GAVE ME.....Pulled my tooth and it healed beautifully. Staff was friendly. Made sure i was comfortable . 1 star only because of scheduling difficulty. I can never schedule an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Then when they have an opening they tell me that day like im supposed to drop everything and be there. 1 star because I've told this place countless times that I need atleast a weeks heads up to coordinate with my work and they never listen. They won't even let me schedule months in advance. Now I have to find a different dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I initially came in due to pain in my lower left wisdom tooth area. I was paying out of pocket, and they were very clear with me on the pricing scales for all of my options. My first visit was to get X-rays. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Ms. Carol. She got me checked in and I waited for not but a few moments before Ms. Elizabeth came out to grab me. When I say this woman put me at ease, I mean it. She was a ray of sunshine in a thunderstorm, I swear. She made me laugh a few times, which isn't hard for me really, but it WAS unexpected as I have an extremely healthy fear of the "dentist". She was the happy and calm that I needed and I appreciate her for it. Dr. Patel was the dentist I saw today. This man deserves ever letter of that name that he holds. He is very knowledgeable and just so incredibly kind and compassionate. He did not judge me or talk down to me about the state of my teeth. He explained what was going on with them, and why it would be best to remove all four wisdom teeth rather than just the bottom two, though the latter were more pressing. He explained every bit of what he found without being abrasive. I can't thank both Dr. Patel and Ms. Elizabeth enough for their compassionate approach. When it was time to leave, Ms. Carol walked me through the price breakdown and treatment plan. She showed me on the tooth model where work would be done and offered help. This office staff honestly show compassion in their treatment of their patients and I couldn't be more grateful. I will get all work done with them. Just, well done.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a wisdom tooth pulled at age 62 and dr Coker and her staff were excellent. I have TMJ and opening wide has locked my jaw up in rhe past. No problems after surgery. Very caring group!!

Experiencia fantástica: I do not have dental insurance and they worked with me with their in house program which cost wise was similar to previous dental plans I’ve had in the past. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but everyone there is so friendly and just want to help make your experience as pleasant as it can be. I went in same day because I had a filling fall out and ended needing a root canal. For the procedure they offered sunglasses so their lights wouldn’t bug me as they were working. They explained everything and even had financing available if it was needed. Highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot explain how grateful I have been for this place. From my first appointment in July 2024, which involved fixing work that another dental office had previously done, to my most recent wisdom tooth extraction and every other visit in between everything has gone smoothly. They are a very transparent and supportive establishment from the two receptionists that greet you when you walk in to the Dental Hygenists, Dental Assistants and Doctors in the back. This is a place I enjoy coming to because I know I’m going to be comfortable from start to finish.

Long story short, I contacted Woodstock dentist because one of my tooth was broken and had start to decay and needed immediate care. Everything was a 10/10 experience From the receptionist to the dental staff. Mr Patel and his staff made my experience painless and smooth. I feel confident going back for my remaining treatments and looking forward for a brighter and healthier smile!!! This establishment has gain my trust I cannot be thankful enough now I will never miss another appointment!

I came in because my crown fell out so that added to the stress of finding a new dentist asap! Everyone here is very nice and thorough.
