Negative experience: I was diagnosed with ten cavities here during a November visit, but didn’t pursue treatment because I honestly couldn't believe it. When I went to another dentist recently — months later — they found only two cavities. If those ten were real, they should have progressed, not disappeared. I was also charged for services my insurance didn’t cover, and when I questioned it, they admitted they place charges speculatively hoping insurance will cover them. This practice feels more focused on maximizing billing than on honest care. I’d recommend avoiding this dentist.

It was my first time and from the phone conversation I had with the receptionist to the "in person" visit, everything was up to what I was thinking. The Doctor was nice and very communicative . I can't recall their names but they were nice people.

Next was my friendly chat with Debbie, the hub of the place!❤️ Then an easy teeth cleaning went well. The dentist came to do his examination and found something that needed attention. He was able to do the procedure, saving me an additional visit. Street parking is always available.

Negative experience: Do not go here!! They are a bunch of crooks.. they were out of network with my insurance and the lady that handles the billing explained that they will just take what the insurance pays.. that was a lie.. they charged my insurance for my child’s two cavities then also charged me 220 on top on that, I didn’t learn they robbed me until, I went else where and they took care of another cavity for my child and only charged me 24 dollars. They are crooks. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere… only positive thing I can say about them is that it’s clean and modern. Besides that do yourself a favor and avoid these crooks.. the billing lady is also annoying she will text your and call you for this and that and cleaning and won’t stop.. I asked her kindly to stop calling me because I go elsewhere., she was mad but the calling and texting hasn’t stopped…

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend, Next Level Dentistry. I received the best treatment for my teeth and good oral care advice. I must start with the receptionist Michelle She welcomed me with a warm smile and ensured my comfort in the waiting area. I was then escorted in by Witney, who is a very polite dental assistant. She helped me feel relaxed and advised me on how to place my tongue; which resulted in painless X-Rays. I loved that! Next, I was seen by the Dental Hygienist, Tammy. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth, and removing the shame and guilt I initially felt. She knew my health history and made sure I was properly protected. She addressed my concerns and was very thorough with explaining the cleaning process. I am most grateful to her because I have a very serious health condition. I also appreciate the receptionist Debbie. She gave me printout of my options for future dental work. In addition to the cost and possible payment plans. Best of all, Dr. Lucci. She is a joy! She truly is a phenomenal Dentist, who sincerely cares about the patient, and offers the best form of treatment. This is the best Dentist Office EVER!!

He explained the entire process, he was so gentle, caring and kind. Every person was amazing…. from Debbie who worked with my schedule, to the hygienist who was so supportive and helpful during the procedure, to Doctor Anapolle who made sure I was ok all through the procedure, and of course Michelle who worked out a financial plan to ensure I got the care I needed. Everyone at Next Level Dental is a pleasure and made an emergency procedure as positive as they possibly could. Thank you so much! Fantastic experience: I went to Next Level Dental due to severe pain in a tooth. When I walked into the office, I was greeted immediately by Debbie with a friendly smile. She explained all of the paperwork that needed to be filled out and was super helpful answering my questions. It was then time to enter the patient room, where the x-ray tech (sorry, I'm not sure of her name) took x-rays of my tooth. The lady informed me that Dr. Loutfy would be with me in a few minutes. While waiting, the x-ray tech came back to ask if I needed anything; water, etc. Moments later, Dr. Loutfy came in, I explained what was going on with my tooth. She took a look and then pulled up the X-rays, in which she explained where the pain was coming from. Dr. Loutfy offered two options. I made my choice and Dr. Loutfy began the service. Throughout my visit, Dr. Loutfy was very patient, informative and sincere. I can not express enough, the amazing treatment I received from walking in to walking out. I highly recommend Next Level Dental. Thank you very much ladies! I appreciate you!

Negative experience: I’ve visited this place several times, and the front desk experience is consistently unprofessional. Staff often seem unsure about pricing, and today, I was given a quote on a Post-it note. I asked this is the quote? she said "Yes". I remember last year they gave me an original quote with all the information, not post-it it. This lack of clarity makes it hard to trust the information provided. Better communication and more professional handling of quotes are needed. I attached the "quote".

Negative experience: Please avoid these crooks. Didn’t call me for my appointment charged me the full fees I’m calling my insurance and whack balling them. I will make a statement out of you.. scammers, im calling my insurance and claiming FRAUD in morning or I better get my phone call, i remember you use to be little dentistry you will get a letter from my lawyer soon. Fantastic experience: Dr. Paula Carvalho Was great. The office was able to add me on same day. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.

Negative experience: I have never been to a dentist or physician where the front desk does not tell you how much the procedure will cost before it is done. It was not until I was all numbed up and ready to go that they told me that my bill is about a $1000. I had to choice but to apply for the stupid carecredit card. Still trying to pay it off then I see that the interest is getting higher and higher. I wish the other dentist group that was there did not leave. I never returned and I NEVER refer anyone I know to this place. They need to have better communication and customer service!

