Fantastic experience: I visited Vanaria Dental for the first time with a number of issues. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Dr. O'Neill was wonderful. She took care of my immediate needs and set up a plan to fix my longer term issues. I returned today to start a number of crowns and Dr. O'Neill and her assistant Jess were amazing. They set my mind at ease and made a stressful visit so much better than I could have expected. They shared a number of stories while working on my crowns that actually made me laugh on the inside and took my mind off of some of the work. When I was finished, they went over everything that I needed to do with my after care. I would definitely recommend Dr. O'Neill and the staff of Vanaria Dental to anyone needing any kind of dental work from a simple check up to implants. They are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Randy Chaiz is amazing. He listens intently, provides options in great detail, and performs procedures in excellence. I recently had a filling completed in the back of my mouth, which is a very difficult area to perform work on. He walked me through the process, checked in to ensure I remained numb, and the final product is a work of art. I had two other dentists work on same section of my mouth years ago and I left both offices with an imperfect tooth that was misshaped and caused pain periodically. Dr. Chaiz did what others neglected to do, he put my care and comfort first.

I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. O’Neill and Jess. They worked seamlessly together to repair my tooth. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Positive experience: Office is very conveniently located and is clean and nicely decorated. The staff has been friendly, patient and informative. Glad they accept my dental insurance and bill them directly. On the downside, it is very difficult to get appointments for three-four to month cleanings. You are usually six months out and am advised to check daily around the time I need one (which has not worked to date). Frustrating to hear Vanaria Dental advertised every day on conservative talk radio when they don't have the bandwidth (staff or office space?) to service their existing customers. Would also appreciate a portal to sign in pre-visit so I am not completing paper forms once I get there and also to view post visit summaries, etc. At the very least, would appreciate being emailed the forms in advance so I can complete them on a large computer screen instead of trying to complete them on my phone via a text. Negative experience: This use to be a good office but has gone downhill fast. I have been struggling to get a crown for almost a year with canceled appointments then told it’s 3 months until the next opening, and of course I prepaid so that money is gone. Im at a total loss, how they can treat patients like this?

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the care I received today for a cavity filling. Dr. O’Neill made me feel comfortable and helped lessen my anxiety, which was heightened because of a previous bad experience. She is an asset to Vanaria Dental.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this practice for 10 years now. Dr. Vanaria always noticeably rushed through the end of the cleaning, but it never bothered me because it was just a routine thing. Over the past few years, the high turnover of professionals has become frustrating. Now, you don’t even get a rushed Dr. Vanaria, but instead some passing-through dentist who doesn’t care about you or being there. At my last cleaning, I was seen by a new dentist, who told me I needed a crown. I was told the office would call my insurance for an estimate and then call me to schedule the procedure. Four months later, I never received a call. Probably for the best—it turns out I never even needed one. I have since switched to a caring, thoughtful, and thorough practice and will never come back here.

Fantastic experience: As always going to new dentist comes with some anxiety, no reason for it with this office. The professional talented team at this office is off the charts. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you like your a vip, and then there’s the hygienist the best cleaning I ever received. Also got to meet the head man himself what else is there to say he’s the man. Never thought I would say this about going to dentist, I’m actually looking forward to going back.

