Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office ever!! Two years ago my son would be fighting having to go to the dentist UNTIL we switched to this dental office! Every person in this office is so kind and friendly, they are extremely knowledgeable and really make sure the parents and kids understand the treatments. My son doesn’t fight going to the dentist anymore thanks to the wonderful people here!

Negative experience: Seriously run from this place. Dr Emily is the most unprofessional dr I have ever met. She thinks she’s the top doctor in the world and that her stuff doesn’t stink. I questioned something she did on my child, got another opinion because I didn’t think she was right, and I go back tell her that we will go with what the other dentist told us, and she literally said we’re fired from her practice, and that my children aren’t worth her time anyway there’s plenty more kids to go around! I was beside myself when I heard her say this! She’s fake nice all around. Be careful not to make her mad! Also she doesn’t let the numbing medication kick in before working on the patient.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit, the office us great. The dental hygienist that worked with my grandson was really good. She took the time to explain everything to him, and ease his anxiety.

Negative experience: Can not leave less than 1, but have tried getting a hold of this dentist for 1st visit and no one ever calls back or reaches out after filling out online form. Tried at least 5 times, will be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Just called to try to schedule my son an appointment and the representative was not only rude, snappy, but she also rushed me off the phone with a horrible attitude. As a first time caller this made me feel so neglected, if this is how they made me feel I can only imagine how they make children feel. Poor customer service!

Fantastic experience: Staff is very caring and patient, explains every step in detail. My child has severe anxiety and they were careful to go at her pace, taking breaks when needed. We have been through many pediatric dentists, and this was the one place we felt comfortable and made it through dental procedures smoothly. Highly recommend for children with sensory issues, anxiety, ASD!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lara was absolutely amazing with my 6 year old today. She was patient and worked quickly. Nurse Latoya assisted her and they were a great team. Getting your tooth pulled at that age is scary for a kid and parents. These two made it a great experience. Thank you all again.

Fantastic experience: I have never experienced more care and concern for my son at a dentist office than I have at the Centers of Pediatric Health. We were recommended to them by a family friend and I am forever grateful. We have experienced many highs and lows through our pediatric dental journey, as my son struggles with sensory issues. However, from our first moments in the office, to our initial consultation, and then to our first dental appointment to have serious dental work done, it was nothing but a positive experience. My son was comfortable; he was relaxed, and most importantly, happy and now healthy. My mama heart is so happy. My only regret is not finding the Dental office sooner

Fantastic experience: My daughter is very nervous at the dentist because of a surgery she had to have when she was younger. At her latest appointment, she reached a big milestone because although she was nervous and cried, she remained calm and kept her mouth open the whole time. She keeps talking about how proud she is and how excited she is to go back to the dentist. None of this would have been possible without the incredible team at the Center for Pediatric Dental Health. Everyone is so kind, patient and caring. I highly recommend the Center for Pediatric Dental Health as they have helped my daughter overcome fears in such a compassionate way! It takes time and consistency, but they are patient, knowledgeable and caring and that means so much to me as a parent! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our boys always have a great experience at this dental office. Shout out to Dr Will for all of his patience with our son, he had to have two baby teeth extracted and my son can be very nervous and scared. Dr Will got it done and quickly too. Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: Was running a little late and was called by the office, I said I am getting off the exit at the expressway so maybe about 3 minutes away as we were speaking and the person on the phone said come on in we will still see you. As we walked in the door at 347 she said we were past the 15 min time and would have to change the appt. It literally takes 10 min for my daughter’s appt and they told us another appt would be necessary. Ridiculous! Offered us a next day appt. I literally left work an hour to get to the office from camden and told them that and they said sorry office policy. Really two minutes and you told me to come in when I told you were I was. Should have told me on the phone when I said where I was to not bother coming in!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found Center for Pediatric Dental Health for my 2 boys. Everyone from the front desk, dentist assistants, to the Dentist, is so wonderful. The Dentist and the Assistants build trust with the kids, which makes each visits go so much smoother now. At our old dentist office, my 5 year old would not let anyone inside his mouth, but this year, at the Center for Pediatric Dental Health, my Son allowed the Dentist to go into his mouth. I highly recommend this office for all your kiddos!!!

