Fantastic experience: Best experience ever!

Fantastic experience: Both my son and daughter come here for dental care. Every visit, the nurses and doctors are incredibly friendly and patient, which makes them not feel scared at all.

Fantastic experience: Love going here for my toddlers. Everyone is super duper nice and so professional. My toddlers feel safe and get their teeth checked without any tears. Toddler loves the little sofa and chairs they have.

Fantastic experience: This was the first dentist visit for my daughters. My youngest was feeling very nervous and Abby made her feel safe and comfortable. She walked her through all the steps, showing her all the tools, and letting her know what to expect. It was great! 10/10 experience!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so courteous, friendly and very professional. We were a bit nervous for our 15-month old daughter’s first dentist appointment, and we had nothing to be concerned about. Very impressive. They were amazing with her and she didn’t want to leave!

Negative experience: I came prepared with questions to make an informed decision about my daughter’s dental care, reflecting my holistic health approach. Instead of being respected as a patient, we were dismissed and excused from the office. Patients deserve open communication and respect, regardless of their healthcare views. *Updated* I questioned what is used and what the risks are and if safe options were available. Every parent should be able to advocate for safe options. I got a negative response for that.

Negative experience: front desk isn't that great with billing. confused and clueless about insurance deductibles.

Negative experience: I took both of my children here for their dental care for years. My 8 year old son had a difficult loose baby tooth that Dr. Jeremy thought would need to be pulled, but it ended up falling out a few weeks later on its own. Long story short, my husband took him to his next appointment where the dentist somehow thought my son’s ADULT TOOTH was a baby tooth and then proceeded to pull the ADULT TOOTH. Even after my husband said that I never mentioned a tooth being pulled. The dentist AND his hygienist both checked my son’s chart and told my husband he was wrong and the tooth needed to be pulled. Hours later, my 8 year old had to have the tooth put back in after it was erroneously pulled and then he had to have two extremely painful root canal appointments! We have no idea if he will be able to keep the tooth as he gets older or if he will need an implant. I will say that Dr. Emily worked with us and apologized profusely for what happened and they of course paid for my son's root canal and for all of the endodontist appointments he’s had thus far. Dr. Emily had nothing to do with my son’s tooth being pulled. But that doesn’t change the fact that it was a careless mistake on Dr. Jeremy’s part and the whole thing could have been avoided. I don’t understand how a pediatric dentist couldn’t tell the difference between a loose baby tooth and an adult tooth that clearly wasn’t loose. I don’t believe that this is a bad dental practice even in light of the situation. I just want parents to know that this is the experience my family had here.

Fantastic experience: Always an excellent. The staff is warm and knowledgeable. They are patient with my twins who are ever definition of opposites. The dentist Dr W. took his time and answered all the questions and concerns we had.

Fantastic experience: The Center for Pediatric Dental Health is amazing. The entire place is so kid-friendly and welcoming and the staff are all courteous, polite and helpful. My 2.5 year old was scared to have her exam and was crying and our dental assistant, Gabby, was so amazing and patient with her. She calmed and reassured her throughout her whole exam and was so understanding. I highly recommend coming here for pediatric dental care.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an OUTSTANDING pediatric dentist then I would HIGHLY recommend. The doctors and staff are the best of the best. They make sure the kids are comfortable and confident through the entire process. The office is super clean and very fun!

Fantastic experience: We love our kids dentist! We take both kids to Pediatric Dental Health and every time it is an awesome experience. Gabby, Jenna and Dr. Will were amazing today - they were super great wit the kids, explaining what was going on and keeping the entire appointment fun. They definitely make the kids feel comfortable. And cool perks like the kids can watch movies from the chair. We love it there!

Fantastic experience: Today was the first time my son has ever been to the dentist (granted he is only 15 months) as a new Mom I wanted to make sure we got the ball rolling with introducing him to going/getting comfortable being at the dentist. All the staff from the front desk, dental hygienist, and Dr Lara herself! Were all so great, super friendly, and patient. Could not have asked for a better first time experience. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a Pediatric Dentist.

NOW at 6 years old my daughter skipped out of school EXCITED to get her teeth cleaned. She even asked when she was going to get braces SHES 6!!! I could not recommend this office more. My son is autistic (nonverbal )and the patience she had with my son spoke volumes. Not many people have that type of empathy, or patience .She treated him as there was no disability.
