Experiencia negativa: Worst clinic ever , my son is special needs person, they refused to treat him cuz of his age which doesn’t make sense, cuz they facility is not equipped enough, so they referred us to Grand Prairie surgery center and assured us they can handle his case , and after making appointments and flout forms and changing provider name the surgery center also can’t handle my son’s case , no one has any idea or any of the right answers, just they want to get paid for doing absolutely nothing to help my son , I will report them to the BBB , so other families don’t go through what we went through.

They were also able to get me in with the ortho team on the same day and patty was amazing in explaining the treatment ! All the doctors and staff are great , highly appreciate and recommend coming here , thanks to a great team.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely hate going to the dentist, even as an adult, but particularly because of my experience as a child. My experience with BCD changed that because they really took care of me, answered all my questions, and overall just made me feel really comfortable and broke down what my treatment was going to entail. I believe Dr. Nikki Le was my dentist, she was absolutely pleasant and knowledgable and was really patient. I will be returning to this location! Update: After a few visits over the course of a year, I am almost done with my treatment plan at Bear Creek! I have only had positive experiences here and cannot imagine going to another dentist. I walk out each time feeling better about my teeth and smile. Dr. Nikki Le is truly stellar at her job and genuinely cares about your oral health. I am very appreciative of all her work and the staff at Bear Creek. Update: I’ve had two new dentist since then and still no complaints! The only dentist I have ever returned to.

Dr. Vamganur was kind, gentle, and explained everything clearly. They both made me feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend their office for excellent service and a positive dental visit!

Experiencia negativa: They over scheduled patients. They call you at least twice a day for a whole week to remind you of the appointment. I appreciate them remind me but they can just call the day before. My appointment was at 3 in which they reminded me the whole week of it, but seems like they forgot since I got there right at 3, waited in the waiting area for an hour until I decided to leave, because I saw patients that came after me being called first. Definitely will be searching for a different dentist office for my family & me!!

Experiencia negativa: Nice place but they need to stop scheduling appt without verifying insurance. You take off work ,go to appt , just to be told your insurance is not covering. That's after asking them multiple times if they take that insurance on the phone.

Experiencia negativa: Sooooo where do I begin…My family & I have been patients here for a few years and I have referred several people to them…but a few months ago I was talked to and treated like crap by the OFFICE MANAGER…All over verification of insurance process…I faxed my card over to see “Hey is this a plan you take” never got a follow-up response..I called back and was told and I quote “THE LADY THAT VERIFIES INSURANCE SAID SHE IS BUSY… YOU NEED TO SEE IF YOUR INSURANCE IS ACTIVE ON YOUR OWN” I’m like excuse me I never need eligibility info..I’m asking is this a plan you accept…so The manger then says again “yeah you need to do that on your own”….1st off the delivery was wrong what should have been done was a call to say Hey once your appointment is scheduled we can verify if we take that plan closer towards that time thats our typical process..Now that’s professional & understandable NOT WHAT I GOT….I had to call another location and get help from another Manager..So that whole overall experience from one person ruined any further visits from me..DO BETTER!!!! Now I could have went to my social media platform and bashed them to my 228k followers and brought the rating down to a 1star.. but I decided not to because I weighed all of my other visit experiences against this one encounter and left it alone…someone from the office called me recently to schedule my 6 month appointment..I calmly said no’mam I do not want to schedule any future visits with you guys and thank ya your office manager for that!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Edit: I have now visited the office 4 or 5 times, had 2 surgeries and multiple consultations here, and I can confidently say that this is the place you should be going! They are honest, caring, and kind people. Obviously there's days when it's a little slow, but that's just a given when you live in a metroplex with 8million people. Highly reccomend. I absolutley adore this place and the staff. I have severe dental anxiety and every last person here took their time to make sure I was well informed and comfortable. I was given a treatment plan but ensured multiple times that I could take them at my pace. I tend to bounce from dentist to dentist but I will definitely be back!

Experiencia negativa: The staff is very nice BUT they need to stop scheduling 5 or more people for the same appointment time. I really do appreciate the oral care Bear Creek does, but nobody (especially kids) wants to wait 4 plus hours to see the dentist. Also, every time my children were scheduled to get fillings and we went in to get them, they tell me at the appointment that they WON'T be getting fillings and that this is just "an evaluation ". My children have had multiple evaluations and still no dental work. I'm starting to think this is a scam to just keep charging insurance and taking our money. My last visit, they had me sign some papers saying it was a consent to treat my daughter for her next upcoming appointment to get fillings. After speaking to a receptionist about her upcoming appointment to get fillings, she told me my daughter had already got fillings and I signed a form saying so. Bear Creek, please do better. Times are hard for a lot of people and I don't have time to keep throwing away money and not being treated.

Called me a week before the appointment and told me that the day I got booked was a day they were closed!! They said they wanted to book me another month and a half away knowing my kid needs to be seen . Don’t recommend ! Go elsewhere . It’s their fault to begin with . Horrible customer service .

I've taken my child to this location, recommended by another location, to do a procedure that couldn't be done at the dentistry by my home first time we went, waited 2 hours just for them to tell me come another day. Next time, we scheduled at 8 on Labor Day. Location was closed we called on a previous day to assure the appointment was accurate and we were told it was. DO NOT USE BEAR CREEK! they do there best to cram as many patients into the same appointment with no consideration for your time.
