Fantastic experience: My oldest kiddo really enjoys his cleanings and always comes away with improved habits. It's a very welcoming office! Also, my youngest son's extreme sensory issues have made dental care extremely challenging and this office has always been empathetic and supportive partners. I can't say enough how well supported I feel as a parent at Cavity Busters.

Fantastic experience: Our 11-month-old daughter had such a great time at her first dentist visit! The office had fun activity boards, video games, and movies playing to keep little ones entertained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made her feel completely safe and comfortable, turning what could have been stressful into a genuinely fun experience!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is really sensitive when it comes to the dentist, but the dentists, hygienists and front desk staff are great here. They were really patient and accommodating when she was apprehensive at first. Dr. Amanda is kind, clear and informative!

Fantastic experience: We had my two sons first ever dental visit…one is three and the other one. It was such a wonderful experience. It felt a little hectic with two kids this age and having to fill out paper work but the entire staff worked to help keep the kids happy and entertained. Everyone from the front desk the doctor were so nice and AMAZINg with the kids. The hygienist (I believe her name was Eileen but not positive even let my son climb on her lap.) Will be using them for sure. Edit: I guess I wrote this over a year ago and never posted. Went again today. Still amazing…my kids LOVE going to their appointments. Everyone is so nice. It’s so refreshing that the front desk people are really friendly and actually seem happy to help w scheduling etc.

Fantastic experience: We have been to Cavity Busters for everything from routine cleanings to emergency checkups after accidents. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. Staff is thorough, professional and excellent with children. Both the assistant and dentist continuously communicated with me throughout the appointment while maintaining a very comfortable, cheerful environment for my children.

Positive experience: They were really nice and my very young daughter had a good experience getting her cavities checked out. Scheduling is difficult though, was disappointed to be told we have to go all the way to North East Philly for cavity repair if we chose sedation and that there was a wait list to even be scheduled. This makes it very difficult for working parents who need to plan appointments in advance. In addition they have Saturday hours listed on website but we were told it is only for 1 Saturday out of the month.

Fantastic experience: Dr Amanda was great. She Caring and attentive. My kids loved her so I don’t mind driving almost an hour away to take the kids to the office.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience. My son is nonverbal and has ASD, and the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating to his needs. They took their time with us, explained everything, and never made us feel rushed. We truly appreciated the care and understanding they showed our family.

Fantastic experience: As a dental hygienist myself, I can confidently say that the care my daughter received from Dr. Ted and his assistant Laura was truly exceptional. From start to finish, they created an environment that was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly warm and reassuring—something that means everything when it comes to treating children. My daughter needed fillings, a crown, and sealants, and I was naturally a bit anxious going in. However, Dr. Ted’s clinical skill and calm demeanor immediately put both of us at ease. He explained everything clearly, worked with precision, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Laura was just as wonderful—attentive, kind, and so patient, making sure she felt safe and supported the entire time. I also have to mention the sweet and kind woman at check-in and check-out. She was so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made the entire visit feel seamless from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. It’s not easy to find a team that balances top-tier clinical care with genuine compassion, but they absolutely do. Watching how they interacted with my child confirmed what I already value as a professional—this is a practice that truly cares. I’m so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Ted and Laura to anyone, especially parents looking for excellent, trustworthy dental care for their children.

Fantastic experience: my son, Enzo was just here getting a cavity filled and the doctors could not have been more nice. first, at the window, my baby got sung to which was the cutest thing lol and they were so great at distracting and helping my son feel so comfortable and safe during his filling. they were singing songs, talking about his favorite movies, making sure he was okay. i’m so glad we found cavity busters!

Fantastic experience: This is only the second time I have been here but I drive 40 minutes because this office is so amazing. My daughter is only 19 months but the staff, dental hygienist and dentist are absolutely amazing with her and me. They put both of us at ease and make the experience as fun as possible.

Positive experience: Eileen the hygienist is wonderful. My son struggles at the dentist. And today was the first time he was able to get his whole mouth clean. We have been going to cavity busters for 4 years now so this is the first time we had Eileen and will now always ask for Eileen.

