Fantastic experience: Dr Cisternas was very kind and helpful he took me in last minute for an emergency I highly recommend! Staff is very pleasant too !
Fantastic experience: I certainly don’t know what the future holds in view of services I may be receiving from Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio. However, following my visit with this entity today, I am extremely impressed. From my entry into the facility, my interaction with the receptionist to the services received from the nurses and subsequently, Dr. Cisternas, I can assure anyone, this is an entity to consider when needing dental help. The ambience, beginning with where you complete the new patient form to where you receive attention, like the deep cleaning I received, is very welcoming. The staff are warmly engaging. The x-rays done seemed comprehensive, especially that they were the most comprehensive x-rays I have ever experienced regarding dental care. Then comes the deep cleaning. Can’t elaborate further, but I now sense an enormous difference. The procedures are explained to you before being carried out, as well as the results explained when completed. There was the moment with Dr. Cisternas: he provided the information I needed to know, future options to be considered, and steps that would assist to enhance my dental condition. He asked wonderful questions that demonstrated concern for my condition. I can’t wait to share my experience with a workmate who is also seeking dental care. I am happy I researched and zeroed in on this entity after considering a shortlisted few. I use this opportunity to thank all the staff, including the doctor for providing me a very well deserved dental care.

Fantastic experience: Always on schedule. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great hygienist and Dr. Cisternas is a complete professional, has a high level of attention to detail and is extremely easy to speak to.

Fantastic experience: Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but the best thing about them is that they truly care about you which makes going to see Dr Acker and his staff, a dental dream instead of a dental nightmare. I highly recommend them to all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. C is the best dentist and the most wonderful person! In my 51 years, he is the first dentist I have gone to that is skilled, light handed, kind, funny, and always there for me. My 4 children actually fight to see who can go in and visit him first! I am the most fearful person when it comes to medical professionals, and a visit to his office is like a fun time out. He takes care of our medical needs, makes sure to take preventative actions, and makes it a point to get to know each one of us personally. A kinder, more gentle, friendly, and skilled dentist there never was. We love him! ( His staff is just as lovely and we adore them too!!!)

Fantastic experience: My Dentist Dr. Acker moved to this office over a year ago. Last week I had bone replacement done with Dr. Rubin. She is absolutely awesome. Had the same procedure done five years ago in a different spot. Went back two days later for a post op check with Dr. Steven Cisternas for a quick look. He was so nice. Took his time. Put my before and after X-rays up to show me. The office is awesome. They have the newest technology and the Doctors are all excellent as well as the staff! Thank you !!!

Fantastic experience: My neighbor recommended Dr. Cisternas to me and I’ve been happy with the practice. Office is clean and staff are very nice except for the receptionist on Wednesdays who asked me if I wanted to put down a deposit to hold my next appointment. I told her no. I do not like going to the dentist because it can be painful and I have had some horrible experiences but Dr. Cisternas and his assistant Anna were absolutely awesome!! They made me feel safe. The doctor explained everything he was doing. Constantly checked to me make sure I was ok. Great bedside manners!! They made it truly a pleasure to go to the dentist words I thought would never come out my mouth!! I definitely recommend this dentist office!!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dr. Cisternas for several years now. When I moved to Jersey 4 years ago, I decided to try other dentists and not once was any other experience close to the same. This office makes you feel like a person, not a number. They will remember things you tell them over the phone several days later. I live about 50 min away from their office and will be coming back every 6 months for good.
