Fantastic experience: Dr. Kachur and staff did a phenomenal job at Plymouth Greene Dental. I was in for a cleaning and the staff and Dr. Kachur in combination did a phenomenal job. Happy to have her as my new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! The reception staff immediately stood out to me because they took the time to ask how I was doing and treated me like a person, not just another patient on the schedule. That level of kindness and personal attention made such a difference and set the tone for the entire visit. The dental assistants were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to learn, which showed in the way they approached their work. Their positive attitudes and dedication to providing great care were incredibly reassuring and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. The doctor was equally amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when explaining my dental health and treatment options. Everything was broken down in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or confused. It was clear that they truly care about helping patients improve their oral health and get back on track, rather than simply treating a problem and moving on. What impressed me most was how focused the entire team was on educating me and creating a plan for long-term success. Everyone worked together to make sure I felt informed, supported, and confident about my dental care. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for taking my mom last minute for an emergency visit... she is elderly and some offices i called said no because of her age and condition. Allison...she helped my mom out from the car inside and into the dentist chair...and back out to the car afterwards...my mom kept saying how wonderful she is... a true angel... everyone who helped my mom was very understanding...and the dr was to the point...and we got a referral for a surgeon. And prescription for antibiotics...and my mom is feeling better. Top notch...just can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was.

Fantastic experience: You can feel when a doctor has many years of experience by how they do their work. Dr Kachur is an outstanding dentist - fast, efficient, and incredibly high-quality work. Also does her work pain free. I was afraid of the syringe when getting my cavities filled, if you are afraid like me, don’t be. She put something in my mouth and I barely felt the injection. It did not feel a thing when my cavities were drilled. I’ve been seeing her since childhood, and thanks to her, my teeth have been preserved and healthy all these years. Thank you so much Dr. Kachur!

Negative experience: I had been going to the same dentist for years, but they stopped taking my insurance. I went to a new dentist and after a year and a half they also stopped taking my insurance. So, onto another dentist, Plymouth Greene Dental. All I asked for is a cleaning. The dentist looked at my mouth, did minimal cleaning, told me I had a lot of recession which I am aware of, told me I needed "scaling", told me I had seven cracks in a tooth that has a very old filling, and told me my dental implant is failing! When I looked at her like she was crazy, she said, oh, maybe not now, but maybe in five or ten years! She also very loudly stated, "I can't believe no one has ever talked to you about wearing a night guard"! I heard her say the same thing to a patient in another room AFTER SCARING THE HECK OUT OF ME. So, I decided to go back to my original dentist, who I trust, for a 2nd opinion. He assured me that my dental implant is NOT failing, I don't have 7 cracks in my tooth and certainly did not need scaling. He said to keep up with the regular hygiene - twice a year. I'll give the dentist at PGD props in that my dentist agreed, for preventative measures, that the tooth with the large filling should be crowned. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Plymouth Greene Dental. I also found out that even if a dentist doesn't accept insurance, you can still submit it to your insurance company to see how much they'd cover.

Fantastic experience: Just left the office. I haven't felt this comfortable at a dentist office in many years. The staff was kind and helpful and the doctor was incredibly thorough with explaining to me. I have major dental anxiety and this place put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kachur is not just a fantastic dentist, she is a wonderful person! She listens and is very good at explaining everything she is going to do and why. She allows you to make decisions regarding your own care. Today she helped me with an emergency appointment to start a root canal. I would also like to say that her staff is helpful and kind also. Meghan at the front desk is awesome and helpful and helped put my mind at ease.

Positive experience: **only rated 4 stars as I have only had 1 appt so far** Had my first appointment today - the office is very clean, staff was welcoming. They were very accommodating to my schedule and when I needed to leave. The dentist was very professional and gave me options on different treatments that I may want. Previous dentists I have had, have tried to tell me what I need. Dr.Kachur laid out the options I could choose but also added if it wasn’t a good time to pursue these things, doing nothing was also an option and she was more than happy to just monitor my cavity. 4 stars for now until I go back and get the cavity filled, then can update my review accordingly. Update- had my filling and couldn’t be happier. They did not let me leave until I was completely happy with how it felt. She had me sit up and make sure it felt like my bite prior to the filling. I cannot even tell I had a filling now, which had not been my experience at my prior dentist! Getting my other family members in here for an appointment next! Update - filling fell out and had to get it redone somewhere else.

Negative experience: Very friendly welcoming staff. Saw me as a new patient on short notice. Had issues with numbing medicine during root canal and cavity filling. Felt a good amount of pain during procedures. Had mouth wounds from the suction tube that is shaped like a spear that cut into my gums. Then got a crown on a back molar and the crown was very high and had to shaved down alot. So she started drilling the upper molar. Now I have pain when I eat on that tooth. Each time I left the office I had glue in my beard or a gauze pad left under my tongue. Can't blame anybody but myself. I do appreciate that she got me in as a new patient but just from my experience I would not go back.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best dental office in the area. Dr.Kacher’s passion for dentistry is evident in her work. She has reasonable pricing and she is honest in her assessments and diagnosis. She walks you through the process and keeps you informed during your examination. I’ve never met someone who knows so much about teeth and the different ways to keep them healthy. She is straightforward and will leave your teeth at its best. She has a wonderful staff led by Megan the office manager, and they are always courteous and communicative. You can reach them effortlessly via phone or email. I actually refer anyone who is looking for a new dentist to come here. (I was not paid or compensated for this review)

