Fantastic experience: Best experience

Positive experience: The doctors are absolutely amazing so I will give four stars. However, the receptionist doesn’t answer the phone after repeated calls. Left me on hold then sent to voicemail. I’ve been waiting almost a month for my retainers to be picked up. I paid for two retainers only received one and was told by the receptionist who didn’t do her job properly “I was lucky to even pick up the first retainer “ after THEY told us it would be ready for pick up. This is ridiculous.

Negative experience: The receptionist is extremely ill-mannered and incompetent.She overbooks appointments and is very disrespectful. I made the appointment for my 9 year old in June and when I went in November ,my friend arrives with her two daughters with the same appointment .She had also booked in June.The receptionist first claimed that I don’t have an appointment until I showed her a card she had written for me in June.She snatched it,ripped it up and threw it away and said the appointment is canceled. I asked her why didn’t you inform us ,we could’ve saved the trip and not take the girl out of school. She then claimed she did call. I told her she did not because I did not get any messages or missed calls.She crudely made faces and shrugged. She has always demonstrated discourteous behavior and been rudely dismissive but I had ignored her because Dr Tomer is a very good Doctor. I advise him this is not something he should overlook because this kind of unprofessionalism and incompetence will possibly lose him patients that simply don’t want to deal with her, and this kind of abrasive environment wouldn’t be something he wants associated with his practice.

Negative experience: I just called a lady answered me very rudely sounded like a black lady but she was very quick to hang up the phone and say that they don't accept medicaid or fidiles dental insurance is that true or not?! Because last time I checked on there website it said it did.

Fantastic experience: Very well organized and clean office. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, all modern equipment, and the doctors are great from the pediatric dentists to the orthodontists. Everything is great. You can even reach the doctor by email in case you have a question. I’m now starting orthodontic treatment there for my 3rd child!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mohamed Aljanabi is the absolute best! Till this day he is the only doctor to have fought for me to get my braces covered by my insurance! I am deeply saddened that I will no longer get to visit him and his wonderful staff. Thanks to all staff especially Jackie who was there since day 1 of getting my new smile :)

Fantastic experience: Love the service they are very patience and caring and treat you like humans and not just a rubber band on your teeth and it might take the doctors 5 minutes away from his chart but as clients we value that it means a lot. The place is absolutely clean very well maintained and up to date technology.

Fantastic experience: Definitely 5 stars - I highly recommend Dr. Muhammed. He saved my 5 healthy teeth that another doctor was going to extract to straighten the teeth. He is a professional in his field. The staff is always very nice and helpful, and I'm happy to go there every time. If you need an excellent orthodontist in Brooklyn or Staten Island, Dr. Muhammed is the best.

Negative experience: I wasn't happy with the miss leading information from when I first start to the time I finished. Things seem to have changed once I was finished.

Fantastic experience: I had braces done by Brooklyn Orthodontics and completed my treatment a couple of years ago in their Staten Island office. Dr. Moe is very personable and professional. I am no longer located in the state of New York, however, I recommend his practice for anyone nearby. He respected my decision to not have extractions performed on my healthy teeth, which I definitely appreciated since some orthodontists pressure a patient into doing so. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and the fact that my braces were covered by insurance. I also saw that Dr. Moe offers palate expansion treatment now for patients, and I’d like to believe that gifting him a book called JAWS during one of my last appointments influenced his perspective on malocclusion.

The doctor took care of me and he gave me the Invisalign which it made a great difference to my teeth. Thanks so much for all your help.

Fantastic experience: Definitely worth 5 stars! Staff were very friendly and professional. The team effort was very obvious (great job everyone). The environment had new equipment and was clean. The communication was very clear in what needed to be done and how to work the payments out. Dr. Mo was super friendly and personable; I liked that. It felt like a family friend and I knew my girls were in good hands. He explained everything to me as he evaluated both of my daughters for braces. We joked and conversed during the evaluation and that was nice! I also appreciated the decor of the office. They had really cool light fixtures and the place was decorated nicely for the Halloween holiday. I am happy that I came to this place. I'm happy that they are providing my daughters braces. Yes, I would definitely refer people to this business!

Positive experience: I sent my 9 year old kid today here and from the doctor to the doctor helpers everyone was soo nice ,i wish that all the doctors are as good as this orthodentist that we went to today dr Muhammad i recommended this place to everyone. The reason i gave 3 stars is because the waiting time is way too much ,they wanna squeeze as many patients as possible, and the rest of the people keep on waiting.

Fantastic experience: This facility is clean and modern very fancy for a dental office. From the women attending to you before finally seeing doctor is friendly and professional. Everyone explains what they are doing medically and the reason; for example taking a certain type of X-ray.why they take it annd what results they looking for.They give detailed instructions and information. The cherry on top was the one on one with Dr. Mohamed AlJanabi. He has to be the most relatable doctor with a very humane and respectful bubbly attitude. He takes seriously your issues and gives honest and expert feedback. Not to mention he relates extremely well with the kids.

Negative experience: The doctors are great but every time I schedule an appointment with the orthodontist, it's months later. They said to check in every 4-6 weeks but my last appointment was April?? My last few appointments had to be rescheduled because the office is closed often.. It feels like they're doing this on purpose

My son, Nigel and I were super excited for the final day of braces removal and we were absolutely thrilled with the drastic results. I was amazed with how straight his teeth and nicely aligned they are now. They gave my son an overall great and painless experience and never once rushed the process which was most important to me. You guys gave him a bright, handsome, and an extra boost of confident smile back, I deeply thank you for that!!! With all that said, Thank you, Dr. Mo for your professionalism, expertise and thoroughness. Your patient care and actively listening to the parents' concerns is one of a kind. He is highly experienced with kids, takes time to get to know his patients, openness to share his own personal stories to connect/relate with them, and the extensive support and comfort from your team and nicest staffs is remarkable. Not to mention their facility is modern, super clean, and holds the newest technology and equipment. Besides just working on my son’s teeth, I must say that I love ❤️ and appreciate the fact that Dr. Mo and our favorite hygienist, Jackie, take out time to provide some real life prep talks during their session which is helpful for most kids and especially teenagers.
