Negative experience: Absolutely horrible and unprofessional, would never recommend

Negative experience: Very bad experience for my entire family the customer service is very rude there’s is no polite people they treat the people in a very bad way very very bad experience

Negative experience: I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was extremely disappointing, especially from the staff at the front desk. They act as if they own the business rather than representing it professionally. Something should definitely be done about this. They keep customers waiting but are quick to criticize anyone who arrives a bit late.

Negative experience: Doctores pocos profesionales lleve a mi hijo desde los 4 años a ese dentista , ahora va cumplir 8 años y yo nose que le asian pero resulta que ahora tiene una carie muy grande y lo mandaron a un especialista porque dicen ellos que no lo pueden curar . Lo que no entiendo como esa carie la dejaron crecer tanto y nunca lo dieron seguimiento ahora mi hijo necesita un rutcanal

Negative experience: Doctors here are very unprofessional and dismissive. I took my Son in with a tooth ache which turned out to be an infection and the Doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics and left my Son in pain. She argued he needed to wait for treatment. She even dismissed both of my kids completely and refused to do any dental work as she didn’t feel capable of doing root canals, and Crowns. If you want good care for your kids, go to another Office. Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: Just love them they’re very respectful very loving very welcoming. My son been coming here since he was small. I love the people here.

Fantastic experience: I recently took my six years old autistic son to this office after searching for a good place for a while. 10/10 would recommend to any special needs family searching for an accommodating dentist for their child! The wait time was short. The staff was very kind and patient with my son. They all continuously prompted how great he was doing and accommodated his needs.

Negative experience: The woman at the reception was uncooperative and treated me badly. I will not go there again.

Negative experience: Horrible Office the hygenist doesn’t even clean well she takes 5 seconds and don’t even get me started on the receptionist… whenever I ask questions nicely shes always huffing and puffing giving attitude they need to hire a younger nicer receptionist and a better hygienist !!! Not bringing my kids here anymore.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my children to this dental office for more than 4 years they’re beyond perfection, very caring know how to calm a child down you know they’re always nervous when going to see their dentist but the staff and dentists there are extremely wonderful .. My son spilled my coffee all over in the very beginning of the day they helped me clean it and were very nice about it… the dentist was very patient and kind.. the assistant as well. They answered my sons questions while getting the job done. I can’t thank them enough for the patience and caring experience they gave me and my son. Everyone here is great!

Negative experience: Today Wednesday November 23, 2022 my kids were seen by Dr. Patricia Larosiliere I didn't like her service, first my son's x-rays were not in the system when doctor looked up and she told me in gesture talk "one moment" while she was in the computer then get up and went straight to the exam room where a patient was waiting. Doctor passed by me and didn't even looked or say the results, she just told the dental assistant "you can told her" I never been an office with that unprofessional service I would not recommend anybody to see her.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to this Dental clinic with my boys. The staff and Dentist are VERY polite, respectful, friendly and most of all they always try to make children comfortable and less scared. They have a T.V. In the rooms that play a cartoon (mostly always the childs preference) and they always explain what the tools are and show kids that they are harmless. They are all very patient with the kids which is something that I truly appreciate since I have been to other “KIDS” Dental Clinics and unfortunately patience is something they have lacked by far. This is one of the many reasons I love them. Also being a busy mom of 3 boys I also love that they remind you of any appointments via text and by phone and give you the option to reschedule it if needed with a text reply or simply confirm. Every time I have been there waiting time has been no more than 10 minutes which is always great so to me they’re all great and would definitely recommend them.

Awesome staff,and very patient with kids, great clean clinic and very good dentist. I highly recommend them. They give daily reminders of your appt. up until your visit which is a plus, they take various insurances and overall you will have a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Great dental work for kids. Very friendly and efficient staff. My son has been coming here since his first dental visit. The best part you don’t have to wait hours to be seen.

Positive experience: You have to be on time for your appointment and if you are late they reschedule. But they over book and you have to wait over an hour and a half after your appointment to be seen becuase there is always one dentist.

Negative experience: 孩子补牙迟到，我们等也不行叫我们重新约，我们有错，好重约，结果要约一个半月，之前约补牙约了一个半月，你说等约到补牙，牙齿是不是烂了要拔牙。名字叫爱心，有爱心吗？

Positive experience: The appointment process was accommodating and flexible. The X-ray technician was using the same gloves there wore to take Children’s walk in temperature and while touching counter surfaces areas and documents. This technician was about to insert these same gloves in my sons mouth when about to take my sons X-rays. I had to remind this person to change he gloves before touching items which she was going to place later in my sons mouth, as part of his X-ray process. The dental hygienist had good bed side manners with the children, they played a Disney movie in the room etc. While the cleaning was done properly, I felt that had I not been there to review my sons mouth, the cleaning would not have done in an excellent manner or adequate. The final doctor’s visit was done and no negative experiences in that area. In summary, This practice needs to devote additional time and training to its staff in general and especially since we are in COVID 19 times. Overall from one to five they get a 2 plus. Given that we are in a pandemic they can easily become a super spreader if they too sloppy and relaxed. They have good intentions however need additional training and supervision.

Positive experience: A pretty basic place that does good by the kids. My daughter has no issues with the staff. She says the dr listens to her and gives gentle feedback.

Negative experience: The doctor was not caring or passionate. He had a really bad attitude this same day I transferred to this dentist. I transferred back to my sons old dentist.

Negative experience: They referred my child to a specialist and failed to submit the referral to the insurance. I called at least 3 times, nobody answered or got back to me. I'm still waiting for them to follow up so my child can get the treatment they told me was urgent.

Negative experience: Yo llevaba a mi hijo ahí jamas y nunca lo vuelvo a llevar le toco una asistente musulmana y mi hijo llevaba su diente flojo y antes cuando ella le estaba limpiando sus dientes le dije ala mujer que no le tocara su diente flojo a mi hijo y la muy burra le arranco su diente a mi hijo yo me puse como loca por que mi hijo gritó de dolor así ni más se lo jalo
