He is thoroughly accessible. He engages you in the treatment procedure by explaining your dental issues and what can or can not be done. He provides the patient with options in a candid yet kindly manner. He answers one's questions and gives his best to one's dental care. . The always updated equipment in the very clean dental office is a testimonial to how greatly Dr. Bossett values his patients. I admire the expertise and compassion of his staff. They operate as a team whether handling billing concerns, booking appointments, answering patients' questions, or bustling to manage office details. Their dental hygienist is a top notch part of this extraordinary team. They deserve kudos for being a vibrant professional group. Dr. Charles Bossett and Team provide a splendid dental experience.

Negative experience: I was looking for a dentist close to me and Dr. Bossetts name came up. I made an appointment for two months ahead and had my previous dentist send my xrays. When I arrived to the office the receptionist said I didn't have an appointment and she had never heard of me. I told her my dentist had sent my xrays and she said she could not find them. I think this office is very disorganized and I have found another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had my first time visit yesterday and I’m completely blown away by the tremendous care & service I received. I moved to the area a year ago and it was admittedly awhile since I had my last cleaning and it took awhile to locate an available dentist. I booked an appointment with Dr. Bossett’s office & spoke with the kindest receptionist (Nicole). She was heaven sent, made it so easy to set up my appointment. Went in for a cleaning & my hygienist (Damaya) and she gave me one of the best teeth cleanings I’ve ever experienced. Very thorough, provided me some information about brushing/gum health and toothbrush recommendations. One of the highlights of my visit that I’d never experienced before was several times during my cleaning she made sure to provide Vaseline as my lips would get chapped throughout the cleaning. Absolutely amazing attention to patient detail & an incredibly friendly staff. I’m looking forward to my next visit for sure!

I initially dreaded the idea of getting a crown, however Dr. Bossett made the process relatively painless and trouble free. He fitted my crown perfectly the first time and I did not require a followup visit for adjustments. Additionally his staff is friendly and professional. His hygienist is the best I've ever had!. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Bossett because a previous dentist said that I had 2-3 cavities (I can't remember exactly how many). Dr. Bossett looked at the same X-rays that the other dentist pointed out cavities in and didn't see anything. Further, it's been about a year since that incident, and I've gone to yet a 3rd dentist for a routine cleaning and they didn't notice anything (because my insurance changed... if I could I would've stayed with Dr. Bossett). Beyond the above example, I am DEEPLY grateful because I had a filling fall out that was rather large. Two different dentists I saw said it was now too large to be refilled (including the one who filled it in the first place) and would need a crown; they both said that a filling wouldn't hold for more than a few months. Dr. Bossett was happy to try the filling approach, which I wanted because it's far less expensive and invasive. Now, this filling did fall out a week later, but it was my fault (I forgot why, I think I yanked a stuck piece of floss too hard). I felt horribly stupid! But I returned to the office, and they redid the work for free. This time, the doctor also shaved down the filled area to make it come into less contact with the tooth above and less likely to fall out. (I've also been following instructions and flossing really gently in that area.) The filling's been holding great for almost a year now. My habit of always getting 2nd/3rd opinions for dental work continues to pay off.

Positive experience: I have been going to Dr. Bossett for years and just recently the service I received was not the best. I have battled with a painful tooth that was causing me to have bad nerve pain. I went numerous times and some of my teeth were extracted but the pain never went away. I was finally referred out and got work done at the another office, and the pain is not as bad as it was, but it is still there.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. So, it had been a while since I had seen a dentist. However, after needing extensive dental work and surgery. Dr. Bossett saved as many of my teeth as he could. He and his entire staff made my experience tolerable. They were extremely attentive, too, my fears and concerns. I am so pleased with my dental care from Dr. Bossett... I will never wait years between routine cleanings. As the old saying goes: "Put your money where your mouth is!"

Fantastic experience: My friend referred me to Dr Bossett when I had a terrible toothache on Thanksgiving morning. Dr Bossett's emergency line seems to be direct to "Dr B". He responded and guided me thru the process of surviving the long weekend until his Tues appt. He was very generous with his time and sympathy. At the office, everyone was friendly and warm. Excellent tech took my xrays. Dr B reviewed my situation and gave me solid options including time to process what the best choice is for me, while also giving me a quick fix for the pain. Though I've not had any work performed yet, this feels like the Dentist for me!

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment as a new patient, but when I arrived for my appointment the door was locked, no one would answer my knocks, and no one would answer the phone. I peeked through the mail slot to find their office dark and empty. After leaving frustrated I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume some sort of emergency had happened but over two weeks later i haven't heard back. Very disappointed as this dentist was recommended by a friend.

Fantastic experience: I came for my regular teeth cleaning and was pleasantly surprised to see a team of Black folx. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Often running behind which is not great when it's the middle of my work day. I still appreciate this practice but would appreciate more heads up if possible as well!