Positive experience: I like the doctors here and how efficient and quick they are. However, They should not take any new patients. They already have too many patients and can’t reschedule Appointments in a reasonable amount of time. It should not take 3-8 months to get an appointment. My kids have not had a cleaning in a year because the last cleaning they had I had to reschedule because they were sick it took six months for every rescheduled appointment they rescheduled it for August and now it’s getting closer and I got summer camp dates I already paid for and it’s on the summer camp day again they can’t reschedule us for five months. Bottom line I do like the office I do like the doctors but if you do have to reschedule even if it’s weeks in advance or months in advance it will take at least 3 to 8 months to get an appointment very inconvenient especially when I cancel with weeks or months notice. They really need to stop taking new patients since they can’t handle Any rescheduling within a reasonable amount of time. I am a single mother and it’s already hard enough for me to drive That for for the dentist but I do like the dentist I just think they have too much on their plate.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time and I recommend coming here especially if you have kids who are scared of the dentist. My 5 year old is terrified of the dentist. He started off crying in the chair and by the end he was telling me how he loves the dentist. Christian did an amazing job of making my son feel comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist experience for all my children! 2,4,& 13 year old visits went extremely well. The atmosphere of the office really helps with any nervousness, my kids did have. With each of my kids, we were in and out of there quickly. They have great hours and the response time when calling or setting up an appointment is fast. I can’t say enough about how awesome the staff is at making the kids feel comfortable! Wonderful experiences all around!

Fantastic experience: My daughter started going here a couple months ago but today she had the best experience. She didnt even move or cry when Dr Lara gave her the numbing shot, and even during the work she got done, didnt even move. Dr Lara, even called to check up on her. The place is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Our toddler is extremely nervous and gets very anxious when going to the dentist. Dr. Emily and all of her staff at the Sicklerville location, have gone above and beyond to make it a positive experience for her. Everyone we have seen has been so compassionate with her, from taking xrays to singing songs, to brushing her stuffed animals teeth. They have a way of making it fun. We always get a warm welcome from the front desk staff. This office is out of network with our dental plan, billing department was so helpful. We pay out of pocket. Its worth every penny! Special Thank You to Mrs. Corrine for going above & beyond with her very kind teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I am totally blown away with how incredible this entire facility is!!!! My youngest needed a filling done today and I was very nervous as she had a lot of fear coming in. Within 10 seconds, all of her fears were erased as Shannon calmly showed her everything in a child-like manner so she actually felt excited (yes, excited!). She was excited about the “Elsa wand” and the “cookie-smelling mask” that was pillowy and soft. Dr. Emma came in and worked quickly and efficiently!!!!!!!!! Both Dr. Emma and Shannon provided my baby with encouragement the entire time! I could cry at the relief I felt!!! Thank you Dr. Emily and Shannon for providing my child with a very comfortable experience!!! You guys are the best!!!

Positive experience: This was my youngest child's first time at the dentist and it was really important for me to find a place that he was comfortable and not afraid. His first appointment couldn't have gone better, everyone was great with him. The only reason I took off 1 star was because the initial appointment process was grueling as there was a lot of back and forth with the clinic telling me our dental insurance was not in network when our insurance said it was. Only after at least 10 back and forth calls was it finally squared away but that should honestly have never happened. Glad it got sorted out.

Fantastic experience: The professionalism is on point! I love it there for my kids !!

Negative experience: My review will be a bad one. It is not directed towards anyone in person, and is posted here for the record. A year ago my child had to have 2 cavities fixed, and I scheduled 2 appointments for that purpose. During the first appointment the crew decided to fix both fillings at once because "the child was very calm". I agreed (I asked them if they were sure they had enough time!). Likely due to time limitations, the crew had to rush a little bit fixing the second cavity, they most likely did not do it properly and the cavity started slowly growing under the filling, which I could not spot for nearly another year. We came to clinic twice after that original appointment and every time I was asking to check the fillings, and was assured that "EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT". A month ago we came to a cleanup, and I inquired about a small cavity on the same tooth that was fixed before. I was told that it was "a very small, newly-developing cavity", and "we may come to fix it in 6 months". However, I asked to put my child on priority list, and we got an appointment in just a few weeks. At the time of the appointment I was told that cavity grew under the filling so bad that my child needed a crown! And here are my concerns with the clinic: 1. Filling was not done properly on the first place. 2. Tech interpreting x-ray scans should be re-trained: the cavity grew all the way around the filling and they were unable to spot it! The clinic tried to handle my anger as much as they could: "sorry you are feeling this way" (Seriously??? You screwed up, how would you be feeling in my place?), "you are doing a great job advocating for your child" (Just for a second, to remind you, I am the Mother!), and in the end did not charge me the invoiced $140 for any of the repair work (I responded I would still leave my review for the record). Their lack of professionalism on multiple visits caused this situation. Yes, they have wonderful gifts for kids, TV screens on the ceiling and a cozy waiting room. But quality of dental work needs improvement. Center for Pediatric Dental Health, hire professionals! I am able to buy stickers for my kid myself.

