His staff is also the same way. His office is highly updated and has everything to keep the germs away ! Not many dental offices have this type of equipment! Fantastic experience: Roll forward 4 years and on June 23, 2020 I had the "opportunity" to visit the office due to a new unplanned dental concern. I was very impressed with the many changes (big and small) that were made to the office to keep both the patients and staff safe in light of Covid 19. As always, patient care and communications were excellent. I have been a patient of Dr Cohen and his predecessor for over 30 years! Overall consistently excellent service by all: receptionist, hygienist and of course Dr. Cohen. Several years ago Dr Cohen suggested putting caps/crowns/inlays on several of my old fillings which resolved many latent dental issues and has insured easy/no issue dental visits since. The recent upgrades to the physical office helps to make each visit a pleasant and comfortable experience. Dr Cohen and his staff make great use of all the current technology in the industry. Update July 2024, Another ontime , very thorough professional regular checkup. Not just a number, but they all care Updated January 2025. As always, a thorough 6 month visit that on time with even more high tech equipment and software. On time with good detailed suggestions for even better oral hygiene.

I have had my teeth cleaned by all the hygienists there and they are amazing and thorough. Side note: I've been afraid of rhe dentist since I was a kid, but this office has made me feel so comfortable! They also do some really cool esthetic procedures that I can't wait to try!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient of Dr Cohen's I was slightly apprehensive due to a very recent, nightmare experience at my previous dentists office. Dr Cohen not only addressed my previous dentists failings, but pointed out things that were previously disregarded and gave me options for correcting problems, now and in the long term. My previous dentist made me feel like i was going thru a dental drive thru. Dr Cohen and his entire staff, speak with you, listen to you, and you feel like a person rather than a source of income. I was made comfortable and informed prior, during and after my appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cohen explained the various options available for sleep apnea. I have been using a dental device for 10 years and wanted to pursue the option of Nightlace. His explanations were very thorough and I appreciated all the information he provided and what follow-up is expected.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Dr. Andrew Cohen and his staff at First Class Dental enough for their incredible care and skill! As a child and young adult, I had terrible experiences with dentists that left me emotionally scarred. My phobia of dentists was only compounded by my additional phobia of needles. However, I inevitably reached a point where something hurt I had to go back for piecemeal treatment. I was fortunate to find a kind dentist, but ultimately my case was too complex for her practice and she recommended Dr. Cohen, whom she knew from an informal professional group that met to discuss complex case cases and new treatment methods. It impressed me that this informal professional group met on their own time to keep up with the latest developments in their field. From the very beginning, the team made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain every step of the process, and ensure I was comfortable throughout my appointments. When there was an emergency, I was seen immediately. Also, I don't know how he does it, but Dr. Cohen is a miracle worker with Novacaine. From my experience, dentist generally use a gel to anesthetize the surface of the gum before injecting. (That stuff tastes horrible.) Dr. Cohen did not use that on me. He used nothing, but I still didn't feel the needle! I don't know how he does it, maybe alchemy or magic, but I don't care. The fact that I did not feel the injections reduced my anxiety immensely. His team's gentle and compassionate approach, combined with their professionalism, exceeded my expectations. And the results? Absolutely stunning! Dr. Cohen is a bit of a perfectionist, but I can't fault him for that. I couldn’t be happier with my smile and my bite now. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients and provides outstanding results, I wholeheartedly recommend First Class Dental. They’ve completely changed my perspective on dental care, and for that I am forever grateful!

Fantastic experience: Not only is Dr. Cohen an amazing dentist, he deeply cares about his patients' general health and that of their family, specifically with sleep disorders and its potential impact. When my son was experiencing issues with focus/concentration in school, Dr. Cohen insisted on examining him to determine if there were any anatomy issues that may be impacting his sleep which, in turn, could affect focus/concentration. Sure enough, Dr. Cohen saw an anatomical issue that he believed was impacting oxygen flow during sleep and referred us to a pediatric specialist. Sure enough, the specialist confirmed Dr. Cohen's findings and my son is scheduled for surgery to correct the issue. I am so grateful for Dr. Cohen's expertise - and care - as without him, I would not have been aware of this condition that was "silently" impacting my son's health and daily life. Love you, Dr. Cohen!
