Fantastic experience: I went for a tooth extraction, the problem was I have a bridge and would have to have a tooth added to the bridge. Dr Kim was able to squeeze me in, take an impression, extract the tooth and had the bridge ready the next day. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

She was very thorough and my teeth haven't felt this good in years...Dr Kim is funny (since my teeth are perfect he didn't have to do anything except check them after the cleaning).. Chrissi at the front desk was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money because of the special plan... I have good health insurance (IBX) but for some reason don't have dental so I was very happy about that. I'll be going back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Valen was my dentist for many years. Now that he has retired, I had my first appointment with Dr. Familiant. I was pleased with Dr. Familiant's gentle touch when replacing a crown. He has a friendly manner, and I am delighted that this transition has gone so well - it's always a bit concerning when changing a health professional.

Fantastic experience: As usual had a great experience at this dental office. I am so thankful for finding such a professional caring office. I must mention the dental assistant taking care of me today just reinforced the professionalism of the office.

Negative experience: Do not go here. The staff will do anything to scam you out of money and upsell product to you. I went to this office specifically as a new patient for a replacement retainer and I’m honestly upset because the dental assistant was very nice. Back in January 2025, I went here as a new patient. With the doctor and the front staff, I clarified multiple times over the phone and in office that I confirmed with my insurance that they would cover 50% of replacement retainer costs, but wanted them to confirm with the insurance as well. They said they would and kept trying to get me to schedule the next appt. I told them I did not wish to schedule the retainer mold appt until confirmed with my insurance on their end. I left after my initial appt. A few days later, they called and told me pricing and said they had confirmed my insurance will cover 50% as I had expected. Now I was quoted $325 per retainer for a total of $650. I was told insurance would cover half and my cost would be $325. I made sure I clarified this over the phone again when scheduling.Then, after the retainers are made & when it is time to pick them up, they hit me with the full bill. They tell me they quoted me the “no insurance price” without telling me because they didn’t think insurance would actually cover it, even though I specified multiple times they would, asked them to confirm, and said I only wanted to know the price with insurance. This was February 2025. Then after I spent months and months trying to get the claim adjusted with my insurance, the office resubmitted the claim so took both my money and my insurance’s money. When I called my insurance, they said the office was already paid the claim so I need to work with them now. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ABOUT TO CREDIT ME THEMSELVES, BECAUSE THE OFFICE RESUBMITTED THEY COULD NOT. I called the office to explain and request refund of 50% or that they reverse the claim. They said they would not adjust the claim and would not be refund the $325 because they now adjusted the price to the reflect the “with insurance” price. So now, they’re saying it will be $600 per retainer, so they will be refunding me $50. So, after months of calling them, speaking with them the weekly, and making sure to speak with them the week before to explain that they just needed to confirm their notes with my insurance, they decided to run the claim again 8 months later and changed the charges to prices we never discussed. After months and months of chasing them, it is now over a year and I still have not received a single dollar back. But they happily charged both me and my insurance! Like I said, they don’t care about you, just your money. And the front staff are the rudest people and don’t care about doing their jobs whatsoever!!!!!!! I would just never recommend anyone goes here because they are not caring about you as a person and patient but as a dollar sign.

As someone who works in Talent Acquisition, I fully understand the challenges of hiring and retaining quality staff. However, that should never come at the expense of patient care or professionalism—particularly when it comes to interactions with staff members like Chrissy, whose behavior For patients like myself with employer-sponsored dental plans that require biannual visits to maintain coverage or discounts, the office’s inability to reliably accommodate appointments is especially frustrating. That said, Dr. Kim is an exceptional provider—skilled, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients. If you're able to navigate the scheduling and staffing issues, his care is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of signature dental for a long time, and my experience during my last visit was no different. I had an emergency over the weekend, and with one attempt was scheduled for an appointment first thing Monday morning. I received friendly text reminders. As soon as I arrived on Monday was greeted, and shortly after escorted by the dental assistant to the dentist chair. He evaluated my situation, offered me options and quickly and effectively took care of me.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever had. Dr Kim knows what he is doing, does it quickly and without pain. Office staff is so accommodating and does an awesome job of explaining all the benefits and costs in advance. Nothing but positive interactions with staff and dentists over the past 2 years. Dental work can be stressful and painful to the patient and if you have ever experienced that in the past as I have this is without a doubt the place you need to go to finally be able to release the arms of dental chair from your grips of fear and pain and finally settle into a relaxed state and let the dental work and repairs get done quickly and painlessly as it should always have been.

Fantastic experience: I was welcomed back and taken for my cleaning after signing in.. The hygienist was wonderful. I did not have any pain or gagging. There were no extra instruments in my mouth. Dr. Kim came in after my cleaning to examine my mouth and I was out of the office in an hour. Quick and pain free. A great experience.

Negative experience: I have been going to Signature Dental for over 20 years. The last couple of years I have seen a huge change in their service. I’m not able to book a cleaning every 6 months. They now make it every 8 months if you are lucky. The last straw was when they called me the day before my appointment to cancel and said the earliest they could get me in was in 7 months! I pay for dental insurance so I can go every 6 months, not once a year if they don’t cancel my appointment. Sorry to say they don’t really care about their patients anymore!

Negative experience: I just visited and was told I was not on the calendar for my cleaning today. I am attaching the email I got on Sunday confirming the appointment. I find it especially ironic that there is a 100.00 charge for missing the appointment but they sure aren’t going to return the favor, like that old Seinfeld episode. The front desk person was incredibly rude to me and was telling me to go outside and wait to talk to a dentist about what happened. I have been coming here since 2017 and have seen a steady decline in service. It is impossible to make a change or reschedule an appointment if you call in. They have recently been finding more cavities and when my daughter was told she had 3! We got a second opinion. No cavities! I would NOT recommend this business.