Fantastic experience: My son was scheduled for an extraction of his baby teeth and Dr. Salazar did an amazing job in removing them. Dr. Salazar and his assistant were both kind, patient, and understanding toward my son. I was even allowed to be by my son's side during the procedure to help keep him calm. To my son's surprise the procedure was painless and quick. I think numbing his gums took longer than the extraction. Lol. Detailed instructions were given after the procedure. After my son's extraction, it was my turn for my routine cleaning with Dr. Caravallo. She was so nice and thoughtful. Appreciate her being thorough and answering my questions. At the end of it, I felt like my jaw just got a spa treatment. The moment you walk in you'll have a pleasant experience with the staff from the receptionist, in the treatment area, and upon leaving. Truly appreciate everyone's professionalism in this office.

Negative experience: I had a good experience during my annual cleaning appointment. They were very thorough. However , I had the worst experience when I went back to redo some fillings. The doctor did multiple filings together without leveling them correctly. I had to go back 3 times to get them fixed and they were pretty annoyed by my re visits . I was taking a pain killer every day and couldnt eat properly for a month but they wanted me to give time for the bite to improve! They were not understanding and concerned about how uncomfortable I was and were more keen to know when I am coming back to get more work done. Never going back! Its been more than a month and I have taken an appointment with another dentist to get check the mess they have done!

Fantastic experience: Took my 3-year-old to this place for the first time. The staff here was professional and friendly. After the regular check, we were suggested to fill the front tooth hole and prevent the decaying. We hoped to do it right away. After checking their schedule, it was arranged at once and it went pretty well. The process took around 10mins. My kid did not cry at all even without laughing gas. Everything went nice and smoothly. Recommend and will come back in 6 months.

Upon entering, the office, I was greeted by the very friendly Front desk associates and then was met by the hygienist, and Dentist, who were extremely friendly also. Fantastic experience: From the beginning walking in the reception was welcoming and so nice. Danielly did an amazing job walking me through the process of x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Then the doctor explained the process of what I needed as further treatment. I was then taken to do a filling in the front of my teeth and they were amazing I did not feel a thing from the numbing part to the procedure. I am sorry I don’t remember all the names but they are amazing and I am looking forward to continuing my dental services with them.

From Stephanie the receptionist who's very patient and really cares caters to your needs especially with scheduling to Dr. Salazar who's very gentle and explains every step and really makes you comfortable. Positive experience: This dental office seemed really great at first. They took my insurance and the first dentist I saw, who is no longer there, was great. Then out of nowhere, she was no longer with the practice. Temporary fillings fell out repeatedly. Crown work did by a second dentist took forever, but is good. They have young dentists who only seem to want to do implants when it comes to patients with aging teeth. It's okay for young patients who don't mind their dentist engaging in small talk with the dental hygenist throughout your appointment, but if you are older and need dentures because you don't have the bone density for implants, I suggest going to a more seasoned and mature group of people. Turnover rate is high at this place and each visit is a surprise!

June and Michelle at the front desk are just the start of the sunshine parade. Next, we have Dr. D’Alessandro who was so amazing on my first visit. She was so warm and friendly. She made sure I was ok during the process, explained everything in full detail and answered all my questions. Then we have Dr. Salazar who was equally amazing! The work I had to do with him was a little complex and nerve wrecking, but he answered all my questions. He made sure I was nice and numb. He made sure to always ask if I was ok and made me super comfortable throughout the process. The procedure was quick and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Next Level Dental for helping me get my smile back!❤️

Positive experience: visiting this office for first time, I felt more relaxed as time went on. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially Michelle. The dentist who's name is not easy to roll off the tongue allowed me to call her Doctor D as in D'alessandro seems to know what she is going and easy going. so my experience went better than I expected.

Negative experience: Very disappointed after having a relatively positive experience during the initial consult. During the consultation, my toddler was unable to perform the xrays. The staff were so kind and understanding and suggested to wait until the day of sedation to get them done before the procedure. This was fine. I was told Michelle the director of operations would call me to discuss the next steps including costs and scheduling the procedure. I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks to hear back from this woman. I called the office a couple times and was told they would pass the message and she would call me back. I was given her direct number, left voicemail and still never heard back from her. As a director and apparently the only person who can assist us, it’s ridiculous she hasn’t called us once. Extremely disappointed and upset we wasted almost 2 weeks for nothing. Since it’s been so long and we haven’t heard anything we’ll have to look elsewhere so our toddler can get the help she needs. I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I really don't like giving one stars to businesses unless I believe it's necessary. I was looking for a new dentist close to me since I moved from my old location. I went here thinking it'd be good with the positive reviews. I don't remember the dentist's name (I'm assuming the woman who owns the practice) but they took x-rays and she told me I had 5 cavities that I had to get filled. I never had a cavity filled in my life, which I told her, and she proceeded to say "yes you have", only to double check my x-rays to see that I was right. I get my teeth cleaned 2x a year and x-rays once a year and all my previous dentists only ever mentioned watching over 1 tooth for almost a decade now. Now all of a sudden I have 5 cavities according to this new dentist? They were pressuring me to get my "5 cavities" filled and booked an appointment for me which I ended up canceling and getting two separate opinions from other dentists, both of which told me I don't have five cavities, but still one tooth that they want to watch. Although it's a hefty commute I'll be going back to my former dentist from now on.
