Our hygienist, Martina, had great bedside manner and did very well with my sons cleaning, she even went as far as putting a moisturizer on his lips before hand so his lips wouldn't crack. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone in the area.

Experiencia negativa: Today is Friday my Dad is in pain. They said they would call his prescription in on Wednesday or Thursday morning. Today your office is closed and we have the weekend without med. The staff was friendly but this unacceptable.

She’ll always give you Vaseline during and after the appointment to make sure you don’t leave dry after all of the cleaning, which is a nice touch! Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a 6 month cleaning. This is my first time I have met Dr. Đoan and Jennifer. My visit with them today was fantastic. They made me feel very welcome and I was not just comfortable around them, I felt very comfortable like we was family. They talk to each other and talk to me from time to time. That makes this visit to the dentist seems like I was in there for only 20 min even though it was longer. I felt like I was in an our in no time. The cleaning did not hurt and I did not feel any pain. Not even once during the whole cleaning. I would recommend these two together as a pair working on your needs. Thank you Dr. Đoan and Jennifer. Experiencia fantástica: On Wednesday morning October 22nd. My daughter asked me to watch my granddaughter. And what grandpa. Would refuse a precious little face and smile so I said yes. But I had a dental appt at 9:50 that morning. I had no one to watch her. So I called at 8:00 and canceled my appointment. About 20 mins later I get a phone call from the office and was asked why I had cancelled. I explained my situation and they told me bring her up here we will watch her for you. They really didn’t have to do that but they did so that I wouldn’t cancel my appointment for the day. Selena and Bianca watched her for me. While I got my appointment taken care of. This just goes to show you how friendly the staff is and how you get treated like part of the family. Thank you so much for helping out. This is one of many reasons I enjoy coming to Pecan Tree Dental, because of the family atmosphere they provide. Thank you again ladies! You guys are awesome!

The people there are all friendly and gracious plus they bend over backwards accommodate whatever needs I might have. Before Pecan Tree, I always left the dentist office with a painful mouth that took a day or two to go away. This never happens at Pecan Tree. Amazing!! Give them a try - you won't be sorry you did.

They made us feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and took such good care of us. One of our kids got sealants to help prevent cavities, I found out I need a crown and will be going back next week for a cleaning and gum treatment. My husband is also scheduled for a deep cleaning. We were honestly surprised by how much care we needed, but so thankful they caught it early—and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. So glad we found this place. Experiencia positiva: Love the dentist hate the office. I've been going here several years and always have some problems with them. Dr.Smith is great at what he does and the price shows. He's the reason I've stuck around but with how many conflicts ive had with the front office and trainee assistants I think its time to go elsewhere. The fees do actually change so expect more and hope for less. Also go on an off day cause sometimes they will leave you waiting for hours before doing any work. Pick a regular hygenist/assistant and stick with them for less complications. One of the only dentists who's work I trust, but this place just brings too much negativity into my life.
