Fantastic experience: Appointment was super quick for a panoramic x ray and learned my son does not need his wisdom teeth removed!!! Staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly and the facility is very clean. Great experience and will recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: I needed to get a new Dentist due to changing Medical plans. Dr Nicole Magier Eisenberg was a great choice. She did a wonderful first job on cleaning and scaling my teeth and going over my x-rays during my first visit. As well as being very communicative and sensitive to any issues I might have or come up. Now my wife wants to come over as well.

Negative experience: Two weeks ago, I had a tooth filling with Dr. Majier. Despite the procedure, I still experienced throbbing pain. During my follow-up appointment, I discovered that the filling had touched the nerves, necessitating a root canal. This unfortunate incident has resulted in significant discomfort and financial losses for me. The experience was incredibly frustrating. Interestingly, the same doctor performed my cleaning that day. However, the front office failed to inform me that my hygienist, Stephanie, was unavailable. Since I had specifically booked a cleaning with her, I was left with Dr. Majier, who rushed through the procedure, causing me further discomfort. Overall, I am not satisfied with the current team at this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: My cleaning appointment occurred right in time with no waiting. Service was friendly and professional. They used new technology I'd never seen before with a scanning wand that painlessly created a 3D digital image of my teeth. My Delta Dental insurance was accepted with no co-pay and without having to pay the bill myself and then wait for the insurance company to mail me a check for less than I paid as I'd had to do at my old dentist. So glad I switched dentist.

They are Platinum membership plan is a really excellent way to save money. For me. It saved more than what my insurance would have covered.

Fantastic experience: I've recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist - it had been two years since I last saw a dentist. I live nearby so I started with a new patient exam and followed a week later with some dental work and a cleaning. Dr. Hojjati is such a kind, gentle doctor and communicates honestly and compassionately. I've never experienced this level of care before and her team - front desk, dental assistants, and dental hygienists - are absolutely wonderful. Everything is explained thoroughly and managed thoughtfully. I'm really glad that I decided to check them out and pursue dental care here.

Negative experience: Do not get aligners here, they do not have the expertise. They barely fixed the teeth I wanted fixing and created a new tooth gap. The aligner buttons left residue on my teeth that the dentist couldn’t manage to fully remove—I discovered elsewhere it was because she wasn’t doing it correctly. She also seemed annoyed I came back to have more removed that she missed. It was a highly regrettable experience that has permanently altered my teeth. Making matters worse, the dentist often isn’t present at appointments—this happened to me 3 times. They incessantly ask for Google reviews which is I assume to drown out all the negative ones on here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Annie at Natick Family Dental is amazing. I had two gum grafts done and couldn’t be happier with the results. Her expertise and care really show, and the whole team made me feel at ease. Additionally, my toddler has her teeth cleaned here, and the staff does a fantastic job engaging a hesitant toddler and making her feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Had a root canal and cap fitted 2 years ago, Just found out the root canal is falling apart causing inflammation, and the cap was not fitted properly. Need to have the work done all over again. Paid out of pocket too. Beware...

Fantastic experience: Dr. Annie was amazing at whT she does, she was also very kind and comforting. Her dental assistant made me feel at ease and coached me through the extraction so I had no surprises and gave me her relaxing vibes. All around great staff and for someone with dental anxiety I was in good hands. The nitrous was also a plus so I could get through the hour procedure including extraction, bone graft, and sutures.

Fantastic experience: As someone with dental anxiety, I avoided going to the dentist for much of my twenties and the longer I put it off, the harder it was to go back. Then I found Natick Family Dental. Now I look forward to my dentist appointments! Everyone I've met there is friendly, kind, and has made me feel comfortable since day one. Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist! I've been coming here for a few years, even though it's now about 45 minutes away. The staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and all-around cool people. Marissa did an excellent job with a cleaning, and Jillian was a wizard when it came to supporting Dr. Hajatti with some cavity work. Speaking of Dr. Hojjatti, she's the the best! Never had any issues with her work. (And I hear she's quite the singer, too!) I'll also throw in that they have TVs on the ceilings. Thanks y'all!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie is the goat hygienist, one of the few out there that really cares about my teeth. Been coming here for a couple years now. My last Natick dentist got too big too fast and it turned into the definition of pencil whipped. So nice to find someone who actually cares. The couple dentist I’ve dealt with have been nice and professional. …and I feel like VIP with the whole TV on the ceiling thing they’ve done.

Negative experience: NEVER in my life have I've dealt with a dentist office so unprofessional. They could CARELESS about your comfort, it's only about the money. They made me a follow up appointment for January, because that's when our dental insurance reboots. We have private insurance. They asked me for $400"plus just to reserve the appointment. Front desk staff is AWEFUL!!

