Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter had her fourth dentist appointment ever. They were fabulous with making her feel comfortable! Hygienist Lea showed my daughter all of the instruments and let her touch them and hear them before using them on her! She even got to pick the flavor toothpaste!! Throughout the cleaning, Lea engaged with my daughter and explained things to her when she asked questions. When Dr. Russ came in to do her examination, she praised my daughter and offered her two choices from the prize bin! My daughter was beaming! As a child, my mom always tricked me into coming to the dentist and it became something I feared. I didn’t want that experience for my daughter. She loves going to the dentist! When we got to the car, my daughter said to me, “This is the best day ever.” If you are looking for a dentist who is transparent, extremely skilled, invested, cautious but realistic, and has a positive and friendly personality, Dr Russ is for you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Elizabeth Russ for the past seven years and can’t say enough about her gentle and caring way in which she has treated me! She has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, especially in times of emergencies! Three weeks ago, I suffered extensive damage to my front teeth as I had been cruelly assaulted in a supermarket parking lot. My front teeth were so badly traumatized that I have needed to see Dr. Russ for immediate attention! I can’t tell you the comfort and reassurance I experienced once seated in Dr. Russ’ office. Her staff is so wonderfully helpful that you automatically feel as if you are in the company of family and friends! As luck would have it, Dr. Russ had a jam-packed day on that fateful day, but worked me in thanks to some wonderful patients who made allowances for emergencies! Her calming voice and expertise worked miraculously on someone who was suffering greatly from pain, fear, and gruesome memory of having been savagely robbed and left bleeding in a supermarket parking lot. Now as Dr. Russ is helping to restore my smile, I find myself counting down the days until my next visit! God bless this wonderful lady – she truly is one in a million!!!

Brenda at the front desk has been there for more than 4 decades. That says it all! Now I travel 3 hours each way to see her and her excellent team. Never any pain with Dr Russ. Then 9 years ago, at the age of 54 I found Dr. Russ. She changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I am going to say it. Navigating my daughter's situation is tricky and i am very grateful to feel like we are in such good hands.

She and her staff take time explaining everything that is going on in your mouth and when problems arise the explain your options and help you make a clear decision on how to move forward. My daughter had been to other practices and developed dental phobia. Not here! They have a picture of her smiling from her first visit. She never minds coming here. My husband had been with this dental practice (in one form or another) since he was a child and won't go anywhere else. We love them and highly recommend them for all ages and concerns! *Note: We moved 7 years ago and I still travel an hour because their service is worth it. I’ll stick with them no matter what.
