Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency on a Saturday afternoon, and Dr. McGough and her team were kind enough to fit me in before an important event. They were so caring and made sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout my root canal. Dr. McGough even called afterward to check on me, which meant so much. I truly appreciate the kindness and excellent care I received. Highly recommend Dr. McGough and her wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: They were great, made you feel comfortable and explained the procedure as they were doing it. I was very nervous but they were very good and I had no pain at all during or after procedure.

Fantastic experience: Best place if you need a root canal, the receptionist Taylor was very welcoming and kind. The dental assistant( sorry I forgot her name was exceptional as well. Dr Gorham was just the best, very kind and kept me informed every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Dr McGough is friendly, professional, empathetic and kind. She saw me emergently and started the RCT process. The front desk staff Nancy and Taylor, and her assistant Sainabou, are all top notch, and assests to the Endodontic Care team.

Positive experience: The people who did the procedure were so kind and communicative. I have already began recommending people to come here for their root canals. I felt no pain the whole time and I felt very taken care of. However, I found the person at the front desk to be pretty rude. I didn’t appreciate that, especially since I was feeling nervous going into this already. The younger woman at the front was very kind and attentive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My entire experience with Endodontic Care in Dedham couldn’t have been better. I called on a Saturday in somewhat of a panic and they got me in on Monday. The associate on the phone was amazing. Dr Gorham and her assistant were kind, soothing and let me know what they were doing throughout. This is my place now if I ever need a root canal.

The dentist went into detail about the procedure options and we discussed them. He went to work on the tooth in question and then we further discussed other options. I was referred to an oral surgeon. I would recommend Endodontic Care of Norwood.

Fantastic experience: Amazingly thoughtful and professional care, great explanation for the options for my (very) cracked tooth from Dr. Gorham, including a perfect run through with my wife via speakerphone. Mine was an incredibly painful emergency case that is now on the right path. Staff also amazing and empathic. Kali (I believe she sits at the front desk) called me the following morning to check on me to see how I was doing (Dr. Gorham said someone would call but I am nonetheless impressed by the 9 am on the dot precision). They’ve also become an advocate for me to expedite a needed follow-on oral surgery procedure and Kali has been a great help. Dr Gorham inspires a ton of confidence, clearly has excellent clinical judgment and was very thoughtful about how I was feeling as she worked on my tooth. Also, the least uncomfortable injections of numbing meds of all times! The quality of care is good enough to be from another planet, but I am certainly glad they are on this one :) Thanks so much :)
