As you know, Dr. Chris is a rare dentist that can use local anesthesia on me for a root canal and I usually fall asleep during the procedure? Negative experience: I had a painful & disastrous experience with Dr. Karen Miller. I visited her for a lost crown for Tooth #18 due to chewing gum. Without a clear reason during the very first visit, she ground that tooth & the opposing healthy Tooth #15. A temporary crown was never provided for Tooth #18. While waiting for the permanent crown, Tooth #18 became infected. Finally a new crown was placed, only to find it repeatedly fell off. She bonded it, which wasn't fully seated. To fit the misaligned crown, she numbed me & extensively ground down Tooth #15 (The lingual side was even ground down to the gum line or below). Tooth #18 later needed a root canal, retreatment, & was ultimately extracted. Now I need an implant. Tooth #15 has persistent sensitivity and pain, with swelling of the lingual gum and a lump (likely to be gum tissue growth from chronic irritation), this tooth also requires a root canal, post, & crown due to the damage. I wish I could upload some of the images and X-Rays to provide the evidence supporting what I have described above. I've endured physical pain, emotional stress, financial burden & permanent dental injuries. I'm sharing this so others can avoid this experience. I am giving 1 star only because the system requires a rating.

Fantastic experience: Came in from Florida for a visit. On my way here I had an issue that needed attention. I called Esposito Dentistry and they were able to see me the next day. The visit was excellent. Front desk was very nice, Dentist and assistant were great. Very accommodating, pleasant, and pain free. They fixed the issue without any problems. Wish they were in Florida.

Every time which is critical when you are managing work, kid and sometimes pet schedules :). Negative experience: This was my dental office till last year. I am bipolar1 and suffer on & off depression, during which I have a hard time taking care of myself - this includes dental hygiene. Dr. Esposito came in at the end of my appointment and said I have to be doing a better job (completely fair), and “everybody else can do it” in a very condescending tone. I watched the dental assistant’s eyes widen so I knew I wasn’t tripping about the way he said it. That was extremelyy embarrassing, sitting there as a woman with my mouth pried open, underneath a man talking down to me wasn’t a great feeling. As a hygienist, please educate yourself. Getting up & brushing your teeth isnt as easy for some people as it is for you. Getting up at all isn’t easy for some people, like it is for you. Next time, recommend those disposable tooth brushes that come individually wrapped & preloaded with toothpaste. They’ve been a game changer for me Do better
