Fantastic experience: I came in to this practice for the first time with a broken denture and I was nervous. It was an all around good experience. I was especially impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Christine, the dentist’s assistant. She gave full answers to all my questions and helpful additional information.

Positive experience: I needed a new dentist so I gave this place a try and was lucky to have an appointment next day for my annual cleaning. Staffs are friendly and professional. I'm a new patient there so be prepared to get several X-ray of your teeth and a pictures of your teeth as well. Then you will be ask to go outside the room and get another X-ray and scan of your teeth. It is a lot of X-ray. That is the only thing I didn't care for much. Every place is different with their x-ray of your teeth I guess. I got my teeth clean by Sophia, she was good and thorough. I also met the doctor she came to introduce herself and double check what Sophia saw inside my mouth and teeth. Then the cleaning begin. I was there almost 2 hours. I think it is because it was my first time so they have to do more questions and ask for my medicine I'm taking and yes the X-ray and pictures of your teeth that seem never ends. I like this dentist place and will be back there in end of March for my six months cleaning. Hopefully this season visit would not be as long. My left legs was numb from sitting for long time. I can't sit or stand for a long period of time in the same position due to my nerves damage to my legs. Otherwise I'm satisfied with my cleaning.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this dental office for almost 10 years, and unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined since the practice changed management. On at least two separate occasions, I was billed for services without being informed in advance that there would be an additional charge. Most recently, I came in for what I understood to be a routine dental evaluation, and everything I was scheduled for should have been covered by my insurance. During the visit, a consultation was performed, but no one informed me beforehand that it would result in a separate consultation fee. Had I been told there would be an out-of-pocket charge, I would have had the opportunity to ask questions or decline the service. My concern is not simply whether insurance covered the charge, it's that patients should be informed before any billable service is provided. Informed financial consent is just as important as informed medical consent. When I questioned the charges, I requested a detailed explanation. It took over a month for someone to contact me. When I finally spoke with someone named Carrie, she was dismissive, rude, and ultimately hung up on me during the conversation. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, the office blamed my insurance company. Regardless of insurance coverage, the responsibility to inform patients about services and their associated costs before providing them belongs to the office. After nearly a decade as a loyal patient, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Transparency, professionalism, and respectful communication should be standard. Unfortunately, I no longer have confidence in this practice and will be finding a new dental provider.

Nina is a fine asset to this practice office site .

Fantastic experience: I had a filling come out unexpectedly over the weekend and was able to get in quickly for an appointment. From the moment I arrived, I felt listened to and respected. I explained that I have a history of being difficult to numb, especially with lower molars, and the dentist took my concerns seriously. Instead of rushing, she took the time to make sure I was comfortable, checked the area carefully, and listened to my feedback throughout the procedure. The filling was replaced quickly and professionally, and I experienced no pain during the drilling. What impressed me most was the dentist's willingness to work with me and adjust as needed rather than dismissing my concerns. That level of communication and patient care made a huge difference. The repair already feels better than the previous filling, and flossing between the teeth is much easier. I'm very happy with the result and grateful for the excellent care I received. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who is skilled, attentive, and genuinely listens to their patients.

Negative experience: The doctor there, Dr Ferris, is incredibly unprofessional. And whatever method they use to make temporary crowns is sub par. Both my husband and I had issues with our crowns. I've had to go back three extra times due to their incompetencies. I would rather not see a dentist than go back here.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I Ihad one of the worst medical experiences of my life at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff treated me with disrespect. During my visit, they performed X-rays without placing proper protective covering on my chest, which raised serious concerns about patient safety and clinic policy. The situation became much worse when the doctor’s assistant broke my dental bridge during treatment. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the damage, they refused to re-cement it or properly restore it. I repeatedly called the office complaining about severe pain in my upper teeth. I explained that I could not eat properly, could not speak comfortably, and was in serious discomfort. Despite multiple calls and requests, they refused to help or cement the bridge back in place. When I tried to see the dentist again, he briefly looked at my teeth and said he was not going to touch them. I kept asking to speak with him, but he never came back to explain anything. The staff at the front desk told me they “didn’t know” what was going to happen next, which shows a complete lack of organization and patient care. I filed a complaint with my insurance company, and during a phone conference, the manager was again extremely rude and even used inappropriate language toward me. Because of how serious this situation is, I reported the matter to the police and am pursuing further action. No patient should ever be treated this way. A dental clinic should prioritize patient safety, communication, and care. Instead, I experienced negligence, disrespect, and ongoing pain that they refused to address. I would strongly caution others before seeking treatment here.

I was immediately seen by the dental assistant who was really friendly and fast. She explained everything that was going to happen. The dentist then came in to start my procedure. He was also very friendly and warm, making sure I was comfortable and calm. I was then seen by another young lady who took over for the first assistant. She was also very knowledgeable and warm. She explained the next steps after my procedure. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. And even professional not having any “inappropriate side conversations” staff tend to have when they think no one is listening. The young ladies at the front took great care in explaining things to clients who called in during my wait also. I will be back for any dental help in the future.

I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Ferris explained things to me a thoughtful and patient way that made it easy to understand. I will absolutely be making this my primary dentist.

