Fantastic experience: I drove up from out of town to visit my sister in Lansdale. While up there I was eating hard mints and cracked one of the caps. I went to Dr. Levy's practice and asked if it was possible the Doctor could see me. Jen, Mary Fran and the Doctor took me into an exam room, examined my tooth, and provided a fix. I had been a long term patient of Dr. Levy's but haven't been a patient in 3 years, since moving away. For all of the office personnel and doctor to go out of their way to help me, and interrupt their work day was extraordinary. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: As a lifelong dental-phobe, I can honestly say that this was the least anxious/fearful visit of my 67 yr.old life. Everyone from the patient and helpful office manager, Jennifer, to the world's best hygienist, Megan, to truly sincere Dr. Levy took their time explaining policy, procedures, and findings. I never once felt like I was just another body in a chair. I have even convinced my 2 sons to make appointments there. From the moment I walked in, the staff felt like friends. Everyone was so kind, patient, and genuinely understanding. Fantastic experience: dr. Levy‘s office is like going to the bar in the series, Cheers, it’s just a great experience. Everyone is so friendly starting with Jennifer, the receptionist and all of the dental hygienists. I’ve been going there so long everybody knows my name. I know, they know everybody’s name, it’s their job. but it’s still nice. I love how the upbeat music, for my generation, which is the older generation, is playing and it’s just a like i’m going to a party :-) My hygienist Megan is so competent, so sweet and somehow she manages to get everything done while I try to talk in between and still keep her all her fingers intact. and there’s Mary Fran. I think of her as Dr. Levy’s wingman. I only see her if it’s something really serious but I always love how she has this stern demeanor that let you know she’s going to make sure you’re OK. And of course Dr. Levy. He is just , the captain Sully of dentistry. He’s got a phenomenal team and the office runs so incredibly smoothly and even though it’s the dentist office, you don’t want to leave. he always makes me smile when he comes in with a great story and a sensitivity about what’s going on in my life. It’s one of those rare occurrences where competency, kindness, care, compassion, friendliness, and professionalism all come together to make you feel good about the world again. I actually look forward to my visits. definitely would recommend Dr. Levy and his team, they are better than superb :-) PS. Does anybody call anybody anymore? Fantastic experience: I waited to write this review, because I almost did not believe what I was experiencing in this office! I came to Dr Levy in January 2025, after an extraction and severe loss of jaw bone, potentially compromising two additional teeth in the front of my mouth. This occurred under the care of another local dentist not properly addressing/diagnosing very real concerns I presented to her. Regardless, I came to Dr Levy incredibly anxious and dubious about my dental care moving forward. I required multiple procedures, a referral and treatment of two teeth at an endodontist, and subsequent tooth preparation for a significant multi unit bridge. Dr Levy has been amazing through this entire process. I am an RN for over 15 years, I know top notch bedside manner when I experience it! He has been consistently empathetic, explained everything I needed to have done, and answered my very many questions with the care and patience I required to get to the other side of this unfortunate experience. Mary Fran is an angel. I cannot say enough about the kind, caring manner she attends to her patients with. She even holds hands if you need it, an offer I didn’t think twice about accepting. Jennifer at the front desk is extremely proficient and personable, she runs a tight ship. Lastly, I don’t recall the name of the dental hygienist that I was treated by, but she was wonderful as well. She took the extra time be sure I understood everything I needed to do to take the best care of my bridge and remaining teeth moving forward. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I moved to the area early this year and I am glad we made the right choice in choosing Dr. Levy as our dentist. The staff from front desk (Jennifer) to dental asst (Mary Fran) were very friendly & accomodating. I recently went in to get 2 fillings and I was really anxious about it- never liked hearing the drill and even when I was numbed up I could still feel some pain in my past experiences with previous dental providers. Dr. Levy made me feel at ease and I was surprised when it was all done in 30 mins. Mary Fran was very helpful when I had questions about another dental concern of mine and let Dr. Levy know about it and they helped me get a better understanding of what my options were. I left the appt less scared/anxious about future dental appts/procedures because I knew my daughter and I are in good hands! Thank you Dr. Levy, Mary Fran and Jen for the excellent service and for making me feel at ease!

Negative experience: 9/26/2024 While the staff may be kind and knowledgeable, I have had an unfortunate experience and can no longer recommend this dentist. Not only did the dentist hit a nerve with the filling, but sent me to an endodontist that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to just to be told there was nothing he was willing to do. I went to a surgeon to attempt to have the tooth removed only to get there and be turned away because thus office refused to agree with my decision yo have the tooth removed in order to remedy a problem they caused. I cannot recommend this facility, I cannot recommend this dentist. 5/15/2024 Update. I had my first real cleaning with this facility today and I cannot express enough how much of a unique experience I had. As someone with TMJ holding my jaw open for durations of time can be difficult and painful. This is my first experience in my entire life where my jaw doesn't hurt. My mouth barely hurts at all after the cleaning and while I'm told it took an hour, it feels like I was only there for ten minutes. Today has been by far the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had in my lifetime. 5/15/2024 Meeting Dr Levy for the first time was a real delight. His bedside manner and humor are a real treat. He's very easy to understand, considerate, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. He's very down to earth and gives his honest opinions while at the same time making it very clear that it's the patients choice what they want to do in the end. His entire staff from door to office are very kind, patient, and understanding. They create a comfortable, judge free zone from the time you enter to the time you leave.