Fantastic experience: What can I can say about the team at Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters Doylestown location? My daughter complained of a toothache for about 5 days with no visible evidence of a concern until late Tuesday night. I then noticed an ugly abscess located atop of her gum that was filled with pus. I immediately prepared to contact our dentist DCB in Dresher but realized they were closed on Wednesdays. I called the Doylestown location for an urgent appointment. My initial experience when the lovely receptionist answered the phone was already a sign that this was going to be a great day. They were able to fit my daughter in that day for an evaluation, X-ray and plan. When we arrived, again the receptionist that took my call was warm and reassuring that they would take care of my 6 year old. She had her files already printed and just needed verification. We waited for less than 5 minutes before being called back. We were once again met by two lovely ladies who performed an X-ray and escorted us to the examination room. I am so sorry that I forgot their names. Please charge it to my head and not my heart. They all worked so well together and made my daughter and I feel super comfortable. The dentist was just as amazing! She was small in stature but had a huge personality and is amazing with children. She examined my daughter and right away informed me the tooth needed to be removed. After consenting to the procedure, the team took such care of prepping my daughter and keeping me informed of each step they were doing. The entire procedure took maybe 10 minutes if that. I absolutely love this location and if I didn’t live 30+ minutes away, I would certainly make this my home location. Thank you to everyone working at DCB Doylestown location for blessing my daughter and I with your presence today. We are so thankful to have met you and is overwhelmed by the compassion you showed. Fantastic experience: My son had his very first dentist appt here and the entire staff was wonderful! I was nervous because he hates brushing his teeth but they were gentle with him and he ended up not wanting to leave!

My 3 yo has referred to them as the “fun” doctor’s office during any doctor conversation. Also my mom brain appreciates their reminder schedule for upcoming appointments.

Fantastic experience: Our son had his very first dentist appointment at Doc Bresler’s today, and it was such a great experience! His dentist, Dr. Amanda, and hygienist, Ms. Eileen, were amazing with him — patient, gentle, and so friendly. Even asked him to help turn on the lights and hold some of the tools! From the waiting room to the X-rays to the exam, everyone made him feel comfortable and excited to be there (which says a lot for a first dental visit!). We left with big smiles all around — thank you to the whole team for making it such a fun and positive experience!

Fantastic experience: my 10 year old kids love it here and have been coming for a few years now. they even had several cavities (unfortunately) but the doctors tried really hard to not make them anxious about it. my daughter had to get laughing gas, which worked really well. no cavities today thank goodness my 3 year old has been seen several times and they made it as easy as they could. and of course, the toys / prizes help.

Negative experience: Today was my daughter's worst visit at Cavity busters in doylestown. We were in and out in 15 minutes. They took her for x-rays like normal and I had to wait out in the waiting room like normal. A lady came out and said her teeth looked good and the hygienist was going to clean them. I made the appointment for next time but when my daughter came out she was upset. My daughter cried when we got to the car because the hygienist was rude to her. She said she splashed water in her face, didn't clean her teeth right, she flossed her teeth to hard, rested her arm on her head as she was cleaning and kept moving her head where she wanted it. I know this sounds petty but my daughter is 11 and it's not like this is her first time at the dentist. My daughter is pretty tough but this experience had her in tears. I don't know about anyone else's dental visits but it usually takes more than 15 minutes and parents are usually present. It could be that the hygienist was having an off day, but if we go back there we will be requesting another hygienist for now on.

Fantastic experience: Love Cavity Busters Doylestown! As soon as we enter, Rachel at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. The dental assistant Laura is our fave- she puts the kids at ease as soon as we enter with her “magic crystals.” This has been the only place where my daughter was excited to go to the dentist! Dr. Amanda is so warm and talks to the kids on their level. It’s for sure a warm and positive place!!

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about our pleasant experience with this practice. Everyone is so wonderful especially Laura the hygienist. My daughter has always dreaded going to the dentist. She would kick and scream the whole time in pure terror but I told Laura about this ahead of time and she promised she would take care of it. She was so patient the whole time and explained every step of the process so that our girl felt comfortable. It was appreciated so much by all of us and now she can’t wait to come back!