Negative experience: I would never leave a one-star review because the front staff has always been so nice. We waited a very long time to get an appointment there because everyone recommended the Cinnaminson location. We've been going there for 2 years and I've only seen the same dentist twice and that was at the very beginning. I have never had the same hygienist. I get a different dentist every time I go. And then they always have to explain what needs to be done, which has been explained repeatedly and at times differently, by different dentists. So they really don't know your specific issues because it's always new people. I would like to hope that maybe they are just growing so fast but it's been 2 years now. Recently, I had yet another new doctor that I have never seen who is apparently my new dentist they say. She worked on three cavities. Small gum line cavities. I happened to have a cleaning appointment 2 days after cavity appointment. I was in pain. The top of my teeth felt like sandpaper and I had some hard substance on the back of my front tooth. I explained that I was going away for a week in 2 days and I was hoping that someone could just give me some relief so I didn't have to deal with that while away. Their exact words, "we're too busy right now". So off I went 3,000 miles away with a bleeding tooth and pain. I really miss my dentist in Riverton but he no longer takes my insurance. You always saw the same hygienist. There was never any turn over there. The hygienist has actually been there since 1980 but they do not take my insurance. At this point, my teeth are very important. I will make it work even if it might cost a bit more. There's something to be said about a personal relationship and someone who knows you and cares. Not an endless stream of people you've never met and simply never knowing who your actual dentist/hygienist is going to be that day. I did leave a good review when we first got to the office because I was happy to be there since it's so close and again, they are really nice. The staff up front is extremely nice. The hygienists and most of the dentists are extremely nice. But there's an element of personal touch that is missing here. I don't like seeing a different dentist or hygienists every time I go. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months but I have to make the appointments so far out. They tell me they are hiring more hygienists but I still have to make these appointments so far out and I can't know for sure what I will be doing 6-9 months later. So if a personal relationship and a doctor that knows you really well and knows the challenges you personally face is not your number one priority, this might be the place for you. Since they are nice and the location is convenient. But I must warn that my teeth never feel clean after a cleaning. If you have a challenging mouth like me, insurance doesn't really matter. What matters most is that we will go back to Riverton where we will receive personalized attention. My teeth are far too important to me. Now I have 3-4 gumline cavities that I simply don't trust them to fix. They already did try to fix it but it just made it worse and I had to go away for a week dealing with that pain. I didn't go back to have the "repaired cavities" fixed. I can't even brush my teeth on the lowest electric setting at this point without them bleeding where they worked on the cavities. I'm so excited that I will go back to Riverton, where I went for many years and never had any of these issues.

Fantastic experience: I relocated to South Jersey from the Midwest in October 2020, and within a week I faced a dental emergency. My search for a dental practice ended with Vanaria Dental, and I have been a patient ever since. Under Dr. Vanaria's leadership, this practice epitomizes professionalism and caring concern on the part of the entire staff. I have a difficult insurance policy, and have been graciously accommodated in this regard. I've needed extensive work, including quarterly periodontal maintenance and crown replacement. Most recently, Dr. O'Neill has patiently worked with me, making these appointments less stressful by her kind demeanor and thorough explanations of these procedures. The entire staff works as a team to provide the absolute best dental care!

Fantastic experience: The service I received today was wonderful. I did not know what to expected on my first time visit but was pleasantly surprised. I went to the doctor because I was having an issue with my back tooth. I did not have to wait long for an appointment and they scheduled me the following week. Dr. O'Neill was excellent and the staff were very professional, skilled, and friendly. The office had a nice atmosphere and was beautiful decorated for the holiday. As my appointment ended, a patient cancelled their cleaning appointment and the staff was able to fit me in for a cleaning, exam, and a filling repair all in the same day. Stellar service, I am glad I made the switch to this practice.

Negative experience: Went in December for a tooth that felt sensitive had a cleaning in November. I was told after taking an xray that I needed root canal or implant or extraction. I asked if I needed antibodic they said no. No infection? I asked if there was tarter knowing my teeth I accumulate. I went to another dentist I still have my tooth and yes it was Tarter that cause the sensitive feeling so beware of what you.

Fantastic experience: I required extensive dental work and was referred to the office of Dr. Michael Vanaria’s in Cinnaminson. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I was especially grateful for the work that I received from Dr. Tricia O’Niell whose patience, talent and skill has restored my confidence to smile again.

Positive experience: Generally good service and communication but not today. Waited over 30 minutes past my appt time and had to ask twice why the delay before anyone would tell me they took an emergency in my son’s time slot. Note to staff - patients have schedules too and the courtesy of an honest reply would’ve been appreciated. Simple customer service goes a long way in earning that Best in Burlington County award.

