Fantastic experience: Went for a fractured tooth only appointment was 2 days out. Was told if there was a cancellation that they would call me which they did for the following day. Dr Max and his asst. Were great they explained everything during the procedure and gave me options for the future I recommend Periodontal Consultants 100%

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain from a fractured wisdom tooth that needed immediate attention. I called periodontal consultants to see if they could squeeze me in to their schedule and they were very accommodating. After taking the X-ray I saw there was very little tooth left. Dr Micah Crawley informed me he was confident he could remove it. His confidence put me at ease and the tooth was gone 15 minutes later. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating to my situation and would recommend this office to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a gum problem. I was able to come in the same day. Dr. Crowley corrected the problem and eliminated the pain.

Fantastic experience: I was treated warmly. The dentist went to great lengths to explain everything.

Negative experience: 1st time, after 35 minute wait, I asked to re-schedule. 2nd time, I simply walked out. No one apologizes for the wait. No one lets you know how much longer the wait may be. Customers are expected to sit and wait like a herd of cattle.

Fantastic experience: Overall, a good experience. I was referred to Dr. Tang by my primary dentist. Dr. Tang's check-up was very thorough and I had a positive impression. He presented a treatment plan (almost $3,000 WITH a dental plan!) and I was able to schedule an appointment to begin work, although there was a 6-week delay for availability. Due to various circumstances, I was able to get in sooner for my triple procedure (3 quadrants) and had almost no pain during/afterward and minimal bleeding/discomfort. Kudos to the entire team, but especially Dr. Tang and Jane (his assistant).

Negative experience: I almost never review anything, but I had to give this a 1 star review. My regular dentist told me I needed to have some periodontal work done, so I found this practice since they had good reviews online and were close to where I live. Dr. Greg Shupik was completely in the wrong. Not only did he completely ignore what I went to him for, he did a completely different procedure on me than what I originally went for! When I went back to my regular dentist, they confirmed as much. They even said I didn’t need to have done what he ended up doing to me, and the original problem I went to him for still exists. Except now I’m out over $500 and had work done that didn’t need to be done. I was so upset by the whole thing and was willimg to let it go even though I probably should’ve fought more, but now they are trying to charge me more money. Originally they wanted to charge an additional $32. Now they want to charge an additional $195. When we have called them to tell them what they did and that we will not give them another cent, they do not call us back. No one will even discuss with us what they did. Screw them. I am so angry.

Fantastic experience: I picked Dr. Mica Crowley totally at random after Googling for nearby periodontists in my insurance network.. I hit the jackpot! I've never had a better dental procedure and didn't even feel the Novacane injections. His office team is also exceptional and efficient. If there were six stars ratings available, I would give that rating to him and his associates. My wife is going to be a patient soon.
