Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience from start to finish at Model Dentistry Greenwell Springs in Central. I came in today for a dental cleaning and exam; and the entire process was seamless, efficient, and comfortable. The office was also very clean! The front desk team was so helpful and efficient with communicating with me to get my appoint scheduled; and they took care of all of my dental insurance needs, which made everything incredibly easy. Robin and Kenlee were both wonderful! They were both friendly and professional; and they made my cleaning one of the most comfortable dental cleanings I have ever had. It was exceptional to say the least. Dr. Wise is an amazing dentist, with incredible bedside manner. He was thorough during my exam, and he explained everything clearly to make sure that I understood my dental health and treatment options. The entire team provided exceptional care from front to back; and I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a professional and caring dental office.

Fantastic experience: Had an old filling removed and a temporary crown placed today by Dr Wise. He and his assistant were the best. My teeth are very crowded so this was difficult. They were so patient and explained all throughout. I had no pain during or after the procedure. Would recommend to everyone. PS: The front desk crew are the best as well!!

Positive experience: I came in just for a check-up/cleaning, my appointment was at 2:20pm I arrived at 2:15pm, I did not get pulled back until 2:47pm, got my teeth cleaned, and sat in the chair until 4:26pm until the dentist came in. Staff was super friendly and nice, but sitting for that amount of time was super frustrating and I was ready to leave. Didn’t leave the office until 4:55pm.

Fantastic experience: Surprise!!!! They took care of me!!! I was experiencing bad pain because of an infected tooth. I was seen in one day, and have fallen in love with this dentistry!! Fantastic experience: January 2026 edit: I wish I could give this place 10 stars! After being up all night in pain from a broken tooth, I called at 8am to see if they had any openings for today. I was in the chair by 8:20. Nobody enjoys extractions but the great staff here made it as painless as possible! My son recently aged out of pediatric dentistry so I was looking close to home for a general dentist for him. I have driven by Model Dentistry daily for almost two years so I decided to take a chance on them for his care. From the front desk to the ladies taking xrays, they were all very kind. The star of the show was Dr. Wise. He was wonderful with my teen and explained things well in a way he could understand and answered all his questions with kindness and a smile. Even though my teen will need a filling in a few weeks, Dr. Wise put him so much at ease that he is not worried or anxious.

Fantastic experience: This entire dental office has been absolutely wonderful!!! I never have to wait too long, even when they have had to work me in. Dr Wise is very knowledgeable and thorough, never seems to be in a hurry. All of the staff are very pleasant and kind. I even had to have 2 teeth pulled and he didn’t have to send me out to someone else. He did them right there in the office and I didn’t feel any pain when he was working on them. I would give 10 stars if I could! I wish all medical offices could be this way.