I came in with pain in my mouth, an examination showed that the biggest issue need a root canal. I was presented various options including getting work done elsewhere for cheaper. The procedure was virtually painless, quick, and well done. I felt very minor sensitivity on the following day. The doctor and assistants are also obliging and friendly,

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice there! I have lots of deferred maintenance and have historically shide away from dentists because of my physical sensitivity as well as emotional sensitivity to being brow beaten in the past over my imperfect oral health care. Dr Elena Kachur DMD is knowledgeable, practical and straightforward, she also seems very efficient with her skill and staff. I was not in the chair very long at all and we covered priorities, my concerns, her concerns and a cleaning. She has a very comprehensive game plan moving forward to help me save some of my teeth and I'm incredibly grateful. It was a very good experience! I wish that I had met her years ago but I now have a new found courage and confidence in her for us to continue moving forward together.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown fall out and needed to be reseated, created and replaced. Plymouth Greene made the process very easy. Worked with my insurance. Had the whole process completed in about three weeks. I hardly felt a thing. Great staff.

On the recommendation of my FIL, I contacted Dr Kasher. I called in a panic and Dr Kasher staff could not be more kind, friendly and professional. They got me in the same day! Dr Kasher diagnosed the problem and did not try to sell me work I did not need! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. She and her staff got to work immediately on fixing my dental emergency. Her front staff had already contacted my insurance to look into costs and there no surprises. Fantastic experience: PLYMOUTH GREEN DENTAL IS THE BEST DENTIST I EVER WENT. HER WORK IS EXCELLENT. The Office is so professional And kind. I highly recommend to go there. I will always go there.

Negative experience: My second appointment here ever was this Wednesday at 9:45am. (The office opened at 9am). I was put in an exam room next to the lobby and told the hygienist would be right in for x-rays. TWENTY MINUTES later I hear her walk into the building. After taking the x-rays I waited another TWENTY MINUTES for Dr. Kachur to show up to work. It was a few minutes after 10:30am when she finally walked in. I was the first patient of the day and she wasn't even in the building until then. She barely acknowledged the fact she was so late until I explained that I was upset. She immediately started offering free services like fluoride treatment or replacing old fillings as if this kind of thing happens so often she's given up trying. The whole time I sat in that room, nobody offered an apology or even an explanation of why the wait was so long. Dr. Kachur and her whole staff were incredibly unprofessional.

Negative experience: I give this dental practice one star because the office staff is friendly and Dr. Kachur's skills are good. However, I take four stars away due to this dentist trying to sell me procedures that are not needed. Dr. Kachur informed me that I had periodontal disease and she insisted that scaling and root planing as well as antibiotic treatment were needed. I found this surprising since I had no signs of gum issues. I got a second opinion prior to moving forward with her treatment plan. The second dentist did a thorough exam including periodontal charting and informed that my mouth was very healthy and I did not have periodontal disease. I would definitely recommend that you get a second opinion if Dr. Kachur recommends expensive treatments.

Fantastic experience: Update. My first Root Canal is in the books and it was a painless procedure! Dr Kachur is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and gentle. She explains everything before and after your visit thoroughly. I will definitely be a returning for future dental needs. The women who work up front are so helpful and kind. I needed help figuring out a root canal and Juliet went out of her way to help me with insurance inquiries, outlining costs, and making a quick appointment!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kachur is the best dentist I have been to! You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her patients. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Kachur with extreme tooth pain. The office fit me in with the soonest possible appointment and began to search for the cause of this pain. As it turns out, I needed a root canal. Dr. Kachur started me on antibiotics and advised me to return for a root canal. Everything was done within a couple of days. Dr. Kachur understood that I was going through excruciating pain and took time out of her day to tend to my needs. The office accommodated to me seamlessly. My insurance did not cover my visits, but Dr. Kachur worked with me and understood my circumstance. They thoroughly explained each individual cost and what would be done in each step. Dr. Kachur is a knowledgeable and honest lady. While she did my root canal, she explained exactly what she was doing and why. I am NOT good with needles/shots/any sort of dental work, and Dr. Kachur made me feel safe as she showed me precisely what the problem was and how we could solve it. She talked me through everything, and I probably would have lost my mind if she did not. I am not an easy patient, and she tolerated and even mediated my feelings throughout the entire procedure. On top of that, she held genuine conversation with me. Dr. Kachur carries an authenticity to herself that is hard to find. The receptionist, Juliet, sent me copies of my x-rays just as I had asked. She had a bubbly, "can-do" attitude the entire time I interacted with her. I also overheard her taking calls and every time she did she was more than happy to help - AMAZING at her job (I hated customer service and she does it very well). I could not have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Many dentists out there are bad and crooks so it was very difficult for me to find a good one after my old dentist retired. Finally I am so happy to find Dr.Kachur; because I know she is very smart, professional, and has great knowledge and expertise to get the job done. Her assistants are good and helpful as well; and the front office is also great. Thank you again.
