Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jae An is absolutely the best dentist I've ever been to. He is so caring and he listens. Coming from a nervous patient with high anxiety about dentistry, I recommend him to anyone. I'm terrified of needles and he understands the fear and has always treated me with tender kindness. He's excellent with a needle in hand. They are my new preferred dental provider. His assistants are wonderful. Although, my favorite person is right at the front desk, Ronique. She has always had a part in making me feel at ease. She' explained all of my payment options and was a big help in that area. She was certainly instrumental in making sure I didn't leave still in pain. I was able to proceed with the options I was given. They are the BEST!!!!

Everyone at the office was friendly, professional, took the time to listen to your concerns and explained why the treatments are needed. I always dreaded the x-rays because at other dental offices the things you had to bite down on were always shoved so far back causing the gag reflexes to kick in but not here, Gus was amazing!! Those were the most pleasant tooth x-rays of my life.

Experiencia negativa: Beware!! The insurance clerk Renee advised me that I had funds on my Medicare Advantage Plan to pay for two crowns to be performed. After the procedure I was then told on my next visit that she had made a mistake and was billing me and demanded that I pay over $3100!!! out of pocket. I'm a 73-year-old senior trusted her advice If not advised by her I could have waited there was no rush for this procedure! Now she tells me If I dont pay immediately she will send this to collections and damage my credit. Terrible for any business to abuse any Senior!!

I received another option from Lynn Creek instead of getting another implant. The doctor was gentle and he thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done. The next day I received a text message stating that I couldn't have the 4 o'clock appointment I needed to be there at 1 o'clock. Now mind you I'm a working person who works and every day I don't get off of work until after 3:30. So I kindly asked when would be a right time to reschedule for just a consultation, When I was told that,, I didn't Realize That they wanted the appointment appointment 2 weeks from today ! I realize this was not the place I need to take my money or have my dental care taking care of. Because when you are a new customer and you treated like a Person who made the mistake of going on their website to make an appointment. . It shows me the lack of integrity with this office. I was recommended To this dentist by a friend. But after this incident I will be reconsidering my friend's thoughts of this particular office

Experiencia negativa: The front line staff should not give legal advice regarding Client privacy as it relates to the HIPPA policy. Telling a potential customer "That's never happened since I've been here, so it's nothing to worry about." Is not a good answer when asked what happens to customer information and who is the third party entity referenced in their documents.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the hygienist was thorough yet gentle during my cleaning. The whitening service was quick and effective—I noticed a significant difference right after the treatment, with no sensitivity or discomfort. Dr. An took the time to explain everything and provided great recommendations for maintaining my results. Highly recommend this place!!

Experiencia negativa: My mom got a dental bridge done here - it fell off 2 years later. They told her it would last 10 years. They refused to repair the damage at no cost since their warranty only covered one year. In what world does a dental bridge fall in that little time? And how could something that’s supposed to last a long time have such a short time of warranty? Sounds like it wasn’t done properly to last. Think twice about having a procedure like that here. And God forbid it happens after your 1 year warranty.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a former patient of Lynn Creek but left because of a revolving door of dentists. I decided to return because the practice is now under the leadership of one dentist. I am glad I did! Dr. Jae An and his staff are warm and welcoming. I still carry some trauma from previous experiences, and Dr. An is sensitive to my needs. My cleaning was one of the most gentle and pleasant cleanings I have ever had, and their willingness to listen is refreshing. I appreciate the text reminders as well as follow up phone calls. I don't think anyone enjoys going to the dentist, but I don't feel the half the anxiety I have had for years due to Dr. An's gentle nature and clear, honest communication. I have enjoyed my experience thus far and pray the level of care and service I have received continues. My only feedback is to offer ear plugs so the sound of the tools makes patients less nervous .

They had to double check it after 15mins or so and it dropped almost 20 points. Everyone was so amazing, so accommodating. Very good people, I honestly trust them, and that's rare. I would definitely recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: My experience was horrible. I was 4min past the 10min grace period and they refused to see me. I could understand if I never called to let them know I was running late or if I was 15-20min late but to not even attempt to understand trying to speed through traffic to make it on time was extremely frustrating. At the first appointment I went to the dentist didn’t start working on me until an hour after my appointment. I waited so long on him that I needed more numbing medicine because it was wearing off. I never complained, nor did I say anything because I understood that things happen. For this establishment to not make the same accommodations or even attempt to “act” like they’re trying to make the situation right is crazy. Bottom line the customer service of the front office staff, especially the manager, needs work. Part of her excuse was “We have another patient at 3:30.” What she could have said was, “We have another patient at 3:30 but you’re more than welcome to wait in case they do not make it in.” Even if she was 100% sure the patient would arrive she would have been showing slight concern and a will to make things better. Mind you the 3:30 patient never showed up. After refusing to leave until I spoke with the dentist, the office manager stated that the dentist would see me. As a person who works in healthcare, admin to be exact, this was very disappointing to experience and I hope this establishment use this as a learning opportunity to do better.

They are not pushy at all and they are respectful of a budget, by letting you set up a payment plan and schedule out your treatments as needed to ensure that they can be completed in a timely fashion, so its not all pushed to be done at once if you can’t afford to. I’m so glad I chose to become a patient and I definitely plan to continue my dental care here! Lastly, I enjoy watching the TV while I’m waiting and while I’m in the chair for service! The TVs Above your head while having your dental work done are a great Addition! They definitely help take your mind off of what may be going on in your mouth!

My grandmother went to this place in July of last year and just this week, she went to the doctor because of pain she had been having and it turns out THE DENTIST LEFT THE ROOT OF THE TOOTH IN HER MOUTH!!!!!! All the pain she has been in lately, it affecting her daily lifestyle, all because of a careless mistake! There should be no reason this happens to ANYONE, it could have ended badly, I'm glad it didn't end bad because there would have been more than just a review!
