Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my experience at Harmony Dental. I was having frequent headaches due to grinding my teeth while sleeping and Dr. Steve recommended replacing my night guard which has really helped. My headaches are gone!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Harmony Dental. In addition to my regular appointments, I have also had Invisalign, whitening and veneers. I am so happy with the results! Dr. Steve always makes sure I am comfortable and explains everything he does. The hygienists and office staff are very professional. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My TMJD flared terribly, tried PT and muscle relaxers, only had temporary relief. Dr. Steve had an appliance (bite guard) made for me. My muscles relaxed gradually, and within a few months I now only wear the appliance 12 hours per day. My teeth are being adjusted to my correct bite, which I haven't had in 30 years. I look better, but most importantly I feel better and can sleep better. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I have dental anxiety and I’m always a bit nervous when it’s time for my appointment. The staff and Dr Steve are amazing. They make me feel comfortable and take the time to explain everything clearly.

I was hesitant about going since this is my 1st major appliance but the ENTIRE staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. I will be a Harmony Dental patient for life!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Update: The doctor called me to address my appointment and got me rescheduled for a time that works for my schedule. They were very responsive to my issue and my teeth are now clean! I’ve been going to this practice for 7+ years. It has changed hands at least 3 times in that span and this current practice management is by far the worst. The front desk staff is rude and not helpful. I was enroute to my appointment and got stuck in school traffic behind a bus. I called to give them a heads up I’d be 10 minutes late and they told me not to come. I have never been late before and I have never been taken back for my appointment on time when my appointment was scheduled. So if you expect your patients to wait at least 10 minutes in your waiting room, as has always been my experience, why was I denied care? Then they proceeded to try and reschedule when I told them I was driving and could not look at my calendar. Then they told me they don’t have appointments past 2:20 when appointment was at 3 their hours are absolutely ridiculous now. I’m just disappointed with the ways this practice has changed you can tell they care a lot less than past owners.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my smile and the team at Harmony Dental. Erin the office manager & EFDA, as well as Dr. Steve are making sure my teeth are healthy and esthetically, exactly how I want them to look. Erin answered all of my questions about my new whitening trays and polished my teeth to perfection. Dr. Steve has fit me for a night guard and crowned two of my teeth. I am very happy to be a patient at Harmony. It’s great to be able to go to one practice that’s the best of both worlds.

Fantastic experience: had chipped front teeth for a while. came and got them fixed and it only took about 30 minutes, they made them look perfect. highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Harmony Dental has been friendly and helpful. At the front desk they are understanding and know the ins and outs of insurance. Cleanings are not painful and Dr. Steve takes his time, including explaining what is being done. I never have to wait long.

Negative experience: Updated: I will never go back here. Unfortunately Dr. Hsu is no longer there for some time. I'm disabled and have very little financial means. I cracked a tooth which lacerated the underside of my tongue and gave me an ulcer. They refused to do anything to help me unless I get thousands of dollars worth of crowns. I was able to find a dentist who WOULD help me the same day within minutes. They only care about money, not the wellbeing of patients. ---The below no longer applies-- Harmony was recommended to me by a a professor from Temple University. I switched when my previous dentist retired rather suddenly. I've had nothing but awesome experiences since then. Both Drs. Hsu are great. I've mostly been in to see Benjamin. I was very impressed that he quickly set out a plan and schedule to take care of my teeth, and kept me well informed so I could make sound decisions. The office is great, I never had issues scheduling appointments or changing them as needed. I already referred my family who were equally satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely phobic and haven't visited a dentist in over 20 years. I've had a few BAD experiences. On a recommendation I went to Harmony. They went very slow and explained every step. They make sure I am at ease before anything is done. I will be a patient here as long as possible! Highly recommend everyone on staff. They are kind and caring!

Negative experience: My Harmony Dental experience was the most painful and expensive I have ever endured. I now find that the dental ins. claim has been denied because Dr. Schluentz's procedure was not appropriate for my jaw structure and the durability of same is in question. I am still enduring pain and must visit another dentist in order to correct the situation. All of this, after putting thousands of dollars up front.

He explained to me in detail all the things we would do to fix my teeth. He has amazing bedside manner. He sat with me at eye level and had a calming voice. Fantastic experience: I expected it to be extremely difficult to pick a new dental practice after mine retired and closed. After over 40 years with the same practice. I found Harmony on Google and gave them a call. It only took 15 minutes speaking with Lauren to know I was in good hands. She assured me about my insurance coverage and was very friendly, patient, and understanding. She set everything up within days. My first cleaning, and my first visit with Dr Paola to extract a tooth that had started to seriously hurt. Everything was painless. They took great care of me from the beginning. I even received a checkup call the next day. I am extremely grateful and thankful I've found a new home in dental care.

Fantastic experience: My name is Lori and I recently had a molar extracted and a bone graft done to start the procedure for and implant. I had been putting it off, I was quite anxious about the procedure and I have had a lot done in my 68 years! Dr Paola is amazing! The procedure went so smoothly, a bit of Novocain and I had no pain at all. I was there less than an hour. I expected some discomfort when I got home, but I had none. Took two Motrin when I felt the Novocain wear off as a precaution... I needed no pain meds after that. No swelling, no bruising. Highly recommend Dr Paola and her entire staff! I had been a patient of Dr Hsu and am so glad I stayed with this group. And Sam is pretty awesome too!

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave it is such a clean, nice, and professional experience. I had to come during Covid 19 for a sore tooth and they were so clean and took all precautions to ensure the safety of the patients and staff.

