Experiencia negativa: Do not go here. I came in on Saturday to get a crown. No one called me to tell me the cost which it’s covered at 100%. They took me back and AFTER they numbed me they brought me a bill of $800.00. I told them I can not pay that and my insurance covers it. They then proceeded to offer me a $20.00 discount if I leave them a Google review. Please do not let them scam you.

Experiencia negativa: Worse dentist ever, scams insurance by charging for dental procedures not done. He does shoddy work and 5 minute cleaning even on deep cleaning. Their main concern is to get as much as they can from your insurance without doing the work. STAY AWAY !

Experiencia negativa: I came here because of the good reviews and regret it. Dr Patel was impatient in doing my implant extraction. This was my first and I had already explained that I had dental anxiety, and also I was told I would be his only patient that day. Yet he had several others and was running from room to room while working on me. I even held my hand up during the procedure to tell him to pause because my anxiety was through the roof, and he ignored it and told me ignore the drill. Then to find out he charged my insurance for several work procedures that I did not get done. Maybe he thought the charges would go unnoticed because I went close to the holidays and end of the year. This office presents themselves with a false sense of niceness but when the Dr. is under pressure, he is not nice. Make sure you monitor what is being charged to your insurance.

I had a permanent retainer that needed to be removed and no other dentist would help me because they didn’t put it in in the first place (it was done in New York years ago). I am so glad Dr. Patel agreed to remove it for me, especially because it was causing pain. It only 10-15 minutes. Everyone at Fresh Family Dental is kind, warm, and welcoming. I will be recommending it to all of my family members and friends.

They bill my insurance for days that I was NEVER even in his office and then try to lie about it once I called the office. Thank God for all my records, he had to refund my insurance the money back.

I felt more comfy there than I have at previous offices. After everything was examined, they told me my options and came up with a very affordable plan (for me).
