Negative experience: my mom was seeing for her appointment today the nurse was absolutely nice and friendly. We definitely loved her but the doctor my mom was seeing horrible.Very rude. Rushed her. Didn’t take time and listen to her. I didn’t like it

Negative experience: HEADS UP DO NOT GO TO ESTER TACKIE, SHE IS NOT A NICE PERSON, SHE CANNOT EXPLAIN HERSELF PROPERLY IN ANYTHING SHE DISCUSS WITH YOU. DO NOT AND I REPEAT STAY FAR AWAY FROM NURSE PRACTITIONER ESTER TACKIE. SHES NOT A NICE PERSON AND SHE DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING, SHES SEEM TO BE VERY COLD HEARTED.

Negative experience: Will NOT be going back. The front desk staff is probably one of the worst ive come across. They treated people with such disrespect, especially handicapped people in a wheelchair, it was like they were a burden to them. Do NOT GO

Positive experience: Camcare Obgyns and Pediatricians : my experience -Dr Saunji Jacobs: I was on my third pregnancy (first one that was going to live) so I knew my morning sickness wasn’t average normal sickness. Dr. Jacobs kept minimizing my feelings and refusing anything stronger than zofran. She was ignorant and wouldn’t let me finish expressing other concerns 0/10 This leads me to the next Dr. -Dr. Nancy Lorber: She took my claims seriously, prescribed proper medicine, and diagnosed me with Hyperemesis Gravidarum as well as a categorized high risk pregnancy. I was able to go to the hospital to receive life saving (for the baby and myself) IV treatment. She told me that any later and my baby could’ve struggled from the dehydration. She documented everything in my medical records properly and I truly miss her. She retired before the end of my pregnancy. Only downside is her appointment times ran a little long sometimes so I’d be in the waiting room or a room for an hour before I actually got to see her. 9/10 just for that. -Dr. Robin Freeman: She took over for Dr Lorber after the retirement. She was great at listening to my concerns, was very prompt with her appointment times, and was even a licensed Nutritionist so she helped me identify foods that I could keep down while dealing with the hyperemesis. 10/10 -Dr. Natali Bethancourth: She was great. Personable but professional, truly cared to answer my concerns during the final stages of my pregnancy, and even helped advocate for me when I wanted the induction as well as the bilateral salpingectomy. 10/10 Pediatricians -Lisa Urban- absolutely great, she listens to all of my questions/concerns about my son without rushing me out of the office. She is usually prompt and on time for appointments. Very Kind and Considerate 10/10 -Racine Zechowy-Another Great pediatrician, I have no complaints except sometimes I am interrupted when asking questions 9/10 A message to Camcare Clementon: Please have a second female option available for your OBGYN. I keep cancelling appointments because if I couldn’t count on Dr Jacobs for my pregnancy concerns, I cannot trust her to take my women’s’ health matters or concerns seriously especially during this post partum season. Other than that, the offices and waiting room are always clean , the front desk ladies are always polite and Professional but personable. Keep being great!

Positive experience: I wouldn't seek a primary at CamCare - I believe my 1st visit to meet a primary - it was a rushed appointment - he didn't spend very much time with (me) a patient he's meeting for the 1st time. - He missed many steps in a 1st time physical exam. However, I would go for simple exams (obgyn) - I keep things very light w/ CamCare.

Fantastic experience: I came after all the bad reviews actually !!!!customer service is very nice !!!! I’m happy with the way they treated me and the receptionist was very nice. Her name was.Tanya Yvette sherre They were so nice and they did care about me in my situation

Negative experience: Called just to ask if the lab is open and they asked a million questions and never answered my one question lol. So unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Natali Betancourth is an excellent doctor. I had my prenatal checkups with her and she takes her time to answer each of my questions. Best of all, she speaks Spanish.

Negative experience: I don’t even know where to start. This establishment doesn’t even deserve a star. My daughter came in for an emergency dental visit and other than the people at the front desk and the financial aid representative, they are extremely rude! Rolling their eyes at a minor who has anxiety, rolling their eyes at me, and just very unprofessional. They had to extract a tooth, and after finishing gave very little VERBAL instructions. We ended up having to return because her mouth wouldn’t stop bleeding. They acted like I did something terrible and had to end up putting a couple stitches in. Needless to say, I won’t be returning .

Negative experience: It doesn't make sense to schedule a time to see the doctor but the waiting time is longer than the arrival. Why?

