Fantastic experience: My filling fell out and at the same time my insurance changed and I needed to find a new dentist. I scheduled here simply because they took my new insurance. Since it was an emergency I brought all 3 of my kids (ages 2-6) with me. The office was quick to answer my call, schedule a next day apt, accommodating with my kids, the front desk staff printed them coloring pages and checked in with them while I got x rays, and the finally the dentist took a look and fixed my tooth and replaced my filling, something I thought would take two appointments, in less then 10 minutes. My old dentist would have numbed me and taken forever as they did the first time I got this filling fixed.

Negative experience: I’m giving this place a second chance for my cleaning. But the dental assistant told me my insurance covers my consultation appointment costs and then they tried to charge me for the appointment literally 15 minutes later when I went to the front desk. Also I’ve been here twice and they haven’t touched my teeth yet. Spent two appointments getting looked at. Hope it gets straightened out and I actually get some work done. It’s not easy taking off from work when you’re blue collar. And now a couple of months later. I went here got my X rays done. Paid out of pocket and got nothing done. And now they don’t even have my X-rays on file. Probably a ruse to get me to come back but still if it’s a fact that they don’t have it then I really don’t recommend this place. Spent 3 whole days of pto to not get a single thing done with my teeth. Waste of money and time

Fantastic experience: My sister (aged 91) and I were both there on Thurs 6/4/26 for our 6 month check ups. Chrissy did my ex-rays, then Pam cleaned my teeth, Dr. Watt did my exam. EVERYONE was so very kind, friendly and professional. My sister had her teeth cleaned by Diana, so she was in one room and I was in another. She said Diana was great to her. We have been using this practice for years and LOVE everyone there. We are treated as individual patients, not a NUMBER. Since my sister no longer drives, they always make sure the 6 month appointments are convenient for me, same day, time etc. If my sister, or I need to come in for additional work, they ask me if the date and time is ok. LOVE THEM!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

As a snowbird, our dental care reciprocation has been a plus between this Medford office and our Florida location.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency tooth problem and my dentist was out on medical leave. I called Simply Beautiful Smiles of Medford and they were able to get me in with Dr Browning right away. I needed a root canal and the office set me up with an Endodontist and had me back in their office within a few days for a temporary crown and then a little over a week for the permanent crown. Dr Browning is very kind, caring and supportive. I would recommend her and the practice to everyone and anyone. Thank you so much for the quick and great care you have given me.

Negative experience: I got extensive work through the VA maybe $50,000 worth of work and again the VA paid my bill. I had one last bill of $379 and simply smiles are saying that I didn’t get authorization for this last bill and they want me to come out of pocket for $379 when they drop the ball and didn’t get authorization to the VA to pay this one $379 bill. The VA is willing to pay this bill but they’re saying that they billed Medicare and I authorized for them to bill Medicare, which makes no sense. would not recommend using simply smiles because they can’t handle bills getting paid to the right person very disappointed

I was seen immediately, the front desk as helpful and both the hygienist and dentist were kind and accommodating as I have Meniere's Disease and have flareups of bad hearing and they worked with me. They are great with communication and follow up. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been using this dental practice for a few years now and have never had any complaints. They have always been very accommodating and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Don't do business here unless you want your credit ruined over $24!! The medical professionals here are top notch. This isn't about them. I was billed incorrectly for $24 which I thought was taken care of until I received a letter from a collections company. I prefer to chalk this up to gross incompetence as opposed to malfeasance, but I won't do business with a company that thinks so little of me as to do something like that. Maybe when the company changes hands. Again.

Fantastic experience: Truly the best dentist I’ve been to. I started going here when I was young and even after moving an hour or so away, I continue coming back because of how good this place is. I have had to get a lot of dental work done in the past year, and everyone here has been nothing but kind and supportive. Notably, Dr. Browning is so welcoming. I have a stomach condition that causes me to feel sick a lot and every time I have explained it, she has been completely understanding of it and accommodated to my condition. I would highly recommend Simply Beautiful Smiles if you’re looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Need to add to this out dated review because I did not see Dr Browning today, nor Deb. I was in for a cleaning and an exam. Dr Browing was with other patients so Dr Miller came in to do a check. All good and she too was very personable and I was completely at ease with her. Then I saw Pam for a cleaning. As much as Pam and I joke around, i know she has my best interest at heart and I totally trust her to to do a thorough job. OLD REVIEW BUT STILL STILL STANDS TRUE. have never been so comfortable in a dentist office as I am at this one. Doctor Browning is very gentle, caring and professional. I always know when she is coming near my "room" as I hear her singing get louder (lol). She is the best. And Deb is amazing. She too is the best at what she does. Although I wish I didn't need them as much as I do, I do not dread going to the dentist as I had in the past. THANK YOU BOTH FOR HAVING MY BACK. I appreciate everything you are doing for me!!!!

