Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Freedman since 2007, and I have complete confidence in his office and staff. My visits are consistently professional and personable, making me feel at ease—even as someone who gets anxious about dental cleanings and maintenance. Dr. Freedman expertly handled my implant in 2008, and it remains in excellent condition. I've also had my wisdom teeth removed and undergone a root canal, in addition to my routine cleanings. Overall, I strongly recommend his office and staff!

Fantastic experience: On my way to my appointment, a street sign said road closed. I followed the detour signs; however, they were not very clear, and I went over 6 miles out of my way because of the poor detour signs. This was making me very late for my appointment. Being a "man", I didn't want to stop for directions, but eventually I had to pull over and call Freedman Dental Associates for "HELP". Dr. Freedman managed to get me to the office and the staff was very nice and patient with me even though I was very late. They took care of me as they always have for over 30 years. They are very caring, gentle and kind. I can't say enough about Dr. Freedman and his staff.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars! Dr. Freedman and his amazing team changed my life. I (46F) had embarrassing and cosmetically terrible teeth leaving me in constant discomfort and pain for years. Dr. Freedman mentioned years ago that I would be a good candidate for dental implants which I considered for quite a while. I learned more about the procedure and payment plan and eventually signed up. It was a process that took a while - It's not a same day procedure! The team did extensive scanning, took molds, and scanned some more - they used some very cool high-tech toys to create the blueprints needed to produce my new teeth and choose the best implant placements. The crew was clear, patient and pleasant throughout the entire procedure. I was educated, given instruction and direction and was able to contact them any time I had a question or concern. I felt taken care of, I felt like a priority and that they all cared. I had all my upper teeth removed and all my lower back teeth removed. I kept 6 of my front lower teeth. The implants were put in at the same time as the extractions, and I went home with a temporary set of teeth for the healing process. (6 implants on top, 4 on the bottom) Dr. Freedman worked closely with the surgeon who did the implant work and together they figured out the best options for me. Dr. Gradwell, the surgeon did a great job. I had zero complications. I didn't get to speak to him much considering the nature of the surgery but he did a fantastic job placing the implants exact to plan. There were many follow up appointments to check my mouth, gum health and to check on how the implants were healing within my bones and gums. But the fun part was designing my new smile. During the healing process we were able to discuss my smile and decide how I wanted it to look. I was able to say exactly what I was looking for and see them on the computer screen, make changes and see options as we were moving forward. From tooth shape and size, to color - it was an amazing process. The implants were placed perfectly for my new teeth to be inserted like puzzle pieces once they were ready. They fit perfectly. (No air pockets, no spaces, nothing weird) I have a full upper arch and bottom back teeth now. Not only do they look great, I'm not afraid to smile anymore, but I can also eat anything I want! It's been years since I ate certain things, it's so exciting to be able to eat again without worrying if it will hurt or break a tooth. They really look like the teeth they showed me on the computer screen, and being able to tweak the look of my smile was really great. I may have implants now but my smile looks natural and the color matches the 6 teeth I kept. They do not look like store bought teeth! No more pain! They feel great and look nice. Thank you Dr. Freedman, Dr. Gradwell and everyone at Freedman Dental Associates!! :-) *P.S. - Those places that offer new teeth in a day. NO. Don't! There is a lot they aren't saying up front. This procedure can not be done any faster than you can heal, and you won't want an assembly line smile. Call Dr. Freedman!!

I used to pay astronomical amounts for dentists whose specialized in “frightened patients” (This really meant they gave me large amounts of medication and/or put me to sleep during all procedures. When I met Dr. Freedman I was ready to give up! There was so much to fix after years of avoidance. But he came HIGHLY recommended and the whole office had a friendly, trustworthy vibe. That day he pulled a tooth right out of my jaw before i realized he’d started! I was amazed! It only got easier from there! I love that he used only great technique, experience and comic relief. Fantastic experience: I switched to Dr. Freedman after years at a more commercialized dentist and have been so happy I did. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I never feel like I'm being pushed towards a product or service and they always take time to answer any questions or concerns I have. Fantastic experience: I have been brining my now 4yo to Dr. Feedman's office since she turned 1. The first few visits she was very scared and cried the majority of the visit (It can be overwhelming for a toddler, especially with the now required face masks and extra PPE required). Dr. Freedman and his staff have been so patient with her for all her visits, giving her space to ease into the dentist visit, explore the tools and play with the chair (taking a ride going up and down). On her 3rd visit she was laughing and having fun and let them look in her mouth and count her teeth. They gave her parting gifts (toothbrush, stickers and a toy) for being an excellent patient and she can't wait to go back for her next visit :) Highly recommend Dr Freedman's office for yourself or little ones!

Fantastic experience: AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. This was my 1st visit to this office. I went in for a consultation for an implant. The office was bright and clean. Easy location to find. Parking just feet from the door. Everyone was so pleasent and friendly from the front office to the doctor and everyone in between. My appt was at 11AM and I was seen at 11AM. My doctor and dental hygienist were awesome with explaining the proceedure and the aftercare. 5 stars x 10!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jay and his team gave me the best teeth cleaning experience I've ever had. It's strange to say this about visiting a dentist, but every component of the experience was enjoyable. When they took X-rays, performed the cleaning and conducted the evaluation afterwards, it was a pleasant experience. They had strong infection control precautions for COVID in place, which made me feel safe. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. And I left with a bright white smile.