Fantastic experience: I was one of the first patients back in the office in our post-Covid-19 world. I was a bit nervous when I arrived, but the processes in place put me at ease from the start. I was greeted at the front door by the team in full protective gear (including masks, face shields, and gowns), had my temperature taken, sanitized my hands, and was asked to wear my mask whenever my tooth was not being worked on. In the end it was close to being a routine visit to Harmony, we were all just wearing more stuff. Separate from the Covid-related precautions, but equally important to mention, is how smoothly the actual crown replacement went. It was so much less uncomfortable, and so much less stressful, than I was worried it would be. I can not recommend Harmony Dental strongly enough!

My parents and I have been coming to Harmony Dental since Dr.Hsu first started his dental practice. My parents and their grandchildren had been in a horrific tragedy on Halloween night. A tree fell on their home and we haven't been able to retrieve my father's dentures from the aftermath. Harmony dental came out to the hospital to make new dentures for my dad. Negative experience: Based on the work I had done and still dealing with, I think they left my mouth worst than what it was, I really ended up not going back. After they gutted me on money. Not referring them to anyone.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the front desk staff seems to be a challenge for this office. I have been coming here for several years and Maryann would talk too much, she would share things with patients that were not appropriate. Now Amy is to over the top and gives medical advice every time I visit or shares dental advice that really is not her place. Lauren is cold hearted and rude. She basically called me a liar when I told her what I had done in the office, scanning through my history repeating to me that "the information inst on my chart". Low and behold she was reviewing the wrong year. Rather apologize for basically telling me I dont know my own history, she swiftly moved on to find something else ruse to say. She interrupts me off when i am trying to gather information about my billing concerns and she is short when I have questions or need help. She seems experienced but unhappy and lacks a significant amount of customer service skills. The actual medical staff as far as the doc, other hygienist and Sam are amazing but the front desk people make me not want to continue my relationship with the office.

Fantastic experience: Without question or hesitation, make the appointment! I reached out to Harmony for an emergency visit after a long tireless night of tooth pain! I recently moved to the area and hadn’t yet secured a new dentist but I was desperate. I took a plunge simply because their office was the first to open that morning. They squeezed me, a new patient, in their busy schedule and I was there an hour after they opened. The office was relaxing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the doctor was impressive beyond belief. I have never met a dentist that was so intrinsically invested in the absolute best solution for me as an individual. She spent 45 minutes trying to determine the root cause of my tooth pain, considering and weighing out the options with me. When it was time for the novicane, the hygienist administered the medicine needle better than ANYONE I have ever experienced! She was down to earth, and an absolute professional- I didn’t feel the needle AT ALL! Once I was numb, I finally felt my body at rest and after zero sleep the night before, I could barely keep my eyes open! The doctor came in, laid a blanket on me and dimmed the lights. Talk about empathizing with their patient! This office went above and beyond to help me find relief and it all came so natural to them! Thank you all for such a pleasant experience after a long painful night! So happy I found you! I will certainly be back!

I have had some bad experiences with other dentist’s office, where I felt like they were just trying to make money off me, but Harmony Dental couldn’t be more opposite. I have always been self conscious about my teeth and they took the time and care to make them beautiful and I couldn’t be more grateful. As long as I am in the area I will be coming back to this wonderful office and staff.

Fantastic experience: When my Dentist of many years retired, it was with trepidation I sought out a new Dentist. Dentist visits have always been a high anxiety event as I have sensitive teeth and even a cleaning is problematic. 2nd stop was Harmony Dentistry and the search ended there. Friendly staff, great dentist in Dr Pauolo. Going to my checkups is no longer a high anxiety event. Scheduling is flexible and they have days for late appointments, days for early appointments and some weekend days. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars!! I am glad I found them

Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist in a very long time, I absolutely dreaded going. I only made an appointment because I had an issue with my tooth. I was amazed by the service at Harmony Dental! All staff members are so sweet and they really tell you your options so there are no surprise bills! They even have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch a movie while getting work done! Completely distracted me and kept me so calm the entire time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have DENTALPHOBIA (I am scared and do not like dentists from a previous young adult experience), however, I needed an emergency appointment because my temporary crown came off just after one day and the dentist that put it on was in a whole other state. Anyway, not only were the staff completely accommodating and sensitive to my needs, they were kind, courteous and thorough. I LOVED the Dental Assistant Stephanie and Dr. Paola was absolutely a DREAM. I am going back to get everything I can get that my insurance will cover. GREAT PLACE!

Dr. Paola has surrounded herself with real professionals. The atmosphere is inviting, pleasant and several hours in the chair zoom by. I'm a schimish patient in a dental chair but I like going here and am anxious to get my mouth in order.

The office is modern and clean, they even have a pot of tea brewing for patients to enjoy! I hope Dr. B and her staff stay in practice a long time as it will be hard for me to go to anyone else after I have already been to the best!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to Harmony Dental! There's no team that comes close in comparison to Dr. Paola's. Dr. Paola, Melanie, Stephanie and Sue work together to make sure you're getting the best overall treatment and take time to explain the options available. I've been a patient since the previous owners, and though I miss the Hsu's, I'm glad it's Dr. Paola that's continuing Harmony's quality services. Though I usually go for general dental work (teeth cleanings, fillings), I decided to try out the Smile Perfected teeth whitening treatment and I'm so happy that I did! I've never had such a bright, white smile. I think I'll need one more treatment to get my teeth super white (I drink a lot of tea and coffee), but I'm so happy with the initial whitening! I highly recommend Harmony Dental!
