Experiencia negativa: Go in for my son (8). They tell me his insurance isn't covering his work that needs to be done. I say fine, I'll just pay cash. So I do. They start working on my son, and they try not numbing him. He was hurting so the dentist had to finally numb him after he started crying. She then kept making comments to him, saying that he needed to get over it, and stop crying and just being rude to him for being in pain. If my son didn't have a hole in his tooth I would've left right then. He's having an anxiety attack in their chair, meanwhile their equipment is so jenky and old, the air hoses kept popping off every 5 min. Not to mention water squiring everywhere. We got done and that's not even the worst part!!!!! Went to another dentist to get a look at his mouth and double check since I didn't trust allheart. Turns out yall scammed me 2 times 1. His insurance did cover it. His new dentist just said yall are incompetent. So I paid almost 300 dollars when I shouldn't have paid a dime. 2. Yall didn't even drill all of the cavity out. When they x-rayed the teeth your dentist worked on, there was still so much cavity left under the filling, my current dentist was surprised when I told her it was done not even a ago. I will be going to corporate and request refunds for paying for nothing and not to mention the pain my son had to endure from your so called "dentist".

Experiencia negativa: I will never bring my child back here again. The doctor is very aggressive. He held my five-year-old son down with so much force that he left an imprint on my son’s arm.

Experiencia negativa: Every time I bring my granddaughter it’s a long wait. They don’t address you to inform you how long the wait is going to be. They speak to each other in their own language when you asked them a question. I have no problem with people speaking in their own language but not when I I’m dealing business with them. Appointment at 1 pm and it is now 1:30 and still sitting here.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dentist I've been to. I went in for a cleaning and fill, and they told me I didn't have a cavity where I knew for a fact that I did. On My way out they told me anytime I got ready for an extraction it would be already paid for. I went to have a second opinion a week or two later to find out they took all but $300 of my insurance money for a cleaning and a couple of fills on my first visit.

The office was clean and the staff were very friendly. ESPECIALLY the woman Jessica at the front desk! She’s extremely sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my visit and understood exactly what steps to take for the remaining dental work I need done. This location is super lucky to have a person like Jessica at the front desk. Thank you!

The place was clean, and the dentist was friendly and could explain the process thoroughly and professionally. Unfortunately, the dentist's assistance made this experience a bad one. She was FaceTiming family and friends while I was in the room getting a cleaning. She did not provide a professional and private environment for the patient. It was very awkward.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here yesterday, and the service was PHENOMENAL. I had 2 back molars that had me in tears for the last week. The pricing was beyond fair, the facilities were impeccably spotless, and I was taken care of by the very professional staff who sympathized and had zero issues making sure I was comfortable. Also, shoutout to Jessica for her playlist of music that relaxed me more than they'll know. I finally found a dentist I'm happy with here in DFW. I'd give 10/10 stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: The amount I paid for the services were a good price, the doctor was also very nice. The few issues I experienced were that the dental hygienist was complaining about working and scheduling more patients during the time both the doctor and her were working on me. Which was very unprofessional. Although I didn’t experience any pain, during the cleaning both were very messy meaning water was all over my face and dripping down my neck. I had to wipe myself after the work was done. I don’t recommend coming to this location.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist was great I never felt any pain. But I have been trying for almost 2 months now to get my final bill for my fourth and final appointment. And not a single person in the company can tell me why I can't get it. They had me take out nearly $4000 in Sunbit for a certain amount of work that was never completed. So this is money that I'm paying out and they are keeping for work that was never performed. I have sent numerous calls and emails which have gone unreturned. This is getting ridiculous in them at the point where i'm going to have to take this further.

Last time I came here was 2 years ago I called over the weeknd to schedule teeth cleaning and I remembered her voice like it was yesterday and was automatically full of joy. She is so sweet and makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I came in and to my knowledge Dr. Modi isn’t here anymore but Dr. Cho took over her. Just like Jessica Dr.Cho Is sooooo sweet and friendly and although I hate dentist I love him already for making me feel comfortable and not embarrassed of not being to the dentist for 2 years. Love this location very neat and clean as well!
