Fantastic experience: Dr. Jacob and his entire staff are amazing! We bring our four girls to see them every 6 months (one of whom has special needs and is wheelchair bound) and they treat everybody with kindness, are very thorough and explain everything to each girl on their level.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. When we started going to Sea of Smiles my daughter was so scared and anxious sitting in the dentist chair. We had a horrible experience at another popular dentist office that made the dentist experience terrifying for her. Today, after about 5 years at this office, she had 2 teeth extracted and was so confident that she didn't even want laughing gas! Dr. Jacob has built such a trusting relationship with my girls that there's never an issue when they have a dentist appointment! He is always so patient and answers all the questions me or my girls have. He talked my daughter through every step of the extraction process today which really helped ease any of her fears. It'll be a sad day when they age out of this office. Best pediatric dentist office in the area!!

Negative experience: Called this place to set my son up for an appointment. The person on the phone said they are taking patients.......but they do not supply treatment. I never heard this before. What would be the point in taking on patients if no treatment is provided? This sounds like a scam. The reason I called was all the good reviews - they must be grandfathered in to get actual treatment. Blown away.

To alleviate any child apprehension, the staff explains first what they are going to do so there are no surprises. I would recommend this place to anyone with young kids.

I was nervous about how she was going to do but she did amazing for her first time. She saw dr jacobs today and will be seeing him in the future. I don’t remember the assistants name but she was so very kind as well. Overall very very good experience and would 1000% recommend this office!!