Negative experience: 1. the staff are extremely nice, but nice doesn't help your teeth nor your pockets. 2. I had 4 teeth cavities filled, all of them had issues. * instead of filling the whole tooth area (ex front gum edge), they filled half. Eventually food gets stuck and staining appears. * 2 teeth that were filled and both fillings fell out. * color matching was way off. 3.I'm sure they would correct the problem if I address them with it, but I've had so many issues with them that I just decided to have all of my teeth redone with another dentist. 4. The reason I give 2 stars is they are prompt to get you in and they're extremely nice.

Negative experience: My latest experience with Dr. Vanaria is enough for me to never enter that office again. I had been a patient for years, with varying results, but this latest visit was by far the worst. See the x-ray attached. Dr. Vanaria placed a crown that was too small and far too to the left leaving my tooth exposed underneath. This was after it fell off the first time within just a day. Additionally, to accomodate to the poor placement, the tooth to the left was shaved down. I had to have 4 hours of emergency care (obviously with a more capable dentist) to undo the errors made and relieve the severe pain caused by this sloppy work. Stay away.

I have severe anxiety about getting dental work done and needed several fillings and possible root canal done. Dr. Evan put me at ease, I was not in any pain, and he consistently checked in with my throughout the procedure. The whole office is warm and kind and I cannot recommend Dr. Vanaria's office enough!

Fantastic experience: Patty has exceptional patience when dealing with me. I have a "GAG" reflex which can make dental visits quite a challenge. I always apologize in advance for any difficulties this may pose. The most recent visit went well. I chalk it up to the relaxing effect Patty has by distracting me with small talk while prepping for the cleaning procedure. My mind was able to remain calm and relaxed, allowing for a fairly smooth and uneventful visit! THANK YOU Patty!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t go back to this dentist. Had cavities starting to form and once again instead of acknowledging pinhole cavities to fill from two years ago they tried to persuade me otherwise including dental care. It’s not the first time all because of my real identity Czarzasty biological father sergeant Czarzasty a cop, SRO etc. legit overheard conversations with him on the phone and municipal court staff how to mistreat me during my dental visit and not wanting me to brush my teeth and use dental kit most common sense dentists educate to use of dental plaque kit Ada approved and of course they told me only to floss and brush my teeth and disrespected the first ammendment rights of my religion towards other people too. I wouldn’t trust this dentistry ever again. Sad thing is the head dentist checked my teeth during Covid double ban because my dad sergeant Czarzasty hired him and Nichol Lombardo Czarzasty as per the whole adoption thing a few years ago in the court system. I would go back to this dentist if they change some things and respect first Ammendment rights and actual dentist care of their clients. I pray for their spiritual warfare deliverance like other in town businesses to not be abused by authorities altogether abusing their power dictates them what to say and do (not specifically sergeant Czarzasty) (others). The inside was completely remodeled with a comfortable waiting area. The staff greeted me immediately upon entering. They were welcoming and courteous. I only waited 5-10 minutes for my appointment. I had x-rays, my teeth cleaned and a check-up. The x-rays and teeth cleaning were a breeze. Dr. Vanaria was friendly and thorough. Fantastic experience: Dr. Vanaria provided step by step explanation of the procedure. His assistant was very friendly and the two worked seamlessly to provide a temporary crown and complete the implant casting. I am very confident that my permanent implant and crown will fit perfectly.

Fantastic experience: I called on wednesday morning at 8:15am because I chipped a front tooth. The associate looked at the schedule and asked me to come in at 10:30am and that I may have to wait a little bit but they would fit me in. I walked in at 10:25am signed in and at 10:30 was called back to an exam room. The assistant took an xray and within minutes Dr. Vanaria came in and fixed my tooth. I was walking out of the office at 10:45am. Talk about service. I was surprised that I was even able to come in that early but with no wait on top of that. I was totally impressed!
