Fantastic experience: Dr Rona is a top tier dentist she has done cavity fillings on me and I didn't feel a single thing. She has hands of gold, extremely gentle and does not rush. Her presence is warm and she stands on business. After dealing with Severe dental anxiety from previous dentist I have completely overcome my fear of the dentist. Take care of your oral health and go to DR Rona she is worth it. The entire office is extremely friendly and they work wonderful together. You could see them in the flow state. It’s a beautiful dental office.

I initially came in for a second opinion on dental work I was quoted at another office on the island, and the team was so kind and caring, and took the time to sit and explain everything to me and were transparent about the billing and about the plan of care. She listened to my requests and was very mindful of my dental anxiety, and was honest and transparent about the potential results, and her honest opinion as a dentist. I left reassured and confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of dental offices over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment I walked into Staten Island Dental Boutique, I could tell this office was different. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I noticed a Keurig coffee station, a large jar of candy, and other thoughtful touches that made the office feel warm and inviting. Instead of feeling cold and clinical like many dental offices, it felt like they had put real thought into creating a positive experience for their patients from the moment they walked through the door. One thing that stood out to me was the X-ray process. They used a portable X-ray system that was different from what I'm used to seeing at most dental offices. Typically, when I've had dental X-rays done elsewhere, the large wall-mounted equipment has to be positioned, the technician leaves the room to take the image, comes back in, repositions everything, and repeats the process several times. With the portable X-ray system they used here, everything felt much more streamlined and efficient. There was less stopping and starting, the process moved along smoothly, and the entire experience felt quicker and more comfortable from a patient perspective. I can't speak to the technical side of it, but the images were clear when they reviewed them with me, and I appreciated how efficient the entire process was. Dr. Ronan took the time to review my X-rays with me and actually showed me what she was seeing. Instead of simply telling me the results, she walked me through everything, explained her findings, and answered all of my questions. I found her to be knowledgeable, patient, professional, and extremely thorough. I am very protective of my front veneers because they were a significant investment for me. I explained my concerns, and rather than dismissing them, she listened and worked with me. She respected my wishes, explained my options, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. That level of respect and professionalism meant a lot to me. What really stood out, though, was the entire staff. Every person I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care. One staff member noticed I had something on my cheek after the cleaning, brought me a mirror, and made sure I was taken care of. Another helped me with a work note, and what struck me was the amount of care she put into something most people would consider routine. When she stamped the note, she didn't just quickly stamp it and move on. She actually took her time, carefully lined everything up, and made sure it was placed perfectly. It may sound like a small thing, but to me it reflected the overall culture of the office. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. Those little moments are what separate a good office from a great one. By the time I left, I found myself smiling and thinking about how unusually pleasant the entire visit had been. That's not something I've ever said about a dental appointment before. I actually caught myself wondering why I was in such a good mood after leaving a dentist's office. To top it all off, they even sent me home with a quality electric toothbrush. Thank you to Dr. Ronan and the entire team for making what is usually a routine dental visit such a positive experience. Negative experience: Well where do I start. I guess in the beginning I really loved the place, but as it started to established more business it changed. I never really got to see Dr Ronan anymore. I got my teeth cleaned once by a hydrenist. After the a new you dentist cleaned my teeth very poorly. After that I still gave them another chance and I was not happy. Let me just say if you don't have money, you just don't get the care you need. Unfortunately thats with everything.

