I can’t remember ever having waited longer than 20 minutes to get back with the doctor. The nurses are always so sweet and love on your child. The doctors are attentive and treat my daughter like she is their only concern every single time.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and Dr. Joseph Anwah were fantastic! My kids ages range from 4-15 and they loved it! From the moment you walk in you are taken care of and the atmosphere for the kids made them more relaxed. I was nervous since we had to switch dentists and insurance providers, but they actually look forward to going back! Dr. Anwah was so kind and engaging with the children and made sure I had all my questions or concerns answered before I left. One of my children did show beginning signs of a cavity, but he didn't want to fill it because the tooth would be falling out soon due to her age. I appreciated his honesty and integrity of not repairing something that is not causing pain and will not be an issue since that baby tooth will be falling out on it's own in the near future. He just wanted to make sure she flosses and brushes the area well so it doesn't become an issue. I would highly recommend The Kid's Dentist! I researched dentists in the DFW area and I'm so glad our experience here was such a pleasant one!

I actually live a little bit out the area but I love it so much that I just couldn’t see myself changing to another dentist office….my family has been coming to this practice for years now and we have been treated kindly and warmly and everyone is very professional at this office. I want to give a Kudos to EVERYONE for always being professional, friendly , patient and KIND throughout our visit… it truly means a lot…. And the actual Dental services are great also of course! It’s my sincere opinion that the dentist’s here are great dentist and very knowledgeable and down to earth people .

My oldest son is on the spectrum and they handled that 1000% perfectly!!! Very accommodating and calming room and music! That alone made a world of a difference. That meant a lot to us because we have not been met with this type of treatment at the previous location we had been going to which is why I took a chance for a change and God made it worth it. The building was very spacious and clean. Literally everything went so smooth and they even made my 2 year old comfortable and interacted with him the whole time it was unbelievable how nice these people are. I am beyond appreciative of their kindness and ease of service. Definitely bringing all 3 of my boys back here from now on. Also there was barely any wait. Doctor and assistants got straight to it!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: I've been taking my children here since they were babies. They're now 8 and 12. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My son has a phobia of heights, and every time they raise and tilt the chair, they comfort him so he's calm and relaxed. After Dr. Chen moved to another location, Dr. Joseph started treating my children's teeth, and they feel comfortable with him. Dr. Joseph is very friendly, patient, gentle, and careful when performing treatments. The clinic is always clean and bright, and wait times are minimal.

These last couple of visits my kids had to get some work done and Dr Singh was very patient and kind to them, the MA Evelyn was awesome in keeping them calm. Their second visit was the same Dr Singh was kind and quick and the MA Myra was great. I want to acknowledge Jocelyn at the front desk as well, she is very kind helpful and understanding. A big thing for me is cleanliness in public places and it is 10/10. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. All the back staff including Mayra and front desk receptionists are friendly. Is hard to find good dental offices but this one is a gem ❤️

Experiencia negativa: After waiting 6 months for our dental cleaning appointment, I was called by staff 3 days before to let me know that the dentist was not available and they did not know when he would be available to schedule again. She told me it was just a one time thing that he was available on a Saturday so I asked her, why did they schedule us in then? I could have found another Dentist in those 6 months waiting if they did not have availability or a dentist to see us. She said it was a mis communication, What?…So unprofessional and careless for the patients. I will be seeking a new dentist office who cares more about their patients time, schedules and dental care. Parents time, schedules and our children’s dental care matter too! Care a little more…
