Negative experience: Definitely come here if you want unnecessary fillings in every single tooth that will eventually break and fall out, resulting in thousands of dollars in repair work!!! One extra star for my former hygienist, she was great.

Have never waited more than 10 minutes (if that) to be seen. Leave feeling very well cared for. Office is comfortable (the couches, iykyk) and modern. Indian Valley Dental is the best!!

Fantastic experience: As always , wonderful caring staff. Alishia was great as dental hygienist. I always feel at ease with her cleaning my teeth. She gave me some good information about rinsing mouth out frequently when having to wear mask for long periods of time.. it helps gums to keep from drying out and less bleeding of gums.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter who is 3 here for the first time today and she had Elisha as her dental hygienist!! As a mom I was nervous how my daughter would do with it being a new experience for her. Elisha made me feel so comfortable even though we only were able to clean half of my daughter’s teeth because she was scared! Elisha got on my daughter’s level and made everything fun and not so scary! She offered stickers, had a fun flamingo electric tooth brush, gave her fun glasses and had a flamingo bib. She even let my daughter help fill the cup with water and see the tools she would be using. Even though my daughter was afraid and we couldn’t complete the full cleaning, Elisha still cracked some smiles out of my daughter and never forced her to do anything with the cleaning. Elisha even gave her a sticker for being brave for the parts we could get through!! The front desk staff was also amazing and so helpful getting me switched over to their practice! I’m excited to continue seeing them and for once… I’m excited to go to the dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at this wonderful dental center! My right front tooth’s porcelain veneer split in half right after abdominal surgery. I was convalescing with a friend, far away from my home. They got me in quickly and Dr Grossman expertly bonded the split veneer so that it looked good as new. The experience was painless, no novocaine needed. I felt so relieved and well taken care of. The staff were warm and friendly and the waiting room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend the Indian Valley Dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Grossman for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. His office has handled my routine cleanings, and I’ve had a few procedures done as well. I’ve always had a great experience. Kim and Amy at the front desk are always super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Grossman is always thorough and takes the time to explain things, so I never feel rushed or in the dark about any treatments. The office is clean, and Dr. Grossman and his staff seem up to date with the latest tech, which make me feel confident in their work. If you're looking for a dentist who makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cares about your dental health, this is the place! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: So I never leave reviews and totally have a phobia of going to the dentist. I must say I had a horrible experience at Bala Dental Health and switched over to Indian Valley Dental and had my first visit last week with Dr. Grossman. I'm embarrassed about the shape my teeth are in and he made me feel at ease instantly. Kind, humorous and most importantly he has the hands of an absolute angel.

Negative experience: Got a crown from this dentist about a year ago and I'm still feeling sensitivity from it. Went to an new dentist (Dashbach & Associates) for RC and new crowns on the other side of my mouth, was able to chew normally within a month. I would recommend going to Dashbach & Associates instead.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place!!! The positive energy and smiles of everyone there makes it such a great office!! I schedule my 6 month cleaning appointments first thing in the AM, starts my day off right! Go there!! You will see what I’m talking about.

Fantastic experience: I broke the tip off one of my bottom front teeth over the weekend and it was really irritating my tongue. I called Indian Valley Dental Monday morning and they were able to get me in right away that morning. Dr. Grossman filled the tooth and smoothed it. Was very happy with the results and the relief! I have been going there for about 15 years and always saw Dr. Lipkin at my 6 months cleanings. I think Dr. Grossman is doing a great job taking over since Dr. Lipkin’s retirement this year.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a broken molar that I had to get repaired. I went in and spoke with Doctor Grossman he took some X-rays. We chatted about what was the best way to get the tooth repaired, and then he took care of it quickly. So far, everything has been solid. As someone who has panic disorder and have actually had panic attacks in the dentists chair before. The staff at Indian Valley are incredibly nice and understanding of my particular issues. Giving a 5 star review, and would give a 5.1 star review if the Pac-Man machine was working when I was waiting. Update: 6/26/24 Doctor Grossman and staff still do an excellent job at making someone like me with my Panic Disorder welcome! A+ all around!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with Indian Valley Dental since the early 2000s and I’ve never had a bad experience in the nearly 20yrs. I’ve been going there. Michelle has been the only dental hygienist the entire time and she’s THE ABSOLUTE BEST !!! Dr. Grossman, he comes in after Michelle has finished her work and he has great chair-side manor. I moved from Hatfield to the Lehigh Valley during COVID and I still make the hour plus drive down to Indian Valley twice a year to see these great people and I don’t see that changing anytime down the road !!!