Fantastic experience: I took some time before making this review, to give accurate and comprehensive feedback. More than 5 visits involving , cleaning ,root canal, crown, partial, minor complications due to my underlying medical conditions ,and a bridge. The waiting area is clean, and gives a quaint feeling with its decor. The front desk receptionists both are extremely friendly with warm smiles. Even though you get appointment reminders via text. They still give you a reminder call. And if by chance you need to be seen due to a for seen emergency, you are accommodated. The person that cleaned my teeth, took her time, not in a rush and was thorough . I was so impressed. Dr. Ronan is by far one of the better dentist, no exaggeration. I have never been to a dentist that listens to hear. Hears with an empathetic ear. She addresses every single issue, answers every question. As I stated earlier I have a rare condition, which she was familiar with. She isn’t cocky, rude or insensitive. As someone who have had some horrible experiences. ( I say this with tears in my eyes) Dr Ronan and her complete staff. Are absolutely amazing. Because they truly care!!!!!!!. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend SI dental boutique and have only had great experiences there. The staff are all kind and patient and great with both kids and adults. My whole family including two young children see Dr Ronan and she is always the best. Dr Ronan has amazing bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and never makes me feel rushed when she is explaining/providing counseling on whatever dental issue I am having. She takes her time and makes sure I leave with a better understanding. I once went there with severe pain and needed an emergency root canal and although she couldn’t provide the service herself, she and her whole staff stopped everything to help me. They contacted and scheduled the appointment for me and were just so gentle and sensitive to my situation. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dental Boutique is the most amazing place and the kindest people! I don’t usually write reviews but this place is outstanding and deserves it! My daughter is an adult with special needs and a fear of the dentist but they were so very patient and friendly. They took the time to put her at ease and turned on a movie to watch while they took X-rays and cleaned her teeth. This is the first time she has ever done this without nitrous or full sedation. Fantastic experience: Awesome people! From the entrance and parking to all the touch points, it was great. For the fact that I can enter the building from the parking space after parking and not having to walk around to the front of the building was a good one for me. The customer space, toilet and facility was clean and well maintained. Dr Lam was exceptional. He was accommodating, clarifying any question I had. He was great with my kid. I will recommend this place to any family with kids.

Fantastic experience: It’s was very clean and comfortable there, didn’t smell too dentist-y. Staff, hygienist and dentist were all very nice. They had a silly hallmark movie playing while I got my cleaning, it helped put me at ease since I hadn’t been for a cleaning in a long time and was anxious. The hygienist did her best to keep me comfortable during the x rays. The dentist was very quick and efficient with my cleaning so any discomfort I had was over with quickly and she was informative on how to help certain things with my teeth. Also gave me an electric toothbrush for free! Definitely recommend for kids and anxious adults

I got a little confused about my appointment time, but they still managed to fit me in, which I really appreciated. One of the best surprises was the big TV on the ceiling and I absolutely loved that. I’ve been to more than 10 dentists in the past since I move and travel a lot, and this one definitely stands out. Dr. Lam is great and explained everything clearly and professionally. Definitely one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. I'm going to have my husband and kid come here too.

Positive experience: I would’ve given them a 4, but today’s experience and my last one was weird. I took my child in thinking he had an abscess which luckily it wasn’t , however, there are no doors or curtains in the dental exam area and one of the receptionists was staring into my eyes for at least 15 seconds, twice. No privacy after two long odd weird stares made me very uncomfortable, especially while the dentist spoke to me about my child’s concern. It felt like she never saw a black person before or was just literally eavesdropping. Not sure if they (receptionists) both were whispering about us but when the other receptionist looked over at least she gave me a big smile instead of staring rudely. If they have curtains they need to pull them when patients are inside. Hippa laws do still exist. My first visit wasn’t so bad but still every word that was said by the dentist was immediately corrected by the front desk due to eavesdropping. It’s very clean, and the male dentist is very nice BUT, I’m Not sure if I’ll be going back.

Fantastic experience: Staten Island Dental Boutique, one of the few professional, passionate and excellent dentists on Staten Island. Their attitude is one to look forward to! They sent us a Starbucks gift card, and a hand written Thank You card for referring a family over. We referred 7 people over, so far and we will continue to refer. State of the art facility with welcoming front desk and easy check in. There was a spa like vibe to the office which made me feel at ease. There was virtually no wait and I was able to get my fillings done right on the spot. They even gave me an electric toothbrush on the way out. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today 8/13/25 . at 11:30am. My experience was excellent. The front line staff are very nice and pleasant.The hygienist Victoria is very experienced and very kind and also pleasant. She did a great job on my cleaning and was very through. She gave me a mouthwash to ease the pain because my teeth are very sensitive. Then I met Dr. Ronan who I wish I would have known before I went to other dentist. She is also very kind, experienced and knows her stuff. She is Informative and knowledgeable. Gave me different options on what direction I should go with the work I want done. Fantastic experience: Since the moment I put in a request for an appointment, the boutique has been incredible. They call and confirm your appointments with you and they work around your schedule. I have a fear of the dentist (even as an adult) and the hygienists and dentists are so kind and understanding. I had two deep cleanings and fillings and I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever. They sit with you and go over every detail about what needs to be done and what they will be doing. They even sit with you and carefully explain what the after care is and should be. Fantastic experience: SIDC is wonderful. The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff is super sweet they make you feel welcomed as well as calm your nerves. This office is super fancy with the TV's they have two in the Patient rooms one on the wall and one on the ceiling. Super happy I found this place and they are now my new dentist.