Negative experience: Heather Wilmore Is a terrible provider. She asked us rudely why we were there after the office called to make an after ER follow up. When we told her she looked at us like we were not supposed to be there. She didn’t want to order anything. That is not patient centered care. She should not be practicing if she has no compassion to do so. Its a disgrace to the nursing profession. DO BETTER!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Alicia helped me set up an appointment and she was so friendly! I'm a grown adult that is scared of phone calls, but she was so kind and funny that I completely forgot I was even setting an appointment! She was very informative, answered all my questions even if I asked them multiple times. I haven't even had my appointment yet but it already gave me a great impression!

Negative experience: Not a custoner here and wouldnt be, but I had to ask an employee a question and they were needlessly combative. Incompetent.

Negative experience: This location is terrible!. The people in the reception area are extremely unprofessional. They talk wayy too loud and act ghetto. They talk down to patients and Tlthey were speaking to patients on speaker phones and sharing personal information with other patients in a ear shot. They clearly do not care about HIPPA. I had a telehealth appointment and they called me after 5 hours!!!!! I left work earlier for my telehealth phone call and they called me when it was bedtime. The lady on the phone was clearly reading off of Google as she was talking to me. Very very unprofessional.

Negative experience: My brother went to this facility with a very high fever and a very rude black nurse turned my mother and my 6 year old brother away hours later he a got a seizure and was in a ambulance DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THE NURSE TOLD MY MOM THAT THE DOCOTR WAS TO BUSY TO SEE MY BROTHER AND HE COULD’VE DIED BECAUSE OF HER DISRESPECTFUL DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Negative experience: Waste of time went there bc ins wouldn't cover root canal called and spoke to multiple people was told they do root canals as well as it is on their website spent 4 hrs waiting in waiting room to b told they don't do them then went to pull my sons tooth and bc he has anxiety they wouldn't do anything sent him on his way . I'm so upset this poor kid has been hurting and taking pain pills for over a month bc ins companies and dentists don't wanna help so still in pain and starting from scratch thanks for wasting our time

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express the amazing experience I had with CAMcare. I just moved to NJ and was in excruciating pain. My tooth had broken and I didn't know where to go. Someone at the Dental College recommended CAMcare and I walked in with no appointment. Was added to the new patient register, met with financing and was taken care of all quickly same afternoon. The DR. was able to help my wisdom tooth and my molar. The relief I instantly felt was life changing. I can finally sleep at night and will be able to enjoy Christmas with my loved ones. CAMcare was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist I cannot recommend them enough if you are experiencing dental trouble. Everyone there loves helping people from the front desk, financing, Dr's and Nurses. Overall a perfect experience.

Negative experience: Alysa Jeffers APN is an imitación of a doctor, she’s the sorry side of any MD, my fiancé had a miscarriage 5 days a go, has a bunch of complications now, and was told by Alysa to go back to work within 2 weeks, didn’t order any blood work to see how her body is reacting. My fiancé also has abnormal changes with her body and Alysa had no answer.

Fantastic experience: I heard a lot of bad things about this place back in the day. I can def say things here are great honestly now n they have turned it around.. Dr. Bahalla is amazing. Your not just a name on a clipboard. You can tell he cares and he listens to you. You dont have to be afraid to talk to him about anything regarding your meds and stuff. And he also using healing through mind body spirit energy in a more natural holistic way also. So whichever works for you hes on point with both. He will def do. His best to fix what ails you. Staff treats you with respect. Guards are cool. I highly recommend Camcare. A+++

Negative experience: My whole family and I have been going to CAMcare for over a year now. They never have pediatricians available or doctors on any emergencies… not even in telemedicine. But that’s not the bigger problem. What happened today is not acceptable!!!! I had made an appointment… before the holidays… to get Covid shot for my child. During the appointments I specifically mentioned the AGE… asked if they were giving Covid shots to children that age as well as their shot availability. Today I took my child out of school because they don’t give shots on weekends and only hours available were during school hours. After I get there… waiting to hear they called me because I didn’t make an appointment… which I did. Waited half hour because one of the staff members was nice enough to help me… then mentioned they don’t have Covid shots available in stock for children at that branch. If they don’t have the stock why did they make the appointment in the first place. Should have cancelled the appointment or shouldn’t be giving appointments at all. This is totally unacceptable.