Negative experience: This dental office is filthy, and I honestly can’t believe it’s allowed to operate. The lack of cleanliness is shocking—dust, grime, and unsanitary conditions everywhere. A dental clinic should be sterile, not disgusting. The customer service is just as bad. Staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like patients were an inconvenience. No professionalism, no respect, and zero concern for patient safety or comfort. Except Dr. So Nice and professional! If you care about your health, stay far away from this place. This office needs a serious inspection and a complete overhaul. I will never return and would strongly advise others not to either.

Negative experience: This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dental office. The place was dirty and poorly maintained, which is completely unacceptable for a healthcare setting. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this office failed badly. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in patient care. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no concern for comfort or safety. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. Serious improvements are needed in hygiene, management, and basic patient respect.

I've never experienced being so relaxed at a dentist office while the dentist was repairing my tooth. I was actually falling asleep,omg omg!! Negative experience: If your considering going there DON'T. Worst decision I ever made. I never give bad reviews, but if I could help someone not make the same mistake as me it'll be worth it. I had fallen and broken my teeth. I had emergency work done it looked horrible.So i go in and said i just want same size same color and be able to smile again. Somehow they talk me into grinding down 9 teeth get bridges and crowns. I was gonna have a beautiful smile. So i get a co signer for a loan. Put about 3,500 down. Loan for 12,000. I loved my temporary teeth. My real ones come in. They are too white not the color i picked. Atleast 3 shades whiter. But they talk me into keeping them said you won't have to worry about them for atleast the next 20 or more years. A month later I'm in pain, so I go back, I need a root canal. They need to put a hole in my new tooth, 1300 more dollars, I let them. A month after that same thing I'm in pain go in I need another root canal another hole in another new tooth and another 1300. Now I'm extremely upset these teeth I don't even like but Im paying a fortune for are being destroyed by the people who screwed them up in the first place. Nobody cared I wasn't happy. Now it's 8 yrs later I'm ringing my client out and my bridge completely falls out. Thats 3 teeth. I'm horrified that I'm missing 3 teeth. I call them right away. I don't have insurance and I can't get another loan. And they couldn't help me without money. But what they forgot to tell me is if I didn't get the bridge put back in within 3 days it wouldn't fit anymore. And that is exactly what happened. And of course the 3 teeth that fell out 2 of them have holes in the from the root can they did. Your telling me I'm just that unlucky that I needed 2 root canals within 2 months of getting these teeth but not before. I call bullshit. Now I'm gonna probably end up with dentures at 51. Thanks for destroying any chance I had of having permanent teeth and charging 18,000 dollars to do, and the expensive teeth that you promised me 20 yrs atleast didn't even make it 8 years.

Fantastic experience: I had an abscessed tooth they were able to get me in to be seen within 24 hours and I wasn't a patient. Everyone was kind and professional and I am so grateful that they helped me. I highly recommend them.

They charge me $150 and now I’m being trying to put my insurance in like more than four weeks waiting request and I read the review. I am disappointed. I think I gotta look for else another place I mean.

I know my search for a good dentist is over. I have other dentists that are closer to me, but it's about quality not convenience.

Negative experience: Doctor and hygienists that saw me were nice enough, but after multiple issues with the office, I will not be returning. My dentist moved to this location earlier in the year, and right before they moved, I had a cavity filled. The filling was aching, so I called this new location to schedule a time for it be grinded down, and the soonest 'emergency appointment' (verbatim) they had was 3 weeks from that day, I had to ask the receptionist if she stated the correct month. They did eventually get me in a week earlier than that, but that was an awful long time to wait with an aching mouth for a 10 minute appointment. More recently I had a cleaning scheduled for Oct 30 that I ended up needing to reschedule. When I called the office, the receptionist was oddly antagonistic when talking to me. Of course, she couldn't find my appointment anywhere, and when she finally found it (on the exact date and time I told her), she asked why I would even schedule a cleaning for October when I "wouldn't be due until November in her opinion". First, Oct 30 is hardly far away from November, and if I wanted to I could get a cleaning done every month if I was willing to pay. Also her 'opinion' was based off the fact that she thought that my last cleaning was in May, but my appointment in May was a cavity filling, and my cleaning was indeed 6 months ago, in April. She asked me a few times why I would ever schedule my appointment like that, and it was very strangely antagonistic. She then informed me that they are booked through February and they are not booking any more appointments past then so I would have to be put on a wait list for one. None of these issues are worth coming here.

Fantastic experience: THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! I've had countless traumatizing dental procedures and situations. I panic when the paper bib goes around my neck. I am being fitted for new dentures at this dental center. They gave high tech equipment, excellent hygienists, personable staff and very affordable. Doctor Gibson was able to fix a chip I had that another dentist wouldn't touch. Dr Gibson was absolutely wonderful. I'm more than satisfied. I highly recommend this dentist office, take it from me, a dental center expert, this place will be gentle and accommodating to your dental needs.

I’m so happy I found out about this place the staff is so welcoming. I got a deep cleaning today. She was so nice and talked me through the whole process giving me the comfortability that I needed.

Fantastic experience: I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my dental appointment on 8/7/2025. The waiting area was bright and welcoming, and your front desk staff greeted me soon as I walked in making me feel as if I was the only person that mattered. My dental hygienist was wonderful.The cleaning was, by far, the most comfortable I have ever had. Can’t wait until the next visit because they had me smiling the whole time I was there. The young lady that did my X-ray was awesome and made me feel at ease.