Positive experience: Cleaning went well, It was the waiting that was bad. We had a 9:30 appointment so was hoping there wouldn't to of much wait since it was so early. It's hard for a 2 year old to sit and wait. Waited a while in the waiting room and then again in the chair. All while my 2 year old was loosing his mind.

Fantastic experience: The people in Cavity Busters of Doylestown are amazing and they go above and beyond!! Every single person we have ever dealt with has been so fantastic and kind to my child and myself!! I will not be taking my child anywhere else. I can’t thank them enough!!

Negative experience: This review is only reflective of the Doylestown office and Dr Croll. We have visited other offices and have had positive experiences. While it has been a few years since we have attended this location I feel an importance to share the experience. On my daughters initial visit to the Doylestown office at 3 years old Dr Croll was very friendly and kind, there was one thing that happened that to this day makes my skin crawl... He leaned in and whispered a secret in my 3 year old's ear, then gave her a dollar coin and told her not to tell. I tried my hardest to find out what he said to her but she was 3 at the time and could not remember minutes later. To this day, I am angry with myself that we went back 1 more time for an emergency. This was the only good reviewed dentist in my area that took my insurance. I was stupid and I will never make a mistake like this again. On our 2nd visit my daughter bumped her baby cap and required a regluing. I was told that I could not be in the room during the procedure, even though I was upset and worried about this, I conceded. While in the waiting room I could hear her screaming, I asked the front desk person If there was another person/hygienist in the room and she assured me that there was and she would go check. I stayed in the waiting room crying waiting the 10 minutes or so for it to be over (I should have barged in but I was young and naive). My now 9 year old still recalls the dentist that held her down during the procedure of gluing her baby cap back on her tooth. There are so many ways, as there were then to help a child with dental anxiety and none were used. Also, when a parent requests to be present for a minor procedure, their requests should be respected. We have since found a wonderful dentist that not only takes our insurance but treats my child with respect and addresses my concerns. To this day we still deal with the anxiety this visit has caused. Thankfully there are wonderful dentists out there. I have been to other Cavity busters and never had an experience like this one. This review is for this location and The Dr. Himself.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to Dr. Ted and now Cavity Busters for her whole life. Laura is our favorite person and has always made my daughter feel so comfortable and made it such a fun experience to go to the dentist! I wish I could go to her too lol!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have taken our kids to in the area. We have been to two other dentists and this is by far our best experience and we are not planning on going anywhere else. Both my kids had cavities, my 6 year old had a few.. it took 4 appts(3 crowns and a few fillings) to get my 6 year old all fixed, she did it all without gas because that’s how good and comforting they are there. When we left after her 4th apt, she got sad in the car because she wouldn’t be able to see the staff there until her next cleaning appt! She said she was going to miss them. Truly such a special place with the most wonderful and caring staff, the dentists Dr Ted and Dr Amanda are amazing. I recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone looking for one!

Fantastic experience: My wife went to Dr Croll as a child and now all three of our children go to Cavity Busters. We could not be happier with their professionalism and friendliness.

Fantastic experience: Our first visit and I couldn’t have been happier. The staff members are friendly and interactive. I love singing even though I can’t sing and either a doctor or the hygienist was singing to one of the kid they were working on. That made me happy to hear happy people who try to calm the little ones. Dr. Amanda was great as well singing baby shark to my frightened little one. It felt like a great place for children, and I pray it’s always as such.

Fantastic experience: I just took my 2 year old boy to the office in Doylestown and it was awesome!!! The best dentist I've ever been to. Very nice, patient and professional. Everyone was amazing and knowledgeable.I definitely recommend going to this Dentist. This is the only Dentist I've ever recommended. There wasn't a long wait. I called once and got an appointment for the next day. My son was having pain in his mouth and they actually cared.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an excellent experience at the Doylestown dentist's office, where my three children—ages 17, 15, and 4—received care. From the moment we walked in, the staff displayed a welcoming demeanor that instantly put my kids at ease. The dentists are incredibly patient and understanding, especially with my youngest, who can be a bit nervous about dental visits. Fantastic experience: I cannot say this enought, but he entire staff at the office in Doylestown have been incredibly friendly and professional. My daughter, who used to dread dentist visits, had a positive and calming experience when she came here. She's no longer afraid to go to the dentist! Amazing.
