Smile Well Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service very nice to their patient’s and very gentle and caring

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at Smile Well Dentistry in Duncanville, Texas! The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The office is spotless, beautifully designed, and has a very modern feel. What impressed me the most was my treatment. In the past, every new dentist I've seen has had to stop during the procedure to give me more numbing medication because my gums are so sensitive. This time, everything was done perfectly from start to finish without having to pause even once. They were also very efficient. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m., and I was walking out the door by 4:35 p.m. If you're looking for a dental office with a friendly team, excellent care, and fast, efficient service, I highly recommend Smile Well Dentistry in Duncanville, Texas!

Experiencia fantástica: They are sooo kind! Affordable and didn’t make me feel ashamed about my teeth. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental experience I have ever had in my 58 yrs of life!!! Came in with an implant that fell out with no pain and left in pain and missed a week of work no pay during Christmas and there was no sympathy. Also had 2 crowns done and one fell out during an outing after having for less than a month and was told nothing last forever!!ll I am now in constant pain from the crowns and in fear that they will fall out again. Have requested that the manager call several times and no response!! I am a firm believer in make it right and I have received nothing but excuses and no EMPATHY! Most of all my life is changed and will have to get more work done to fix what went wrong.

Experiencia fantástica: April at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! definitely suggest this office if you’re in the area!

Experiencia negativa: Went here today they had called said it was time for cleaning got there they took xrays doctor comes in never spoke just said she never meet me before I said don't know you eithet but went on to try and tell me my bottom teeth didn't have much bone left in them I said thats what they said before so after that because I wasn't there to discuss removal of teeth she decided I couldn't have my teeth cleaned so I left very bad service will be certain to notify my insurance and everyone else I can tell to not go there

Andrea and April did a wonderful job on my xrays with very little discomfort, Tara referred me for treatment that she felt could be done for my condition, and Dr Gonzalez was very personable and explained everything to me. I will definitely return and refer a friend.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a former DR. Brown patient for 20 years until he retired and sold the practice to SWD. I am really impressed with your practice and the smooth transition to your practice. All you employees I have dealt with are excellent. I would like to single out Jocelyn the Hygienist she is outstanding. She is kind, courteous and extremely talented in her profession. She should be rewarded for a job well done. If she was my employee I would do anything to make sure to hold onto such an employee seeing such people are hard to come across. Thank You for your dedication. Rick Henry . I would like to add that on my recent visit on May 09 2024 that I had another excellent visit. I want to say that Valerie a new member to this location has an excellent personality and dedication to doing the best service to her customers. Keep up the good work. Rick Henry Update: Tara has excellent and extremely professional and great personality for the field she's in. Make sure you keep her !!

Extremely nice and so friendly. Very knowledgeable. April explained everything in detail. Dr. Gonzalez was an absolute gem. My dad is not a go to the dentist type of person but was so happy he came. Said he’d definitely keep his appts here. I’m so happy he liked it. This is a great facility. Definitely recommend 10/10 . Thank you so much Smile Well Dentistry for making my dad feel comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: So far this has been the best dentist experience I’ve had. Everyone was super nice and professional. The dentist had great bedside manner. She explained everything thoroughly.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was recommended to me, and I’m so glad it was. The entire staff is great, not only are they knowledgeable but they’re super friendly and make you feel welcome. Everyone is efficient, they make sure to educate you on what they’re doing and always keep you in the loop. They’re the best!

Experiencia negativa: My first visit was cool until I started getting the run around. I had what I thought was a deep cleaning but the dental hygienist LIED she did not do a deep cleaning and she LIED about the numbing cream she was using, now I'm stuck with having to pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning by another dentist. I do not recommend this place At all.

Experiencia fantástica: They helped me so much with figuring out a treatment plan. They also really helped me navigate figuring out an effective payment plan.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved this staff, from April to Alexa and Dr Gonzales, I’m glad I came, I should’ve been here years ago

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing they deserve 20 Stars they're very efficient it wasn't all day everybody come to this place you won't be disappointed and they give you a lot of help and they have payment plans so give them a try

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my mom for a consultation, the office and staff was so nice and the physician was so thorough. We love the atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Oh, my!! I gave some additional information to Alysse when I came to office to better understand my situation. And, answered alot of my concerns. She made me feel better. April, the dental assistant also has such a caring disposition that we don't see too much these days. I can tell she genuinely listened to my personal information. She's very efficient at taking those mouth X-rays!! Dr. Gonzalez examined my mouth and told me she felt good about doing deep cleanings and taking care of infection.

Experiencia fantástica: The Employees Are Friendly. The Services Are Wonderful. They Help With Prices. I Recommend This Office To Everyone. Thanks So Much!!

Experiencia fantástica: What an amazing experience! They even helped me find the right plan to help pay for my dental needs. If you are looking for caring, professional and supportive dental professionals this is definitely the place to go. I wish I scheduled this sooner! They are all smiles when I come in and know me by name! The whole staff from the dentist to the dental staff are just as invested in my new smile as I am! I truly can’t express what an amazing experience this office has been to me!

Experiencia fantástica: I've jumped from different dental clinics over the years and smile well dentistry is the best one I've been too..I was skeptical because I received the ad in my mail and I wasn't sure I would be any different from the rest clinics I had been too. The ladies in the front desk are so nice and helpful. And the doctor and the assistants are very professional they reassure you thru the whole process! They make me feel at ease during my procedure...they also give you a payment plan for procedures and I got their yearly plan that includes my 2 yearly cleanings and xrays...among discounts for your dental needs. I will continue to be a patient because they treat me very well.

Experiencia fantástica: They were really sweet and explained everything in great detailed about what's going on with my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Lol well I loved this visit I loved the interaction between the doctor and her assistant! It was such comfortable that I almost went to sleep with my mouth open lol. Oh yeah besides the fun they do AWESOME WORK! See you all soon and the invisilined are really working great.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Diana and her gentle hands are amazing. Hands down to the staff. Love it here!

Experiencia fantástica: They were so polite and prompt! I don't have any questions afterwards because they explained everything to me so that it was understandable. The dentist had a beautiful spirit and so did everyone else! Ms. Jacqueline Lopez is extra special!! She was so considerate, I formative and delicate..I will be back in 3 months!!

Experiencia negativa: I don't have anything positive to say about this company/office. I was looking for a dentist for my daddy who is 88. He wants eight teeth pulled/removed and then dentures (even though we want him to get implants). I contacted them online, advised them of his age, and requested they let me know if they did not want a new patient his age. No response so I sent another msg a couple of days later. Still no response. This place advertises that they will respond "shortly" but that is NOT true. My opinion is if they will lie about something so easy to actually handle (a response), what else will they lie about? My daddy deserves better. I won't waste my time with this company or any of their other locations/dentists/partners.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and gave me many options to help with my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: This office provided exceptional care thanks a lot Destiny and Dr. Gonzalez

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff and quick procedure. Gnarly tooth

Experiencia fantástica: It’s a new dentist for me. I love it. Customer service immaculate, The pricing as well as different Payment plans were offered very reasonable most importantly, taking time to explain everything in detail

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you so much April and Jackie and I can't forget Alysse and Mrs Gonzalez, Great service you guys made me feel so comfortable Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: They were amazing! I'm glad I found them, they will be my main dentistry from now on ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Great team! Everyone was great, and friendly. Broke everything down to where I fully understand. Thank you Enid and Dr.Gonzalez! Will be continuing my treatment here.

Experiencia fantástica: My technician was awesome. I didn’t feel any pain teeth were pearly and clean. Great Job!!! Excellent service
