I started off with Dr. Vincent Ford, then he retired and his brother, John, took over and now I am with John's son, Paul , who is very patient and a very good dentist. I'm glad to be a patient of the Ford dentistry. I will recommend anybody that's not afraid of a dentist to give them a chance. I know you will have a great experience.

Well, I just want to say that after going around from a dentist to another dentist, since 1990, I finally, found a Dentist that is really caring for his patient and also skillful. The doctor’s Ford family, will put, you, the patient, feeling relaxed from start to finish. I have to mention Dr. Paul that is the only dentist (I changed a lot of them) that gave me a few shots to numb the part to do the job on my tooth and I Didn’t feel NOTHING, Not even the “pinch,” that Dentist always say before the shot. Today the Cavity on my tooth was worked by Dr. Giovanna, also very caring and skillful. Really I liked everything even the stuff at Ford Dental rocks. I am a happy patient, thank you ALL. . In addition I just met Tracy today for my cleaning and I must say I learned a lot from her. She is very knowledgeable on what she is doing. This dental practice should teach others how to run a dental office. I feel lucky to be patient here. Thank you all very much.

We also really appreciate that they offer Saturday appointments, which makes scheduling so much easier for us. Brothers John and Paul worked together to give me the best dental care at the most affordable costs possible. John more than once, has worked very diligently and successfully to save a tooth. Now that John’s son, Paul, has joined the practice, he brings the current technical know-how to a practice which has always been patient-centered and remains so. I travel a distance to stay with them after having moved, because I couldn’t find any dentists closer to me who measure up to the Fords.

Fantastic experience: Been seeing Dr Ford for over 30years at least and am extremely satisfied. My parents are patients as are my children. An absolute top notch organization. I always felt the two brothers were trusted advisors who knew me personally as well as my health and teeth - each trip wasn't starting over with history etc. Now the doctors are handing the batton to the next generation of Dr Ford and I am every bit as pleased. The transition has been seamless and skills every bit as excellent (and im writing this today as I have just had some major work). And Linda and Laura at the front desk are always super efficient and accomodating to my schedule and request. Very highly recommend Dr Ford Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I wish they accepted HMO as I loved how they treated my husband and I. Dr. Ford is my husband's dentist as he has a PPO plan. Dr. Ford was so helpful in providing recommendations for preventative care and provided great referrals for a root canal at Berkeley Endo. The office and Dr. is very understanding of the type of insurance and knowing my husband had a root canal and tooth extracted all in one week, he had his staff look into our claims before proceeding with additional work like a crown as he knows how costly it is and that our insurance may not cover additional work. He makes it affordable and provides various options to fit our financial situation. Definitely not a Dr. that will try to bill you for everything under the moon. He is someone trust worthy which is why I am bummed they don't take HMO. I really don't want to go to a Western Dental as all their reviews and my experience were quite the opposite as with this office. If you have a PPO plan and are in the area, I highly recommend getting your dental needs here. Wonderful staff and even better Dr.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been long time patients of Doctors Paul and John Ford. We recently moved to Sonoma County, and we decided staying with Ford Dental and driving the distance is well worth it. We appreciate so many things about this office! Both dentists are very good, personable, thorough, professional, and skilled. The hygienists are also very good. They are totally organized with billing. We have had multiple insurance plans, and sometimes no insurance, (one very weird plan called Unum) They have dealt with all insurance, and always charged us "in network" prices, and always been very fair with pricing, procedures, etc. They also have Saturday appointments! We have over 20 years with this office, my husband has gum issues and they have provided excellent care in this area. I highly recommend Ford Dental, a family business with many long term employees.

Fantastic experience: Like many of the patients who currently use the excellent services of Drs. Paul and John Ford as their dentists, I have been a patient for many years (decades!). Today I had a long appointment to prepare one of my molars for a new crown. Dr. Paul and I discussed what would happen before he started, answering all my questions and explaining what was happening throughout the process. Everything was done with care and the process went very smoothly. Many other reviewers said that the quality of Ford Dental's work is very high and significantly better than their previous dentists. Considering how long I've been a patient of Ford Dental, I can't make a comparison with other dentists. However, I can unequivocally say that the whole practice is excellent: stellar dental work, an office that has a super friendly style, including prompt responses to people with emergency situations, often during the weekends. Everyone - from the two dentists to the dental assistants, hygienists and receptionists - are all caring, responsive people. In short, Ford Dental is fantastic!