Negative experience: My son had an appointment at 11 o’clock. I accidentally thought his appointment was 11:15, which was my bad. They called me at 11:04, I told them that I was on my way should be there within 10 mins arrived at 11:15 to be told my son couldn’t be seen now unless I wanted to come back later that day. Apparently they only have courtesy times but it just depends what time, whatever that means. A waste of time and a lose of a days work for me.

Fantastic experience: My son is 4 we took him to family dentist at 3 and he was so afraid. Myself going to pediatric dentist as a kid was something we had fun because of the staff and atmosphere. This place was so welcoming and eased his fears. Even gave his paw patrol buddy a look over before him to ease his mind. The place is very welcoming and great setting for kids. Staff super friendly

Fantastic experience: We came from another local dentistry and while that wasn't a terrible facility, It wasn't any where close to as welcoming as CPH , in regards to pediatric patients. Every staff we came across from the welcome desk, hygienist, and the dentist, our experience was impeccable. Professionalism top notch, I am so glad I made that decision to come here.

Fantastic experience: Our two children (2&5) a bit nervous before entering a new/first time dentist appointment. As soon as we walked in and we’re greeted with kindness (and the kids saw the cool atmosphere and video games) everyone seemed to be relaxed. The dental assistant and the dentist were amazing with both of our kids, were so patient and gave them opportunities to understand what was happening during their check ups before they started getting into their mouths. I can’t say enough good things, I am so happy we were recommended this place!

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 year old who previously had a terrible experience elsewhere. The waiting room was set for kids and kept him calm and happy. Once we had a very short wait we went back and he absolutely loved the way they spoke to him and made it fun to keep him happy. Their recommendations for my concerns were discussed in a great manner and they made sure to address all my concerns with his teeth and with our previous negative dentist experience. He picked a toy from the tree as we left and ended up not wanting to leave! We are actually looking forward to our next visit as it won’t be a fight to have his teeth checked! He also loved his cool sunglasses for the “flashlight” for his teeth!

Fantastic experience: Wow! My daughter is 3 and it was her first visit. She was doing well up until it was time to sit in the chair. Jenna our hygienist was so great with her. Dr. Emily was super sweet too. The front desk ladies were also so nice (Anne I think?). Honestly I was so happy with this experience and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! Everyone was wonderful! My son is on the spectrum and hasn’t had the best experience at the dentist he’s usually in tears within a few minutes of his exam. When he told me his tooth hurt I knew I had to look for a new dentist. I came across the Dr Emily I looked on her website and there was a video I showed my son the video and for the first time he was EXCITED to go to the dentist. He woke up asking if it was the day he gets to go to the dentist I was trilled. The office is set up beautifully and even has a video game he could play while we waited which wasn’t long at all, the dental hygienist was AMAZING! She talked him through everything she was going to do and showed him the tools and explained what they did. Dr Emily was just wonderful and just amazing as well. My son left with a HUGE smile on his face and NO TEARS! yay! I’m blown away by the whole experience I would highly recommend everyone go see Dr Emily and her staff you won’t find any better

My kids said they loved this place. And everyone was so nice. That means alot if it's coming out of their mouths! So I'm glad to say we WILL definitely keep coming! This place is very welcoming! Negative experience: If your child has any fears or anxiety about going to the dentist, this is NOT the place to go. I’ve never walked out of an establishment in my life for lack of empathy. Sure my kids who didn’t have fears were fine, but my one child who has a hard time was treated terribly. Switching ASAP. Oh and also they don’t let your child numb long enough, they put the needle in, then start working, at adult dentists they give you like 10 minutes before they even start working. My daughter had a tooth pulled at another dentist and she barely felt it, when Dr Emily did my daughters she screamed so loud, I’ve never heard her scream like that before. I told the Dr that I think she pulled before she was numb, and she said I’ve been doing this for years I think I know what I’m doing. Unprofessional all around.

This is exactly the dentistry I was looking for and so happy with the choice I made.