Negative experience: There today for a cleaning with Pam . I can no longer do X-rays since I have Brain cancer. It was ok by Dr. Watt the last time I had my cleaning. Today Pam gave me a hard time about it and actually asked me if I was terminal? I can’t believe she could ask such a question! She said I would need a note from my Ocologist. I got up and walked out in tears! . I can not believe the way I was treated.

Negative experience: Instead of telling me on the phone that my insurance didn’t cover today’s visit. They waited until I got there to tell me about a $200 bill I would have to pay. AND the consultation fee is preposterous!!! I have NEVER been to a dentist that charges a consultation fee!

Negative experience: I had been going to SBS of Medford for well over 20 years, even my daughter was there since she started getting teeth. The doctors we've had are great, almost like family at this point. But now that they have changed hands, they are trying to rob me financially. They have a billing company that scammed me out of a payment, took my money and didn't apply it to my bill. And now are trying to collect the same payment again. If you want to be robbed, this could be the place to go. If they don't straighten out the bill, I may be calling the Dental Board, and the FTC, about this new scam of theirs.

Fantastic experience: Best dentists ever! I moved almost 2 hours away & still make the drive to see Dr Watt for all my dental procedures. Even have my husband & son going to Dr. Watt now. Faithful patient since 2004! Every procedure is done with the utmost care. Excellent skilled experts in the office from fillings & crowns to surgeons performing implants, root canals & periodontal work. Everyone is absolutely fabulous!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found Beautiful Smiles of Medford. The dentists and staff are actually caring about the patients. I needed a tooth extracted and the oral surgeon is right there. Dr. Biron and his assistant made the procedure so easy I don't know what I was afraid of.

Negative experience: Simple Beautiful Smiles is now merged with “The Smilist”. They now require you to fill out the entire intake form every 6 months. Absolutely crazy they don’t save their patients information. You have to fill out your insurance and health history every time you need a cleaning. I stopped going here, I’m not going to stick around to see what other hare brained ideas this merger comes up with.

Negative experience: my whole family’s been going to this practice for a while now there was never an issue until I came to an appointment and the general manager was too blind to see that there was a patient in there never checked me in wasted 45 minutes of my day, just to only pay a cancellation fee to fix the error on adeles part when I came in and showed up for my scheduled appointment . The doctors are wonderful there, but the office staff is awful. more just so the office manager . There has been many times you hear the employees talking about one another or the patients That they are treating. I was also told I had an infection and I needed to have a consultation For the infected tooth just to pay $176 to be seen and told by another doctor I don’t have an infection and Adele seems to think that is OK. Adele also will get on the phone and speak poorly about patients that poor money into this practice. I’ve never met an office manager so unprofessional in my life. It’s a shame to have such good doctors and such a bad office crew, Hopefully things get better over there.

Fantastic experience: I have had multiple root canals performed At other dentists. I always had a high level of pain after those procedures. Doctor Singh from Simply Beautiful Smiles performed a double route canal on me. There was minimal pain following his procedure. Thank you Doctor Singh for being extremely professional and giving me a great experience with performing this surgery.

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience with my former dentist who’s practice I supported for 20+ years I switched to Dr Watt and am so glad that I did. I appreciate her open communication and concise explanations for her proposed treatment as well as the entire staff at this location. I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Watch your bill. I paid for my sons wisdom extraction and got a $60.30 convenience fee for paying with a credit card. Office managers said couldn't cancel payment and stated there was a notification about fee. But there wasn't any warning. Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, I have never been late for payments, and I have recommended the dentist office to friends and family. No more. I canceled all appointments with this office. Beware!

Negative experience: Asked 3 people to submit a pre-authorization and 3 people to correct a billing issue! Their billing practices seem to be borderline fraudulent!
