Fantastic experience: I had an emergency bad tooth that needed to be extracted, I am so lucky I found this place! I was treated like royalty, everyone was s professional. When they extracted the tooth, I didn't feel a thing! Smooth sailing! Also, they have a card they offer called care credit and it allows you to pay in monthly installments with no fees or interest! I got mine! Now, all I have to do is work on my entire mouth care free! I'm blessed! Also, I came for a second visit for a teeth cleaning and it was so detailed! Amazing!You guys need to give this place a try!

Fantastic experience: Clean modern office with great professional staff. Doctor Mara has been my family’s dentist for the past 7 years and she fantastic at what she does. Dr.Hu has also done fillings, cleanings and extractions for us and is equally adept. Great dentistry practice.

Negative experience: Expensive consultation. There’s other dental offices for just 120-195. Then it rate went up the moment I came Li there compared to in the phone. They didn't even say they dont do dental surgery Reply to your reply. What a generic reply! You dont even know me how can you know who reviewed what? We have went to other dental offices and they would say incase they dont do surgery before consultation so we dont want money. You lost not just one but family of five! We would rather go AV dental or Woo Dental PS I also called but the manager was very rude and obviously wont do anything as compromise. They just want money and they are not honest people. Avoid avoid they dont have a dental surgeon!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Hu and Dr.Alcantara are absolute angels and who explain things quick and decisively, answering any and every question you might have. All of the staff are understanding as well. I had a cleaning and filling done here and both were done quick, painless, and easy.

Negative experience: After being a patient for almost a year I only asked them to send me my records and they come out with hippa forms that only apply to third parties not to the patient just for putting obstacles and not providing the information and making you go to the office, in the first instance the resection was to send it and calls again to say that the manager requires firm ways to release my information, unacceptable I worked in a medical office and that only applies if it is to a third party not to the patient, absurd and unadaptable, do not visit this place

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I would strongly caution anyone considering this dental office. During my visits, I encountered several troubling issues. In 2024, I had a routine cleaning and was told everything looked fine—no cavities or problems. However, when I returned in 2025 for another cleaning, I was suddenly told I needed multiple crowns and fillings. This raised serious concerns for me, especially since I’ve been consistent with my cleanings. If problems were developing, why weren’t they caught or addressed earlier? To make matters worse, I was hit with a surprise bill for an X-ray they claimed was from my 2024 visit. This charge exceeded what my insurance covered, and I was never informed that it would be an out-of-pocket expense or even asked for consent. The billing process was frustrating and unclear, with inconsistent amounts being sent and repeated follow-ups for a charge I had no knowledge of. Additionally, the waiting area was not well-maintained—there were visible spiders in the lobby during both visits, which added to the sense of unprofessionalism. I don’t understand how this place has such high ratings, as my experience was far from positive. I won’t be returning.

I can tell what she's doing teeth by teeth, she's also a perfectionist but with a very gentle hands and all throughout my cleaning I am just so relaxed.