Negative experience: Walked in here accidentally looking for my dentist. I'm so happy I was at the wrong dentist. They do not offer parking and all of the front office staff were rude to me especially the brunette on the end with the glasses. Save yourself the time and go down the street to Elite Dental of Natick where they offer free parking and have higher patient reviews.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Annie Amsalem is a wonderful DDS. I recently had a gum graft done with her at Natick Family Dental and while I must admit I was down a Reddit rabbit hole in the procedures' lead up, she made the process smooth and painless from start to finish. She even shared with me her phone # and told me to call or text her with any questions or concerns. She really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for reliable dental care.

Negative experience: The people were nice let me state that first. But this place is the biggest scam there is in dentistry. The gave me a bill I have insurance. 1000 to have a tooth pulled. I made 3 calls to other dentists and 2 of the 3 were cheaper with No Insurance at all. This place is an absolute disgrace for that. There are so many better priced places that can help you out much better or at worst the same or cheaper. Have a fantastic day. Hope this helps someone find a better dentist sooner.

Negative experience: Edited 1/16/2025: I have no idea what has happened to this office— it seems like an all new staff and potentially new corporate mgmt. They do not have insurance approval ready when you arrive, they are incredibly confused as though you hadn’t filled out documents in advance, they seemed surprised to see patients for scheduled appts, somehow. The front desk staff seems to struggle to do basic intake each time we’ve gone the past 4 months. It is incredibly frustrating to be seen by this office now. My daughter waited for 20 mins for insurance approval that we pre-sent in at their request. Then she was finally seen and they had scheduled her for a generic exam— we had gone to the ortho that morning to have her braces wires removed so she could have a filling done (that they scheduled an appt for). They asked her what tooth needed the filling and eventually sent her out the door with no filling. This was a waste of half my day due to a lack of proper coordination by the staff.

Positive experience: 4 1/2 stars This dental practice has many pluses: friendly competent dentists , hygienists and front desk people. The building is clean and full of new, state of the art equipment. Going to a dentist for cleaning is fun.

Fantastic experience: I visited Natick Family Dental in a mild crisis (popcorn gone wrong), and was so incredibly impressed by the hygienist’s (Leticia) and Dr. Islam’s kindness and efficiency. My discomfort was resolved and I am so grateful to them for their patient care!

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dental work, but Dr Bae put me at ease by explaining the procedure step by step in real time. It’s hard to find a good practice that offers sedation options, but this is one! Not that I’m looking forward to going back, but Natick Family Dental will be my first choice should I need dental work done in the future.

Negative experience: As a new (and now former) patient, they gave me wrong information about accepting my insurance. Too many better and honest dentists around today be playing that game.

Fantastic experience: Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy with appointment slots open when I needed. The staff, from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist were all so friendly. Office was bright and clean with a TV above the chair to watch while you are having your teeth cleaned. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Okay, as a young periodontitis patient, going to the dentist is not really fun. However, Natick Family Dental is so clean, friendly, and kind that I am more than happy to come back and honestly, the quality of the dental care is top notch. I can't recommend Dr. Islam enough. She does such a thorough job, tells me what to expect step by step, and when I leave, provides clear instructions so I know how I should maintain my dental care at home. She is also just so sweet!! But it's not just her. The front desk staff and hygienists are incredibly competent and overall just lovely people to be around!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Had a tooth extraction and requested laughing gas which they totally forgot and had to hook up last minute with a faulty connection so I had to move to another room. The dentist didn’t put at the right level so I had to keep asking for more because I could feel everything. One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: I called Natick Family Dental cold, after my own dentist realized a root canal (in progress) needed to be handled by an endodontist, and her specialist in Brookline wasn't available for over a week. NFD saw me for a consult immediately, even thought I had no prior connection to with the practice, and the procedure was done within 48 hours. Wonderful, caring professionals all the way around, efficient and friendly front end staff, plus a lovely, brand new facility... highly recommended for any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I was seen in the clinic earlier in the clinic for tooth pain, turns out i had an infected tooth/root canal. Dr. Bae was amazing and caring, laid out my options. I changed my mind and opted for an extraction. They were able to get me in the day I called. Juliana the dental hygienist was so sweet and caring. Kept checking in on me, and was so supportive. I was in so much pain. Dr. Annie was amazing, professional and laid out my options. The process was smooth and painless. I was given f/u information/instructions. Love this practice!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning, and I even received a reminder on the morning of the appointment.However, when I arrived on time, I was told that my appointment had been canceled. When I asked the front desk, they simply told me that my schedule had been canceled. I was very disappointed by how unorganized this was. I wasted my time for nothing.

Positive experience: The dental hygienist I see is very gentle and friendly and calming. She isn’t pushy about procedures either. I did get something cosmetic done and didn’t have the best results. I had to return when it fell off a week later. And then it stained easily and to fix the staining I have to redo it but I no longer have insurance so will have to pay out of pocket a few hundred dollars.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying: I hate dental work. I have serious paranoia about it, which has always made getting dental treatment incredibly difficult for me. That said, when my mouth is in pain, I push through because I know it’s necessary. This dental office, however, went above and beyond to make me feel at ease during an emergency root canal. The entire process was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. I am genuinely impressed with how they took the time to understand my fears, listened to my concerns, and developed a care plan that made me feel comfortable throughout. If you’re someone who dreads dental work like I do, I highly recommend this office. They truly know how to take care of even the most nervous patients.

