Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Chisolm since he assumed Dr. Naul's practice. I had a crown installed yesterday and was prepared to pay the quoted price. I was impressed that Dr. Chisolm told Darlene that "I didn't have to do a build-up, so this will save a few dollars" on the bill. Only an honest man would do something like that since I wouldn't have known otherwise. I'm also happy that Darlene, who was with Dr. Naul for many years, is a part of the Chisolm team.

Fantastic experience: When I left the dentist’s office this morning, I texted my wife to tell her what a great job she did choosing Dr. Chisholm. The office was an excellent choice. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive. I genuinely feel like they’re there to take care of me — and they truly do.

Fantastic experience: My dentist died shortly after an extraction. Dr. Chisholm came to my rescue to check the area and tell me what to expect with the further healing. He also checked another tooth that I was afraid I had broken at the time the extracted tooth was broken. Very efficient and very reassuring that all would be ok.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Amanda, was awesome. She was funny, compassionate and professional as was Dr. Chisholm and all of the staff. It is obvious that the staff is very happy with their workplace.

Negative experience: I wasted $500 like an idiot thinking a dentist could do Botox when he said he could. I wanted it to make eyes more open, where I didn’t look sleepy all the time as I know I’ll never get rid of all my wrinkles and stated that. Instead, it made my eye droop so badly I can’t even put mascara on He said that happens sometimes Why didn’t you tell he tell me that before I did it and why didnt that happen with the other doctor? You should be able to determine the results before you inject somebody with something He said he MAY could fix it for $80 more and I said why would I waste any more money, not knowing the outcome. He said well I guess we’re done then. He asked where the other doctor injected Botox and I didn’t remember exact spot. That’s his job to know. I had it done at a doctors office at the beginning of summer and it made it so I didn’t look tired all the time. I’m so disappointed in someone that I trusted I just feel like I threw $500 in the trash to look worse than I did before I went. I don’t have that kind of money to throw around.

Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist- but l love Dr. Chisolm and his staff. He and his staff are friendly and accommodating putting me at ease. You feel welcome the moment you step into the office. They are all professional and caring. Dr. Chisolm practice dentistry with integrity and professionalism. He is also very compassionate, attentive and kind. He does not rush you. He listens well and answer your questions. Appointment scheduling is excellent. You don’t have to wait-when you walk in they are calling you to the back in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit! This was my 2nd cleaning, and it was done by a different hygienist than the first. However this hygienist was just as friendly and thorough as the first! After the cleaning she sat by and we had a delightful conversation about my favorite topic…..food, as we waited for Dr.Chisolm . Dr. Chisolm came in not long after, with his unchanging professional and friendly demeanor. He examined my teeth and gums, asked a few questions, then allowed me to leave. I always enjoy my visits to this dental office! Their consistent attention to my comfort, their professionalism and genuine friendliness, will keep me as a satisfied patient!!

Dr. Chisholm and Staff!! 2/18/2025 great dentist and staff. Painless filling, friendly, caring staff. Couldn’t ask for better! 9/9/2025 Crown replacement was all but painless. Dr. Chisolm has a great personality, friendly, checks frequently to make sure you’re doing alright. A couple of weeks ago, he did a root canal, which went well. Apparently thought it was extensive enough to possibly cause some pain. He called me that evening to make sure I was doing ok and to see if I needed anything. He’s a great guy and a fantastic, skilled dentist that knows his stuff. His dental assistant, Darlene, well, what can I say? She knows her stuff and keeps things running smoothly while assisting Dr. Chisholm. She is also up-to-date on all the current dental terminology. She’s the best!!

Fantastic experience: Emailed them after hours regarding teeny tiny chips in my teeth and the staff called a few days later to set me up an appointment. She informed me that I would need an exam to see what was going on and that she couldn't give me pricing over the phone. I arrived and completed paperwork and was seen promptly. I stated my issue, Dr. Chisholm took a look and said "want to knock this out right now?" I replied "Why yes, I do!" He works quickly, but it did not come off as hasty - I was in and out in 30 minutes. Would happily recommend to anyone needing dental work - you can tell by the little things that this is an efficiently ran practice. I was self pay as well and happy with the pricing.

There’s no doing unnecessary procedures on you, telling you that you have cavities or need a crown when you don’t, etc. They are so gentle and honest. Fantastic experience: There are no shortages of dentists in Baton Rouge and I have visited a number of them. Some are better than others; some have prioritized their quantity & growth over service and personal attention. While growth is necessary, there should be a balance. Dr. Chisolm is hands down the best all around dentist I have ever been a patient of. Not only did he correct a complicated implant issue, he personally contacted the overseas doctor that did my initial procedure to confirm implant reference numbers to ensure correctness. There are few if any dentists in Baton Rouge that would take the time to contact an international location to ensure their patients receives what they need. For caring, calming demeanor, and attention to detail, one cannot do better than Dr. Brian Chisolm, in my opinion. Oh, and on top of all of that, he still has surprisingly reasonable prices. Go visit Dr. Chisolm and your dental stressing will be over.

They take care of you like your the most important patient and constantly do everything to make sure that you’re comfortable and free of pain. Very competent dentist and friendly staff. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! Also Dr Chisholm always calls that night to check on me after a procedure to make sure that I’m ok. That’s pretty awesome!
