Experiencia fantástica: My experience has been the best I've ever had in a dental office their use of nitrous oxide and oxygen really makes me relax made me relaxed and my concern about deep cleaning turned out to be not necessary and Bear Creek Family Dentistry is just they've got the best staff they have deep staff multiple staff and they're all very competent and very friendly and I would recommend this Dentistry to anybody and the doctors are as good as the nurses thank you

Experiencia negativa: This place is absolutely horrible. We scheduled our kids’ appointments a week in advance, and they still called the day before to cancel on us — after we had already taken off work and planned around it. Completely inconsiderate of people’s time. On top of that, even after my insurance company got on a three-way call and confirmed we are in-network, they STILL refused to see us unless we paid out of pocket. The insurance representative even said they had never seen anything like this in all the years they’ve been working. Very rude, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place to bring your littles… the built in playgrounds and welcoming atmosphere is just what the kids need to be at ease and relaxed for their appointments… my daughter is special needs and has sensory issues. the staff made sure she was comfortable and relaxed through the whole procedure… from the initial phone contact, Lizbeth and Natalye were great in scheduling the appointment and finding an opening with a provider that specializes in kids with issues like her. They went above and beyond their job description. Dania the specialist coordinator explained everything to me and walked me through the financing process. Finally Ms. Jennifer made sure everything ran smoothly as the office manger. Everyone’s smiling faces made my day! They take most insurances and they even offer payment plans and third party credit… will be returning here for all follow up care. These ladies are awesome and Dr. Fuentes is the icing on the cake!

I brought my three kids in for check-ups and teeth cleaning their team were able to get everyone's teeth cleaned plus cavities field all done within an hour and a half of of getting started. No long wait time in the lobby neither. Bear Creek will continue to be my family dentistry. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: They schedule families at the same time for one assistant so my 3 kids take almost 2 hours for their appointments. They call my son by his middle name every time even though he doesn't go by it. Extremely slow service but a nice facility. Just be prepared to wait.

Experiencia negativa: Was there over 3 hours then told I had to fill prescriptions immediately without my insurance or reschedule which I couldn’t do since my daughter was already missing school for her procedure. I ended up having to pay out of pocket when I have insurance that would have covered it had they given the prescription in advance. Horrible expedience. They clearly overbook appointments so takes forever to be seen you absolutely won’t be seen at your scheduled time or even close to it. Also if you have wisdom teeth pulled and in any pain only Tylenol or ibuprofen is what’s given here. To have a kid suffer after having 2 teeth pulled is ridiculous and force kid patients to be in pain.

They call me a week before the appointment telling me that they booked me on a holiday and now my kid will be booked a month and a half from now ! That’s ridiculous! I told her to let me talk to the manager or whoever I needed to talk to because my daughter needed to be seen , long story short , manager wasn’t there ! Ridiculous ! This place doesn’t care about your kids just your money .

Experiencia negativa: Horrible! Please don't come here to get your wisdom teeth pulled out. They'll have you here all day. This is my 2nd time here because of their timing. My daughters appt was at 9:30am. Here it is 12:53pm & I'm still waiting. It's a bit ridiculous. They'll tell you, you're the 1st person for the extractions appt and you'll still be waiting for a long time. It's crazy.... if u do book with them, please expect to be here for HOURS.... I have to constantly ask questions or ask how much longer to be seen in order to truly get the ball running

They always give our kids balloons at the end and she also informed me the whole family can be treated here and they offer payment plans! So convenient for everyone in the family to go to one spot for dental care!
