Fantastic experience: I had a great overall experience from treatment planning, to reception at arrival, initial exam and surgery (tooth removal, bone graft and post implant). The surgeon assistants were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Dr Ross Fahey was very charming, clear in explanation of procedures and extremely proficient. I had a completely painless experience throughout with negligible post surgery care needed. Just Advil and Tylenol in case of swelling or pain and antibiotics. all round!

From the moment he walked into Wellesley Oral Surgery and Implant Center, he was greeted by the kindest, most proactive, and genuinely wonderful receptionist, Stephanie. Before my husband even had the procedure, Stephanie personally called our insurance company, followed up on referrals, and checked in to make sure everything was set—and that he was doing okay. On the day of the surgery, she greeted him by name and was incredibly kind, reassuring, and patient, even taking the time to let me ask questions and talk through concerns. Because of Stephanie, I knew my husband was in the best hands, and we felt confident we had made the right choice in care. The experience was made better solely because of her compassion and professionalism. We truly need more Stephanies in the world!

Fantastic experience: After 2 molar extractions this year I can't imagine a less stressful or more welcoming and efficient an office. They answer the phone, there are almost always 2 at reception or Jonathan covers that desk, Dr Memory is comforting and very quick and there are 2 nurses alongside for assistance. Parking is free and the Wellesley T is across the street. Almost looking forward to my next molar visit.

Jen and Clara are excellent assistants . They explained my home care so I would know what to expect. Everyone in the office is so upbeat and helpful. Fantastic experience: Had a cracked wisdom tooth out at Wellesley oral surgery and it was the easiest thing you can imagine. No pain, no waiting, very lovely calm staff, surgeon is quick and gentle. I feel better than I have in weeks as I didn’t realize how much this sore tooth was affecting me. They offered general anesthesia or anti-anxiety but neither was necessary so I declined. Im not planning on needing more oral surgery or implants but if I did, 10/10 I would go here.

From the start they made me feel so comfortable and informed about everything - John really eased my mind and kept me in high spirits. Their positive attitude, timeliness and character make getting your wisdom teeth out a walk in the park. The front desk is so receptive with questions before and checking on you after! They send you home with a little goody bag to take care of yourself. Cannot say enough positive things about this place, it really made having my teeth out so easy. Recovery was easy! Positive experience: The dental staff and office staff are very pleasant and helpful in person. I received a wonderful reduction by paying by check. However, a prescription approved by the Dentist for antibiotics was not conveyed to my pharmacy. I checked with the Pharmacist. I had no discomfort from a previous impact completed by another Dentist. The procedure at this office was completed a week ago, and the area is still sore and very tender. I hope the Dentist will take these comments as intended: recommend tightening office procedures/follow through.

The lobby was also great with bottled water, coffee, and WiFi. And then the way the team worked together had a beautiful choreography. It was finished in no time. I had a great experience.

Fantastic experience: The Wellesley Oral Surgery and Implant Center did an awesome job managing my tooth extraction and implantation. Clearly a highly experienced team that walked me through every step ahead of time from booking to the actual surgical work. None of this kind of procedure is simple, but they know what they’re doing and I was constantly impressed with the way they planned out the process. They also have what I’m sure is the very latest high tech equipment… the stuff necessary to get the job done right. I can highly recommend them and will use Wellesley Oral Surgery and Implant Center again should I need similar work.

I was really pleased during my consult visit with Dr. Fahey explaining his suggestion for removing my wisdom teeth just by his knowledge and examining of my CT Scan, explaining what not to do the day before surgery, what to eat and not to eat, and the do’s and don’t s after surgery. He did a great job on my surgery and his staff were very helpful giving a bag with extra gauze pads and a couple ice packs.
