Dr. Cohen, Chloe and all of the staff I have met have been the kindest and most caring dental team I have ever encountered. They are gentle, thoughtful and go the extra mile to make sure your experience is as seamless and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them!

My hygienist was very nice and too went to great lengths to explain what she was going to do. Everyone was very professional, and I had a pleasant experience.

Having the whole process done within a few hours and not having to return for future visits, makes it very easy. Dr. Cohen, Nicole and Vile took great care of me and inspired a ton of confidence throughout the process. Thank you so much to all the dental wellness staff. I appreciate each and everyone of you.

Negative experience: I went to about four appointments and only saw the dentist once and that’s because I asked to meet her. I called to make another appointment and asked if the dentist would be giving me an exam as I didn’t get one at prior appointments. I was told that I could come at 8 for a cleaning but would have to wait until 9:15 for the dentist. Seems like an exam was never going to be part of the visit. I went elsewhere.

Both the hygienist and the doctor also have a very light touch, so the whole process was much more comfortable than I expected. I can understand why my husband has been using this office since forever!

Negative experience: I’m a new patient trying to schedule and I was told I couldn’t schedule because I had to cancel 3 times. Two of which are due to being sick during cold and flu season. I can’t help getting sick and would assume they didn’t want to catch my germs. Really unprofessional and disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cohen’s for years and have always had positive experiences. I’ve also had crowns added and replaced as needed. My first appt. here was after another dentist botched up a crown, and Dr. Cohen replaced it well.

Everyone no matter their position takes care of their patients with love, passion, and are very detail within the work they perform on a daily basis. When the staff answers the office phone and says,” how can we make you smile brighter today.” Everyone believes in that statement, it’s not just a slogan or phrase. It’s true meaning to why the staff are amazing and how well they work together as a team. Walking in as a stranger but leaving not just with a brighter smile but happy to be part of the family is everything a customer looks for. Sweeney and Cohen are great (skilled and caring) and they have assembled a professional and caring team. I think a testament to that is the years of service provided by the hygienists (15+) and support staff. We highly recommend their services.

For hygienist, Debi is the best of the best; she has unbelievable knowledge, shares every step of a procedure and treats her patients in a truly caring way. It is Rhonda who sets the tone of the office staff, with her cheerful manner, both on the telephone and in person. Why would anyone go elsewhere?
