Positive experience: My experience was not so good. With periodontal disease , which I told them! Upon initial visit. I only saw the Dentist that time and after I went for my deep scale cleaning, by a nice hygienist every 3 months. My 2nd time to see the Dentist! He informed me. I quote! Your teeth are Rotten! I asked rotten? He said Rotten! And he said and those silver fillings you have back there are gonna fall out too! It was humiliating and depressing. If I was a professional. I might have said Decayed. It’s been wearing on me since then. I asked originally do I have cavities. I was told I quote. We don’t do it that way. It’s either periodontal or cavities I was confused ?? Wouldn’t you be

Negative experience: Kaitlyn the receptionist is rude and doesn’t know how to treat people. She kept rolling her eyes at me I thought they were going to get stuck like that! When you work with the public you need to be well taught how to treat people. I love my dentist and the other receptionist is super awesome .You just have to get past the rude one in the front to make it to the nice ones in the back. I can’t believe more people haven’t complained on this girl. You’re the first face people see when they walk in . You’re supposed to have a good attitude with EVERYONE you come in contact with be professional!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had many dentists in my life. Dr. Do is, hands-down, the best! He is very accommodating & compassionate. I have an extremely rare (one in a million) neurological/neuromuscular, central nervous system disease called Stiff Person Syndrome and he is constantly asking if I’m okay, need a break, and letting me know what is happening next during my procedures, which is important & appreciated- because I have hyperreflexia & startle easy which induces muscular spasms & contractions.

Fantastic experience: We went for the first time today and they were wonderful. My daughter saw Dr Do. He did a thorough exam and talked with me about the treatment plan, which was thousands less than we had been quoted by our previous dentist. The office was beautiful and the entire staff was friendly! Highly recommend!

I had a piece of my tooth fall off in the middle of the night, I called like 15 different dentist trying to find anyone that would take my insurance and get me in quick but no one could get me in until JULY, finally I called Sandefer Dental, they took my insurance (medicaid) and was able to get me in with in the hour! I was called back very quickly and the staff was absolutely amazing! I wasnt able to get a babysitter in that short of a time so I had my 9 month old son with me. He started getting cranky once they started working on my mouth and I wasnt able to calm him BUT the staff stepped up quick and took care of him for him! The Dentist was super sweet and did an AMAZING job on the repair! I was in and out in about an hour! Thank you so much to the Sandefer family! I will never go to another dentist office and HIGHLY recommended Sandefer to anyone looking for a very friendly and caring Dentist office!

Fantastic experience: I have to leave a review bc I am honestly the most terrified of dentist and would be very blunt on my experience. He & his staff was (HONESTLY) very patient with my anxiety and all my questions. He was very gentle (as he could be anyway) and he explained to me my choices not once but I made him change the projected plan twice and He didn’t seem agigitated or made me feel like I was wasting his time. Honestly it didn’t feel like I had just met him and his staff for the first time, it was very relaxed! He didnt give off the Usual (DENTIST VIBE). Although I was petrified I felt as comfortable as I could have been and plan on using him as my Dentist as long as possible! Oh and his prices aren’t out of this world either! ++++ Reccommend

Negative experience: They pulled my husband's tooth knowing he is prescribed Suboxone and gave him pain meds. He stopped the Suboxone to be able to make the pain meds work. Then when we get to the pharmacy they give me his pain medicine that he needs and took it back and gave him Ibuprofen because the pharmacist said so. It should have just been the doctor order not the pharmacy especially when you have surgery.