Negative experience: I first came here because I needed to be seen quickly re a chipped back tooth.. long story short got fitted for a crown and given a temp. Temp fell out in 2 days, then went in to get the fitted crown. It was $600 and fell out in less than one week. Had to come back in and get refitted. Given another temp, which again fell out in just under 2 weeks. Finally months later got the (re) fitted crown. Seems to fit alright. Booked a cleaning bc of convenience and I showed up, was seated, and then waiting for 30 minutes in the chair before I was told they were going to have to reschedule due to lack of proper equipment.. safe to say I wouldn’t recommend this place. They are friendly people but they don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

Fantastic experience: Every experience we’ve had at Natick Family Dental has been great and today was no exception. Everyone from the office to the exam room made my daughter’s first teeth cleaning visit a total success! They explained everything in terms she could understand and then went slow and asked her permission before touching her teeth. She was laughing and learning about the process without even realizing it. Such an awesome way to build a good lifelong relationship with dental care!

The service I received there there was kind and caring. Folks at the front desk have been very patient and understanding. Dr. Annie is an amazing dentist. Having to dental work done still triggers my anxiety to troubling levels, but I have found a team that will support me.

The place was very clean, well decorated, friendly and even had a TV screen on the ceiling to distract me a little while in the chair. My hygienist Stephanie did a great thorough job and had a very comforting personality! And Dr. Rachana Vora was very honest and insightful and restored some faith in me that going to the dentist doesn’t have to be a daunting or traumatizing experience. I’m actually looking forward to going back and couldn’t recommend this place more!

Negative experience: If you are looking for just cleanings this is the perfect dentist’s office. They are new, clean and have high tec technology and the front desk staff is very friendly. If you are looking for major work to be done like a crown, be weary especially if you don’t have insurance. I purchased their dental package as I didn’t have insurance to help with the cost of a crown to be done. While being fitted for the permanent crown, they did not take a mold of my top teeth, just the bottoms. My temp crowns fell out numerous times while waiting for the permanent crown and when it finally arrived, they had to do many adjustments to it to make it fit instead of taking a new mold and sending it back out to make sure it fit correctly. Because of their lack of perp, the permanent crown popped out of my mouth 2 times during the first year and a half of having it (I was eating soft items). Having such bad luck with this dentist, and now being with a new dentist there as the first dentist had left, I switched back to my old dentist to get the permanent crown done correctly as I had lost confidence form my first experience at Natick. My old/current dentist said it was too short and not sized properly confirming my suspicion to begin with. When I reached out to Natick Dental, they referred me to Arnaoldo Santini as they are managed by a corporate company and don’t handle issues onsite. He did little to look into my situation and said they will not be refunding any of the costs for it. (I was just asking for them to pay the insurance cost in having it redone, not the entire cost which I paid out of pocket as I did not have insurance, they would still be making money). When I sent him notes from his own dentists at Natick, saying it was too short, he did not look into my case and stopped responding to my emails and calls. This is very unprofessional and discouraging they did not take accountability of their office not sizing it properly to begin with. I asked to be connected with the practice owner Rechana as I wanted a real Doctor to look at the notes and see the issue here and have still not heard from her (she was on vacation when I asked to be connected in August). This has been going on since June 2024 and is very disappointing they won’t take any accountability for their shoddy work. While reading reviews, refer to YELP for more accuracy on the practice as google has many suspicious 5-star reviews for a small dental firm. Yelp reviews have similar experiences as I have with crowns just falling out around the same time, hinting it may have been the doctor around that time who has now left.

Fantastic experience: Great office located directly in downtown Natick. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. Doctor was so friendly and knowledgeable, best Hygienists I have ever experienced so detailed and also informative. A fantastic experience, would highly recommend anyone to visit Natick Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Bae had to redo a fill in that was not properly done by another Doctor. I had a plan to seek a 2nd opinion somewhere else but I trusted Dr.Bae to redo the filling, she is very experienced and very good with her Patients, she restored my filling, I feel great and glad I trusted her to redo the filling.

Fantastic experience: I brought my elderly father into Natick Family Dental for an urgent issue. Dr. Bae's level of care exceeded all expectations. Truly. My Dad's case required extensive follow-up and Dr. Bae was exceptionally thoughtful & reliable. Wow!

Fantastic experience: 10 Stars! I’ve had 2 occasions where I was needed to be seen immediately and they were able to accommodate me. The first time they were nice enough to find me an opening at a different office. Everyone has been very helpful and understanding. The staff is great and Dr. Vora is exceptional!! Highly recommend!
