Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional on a concerning level. When I can hear staff using racially motivated slurs in the back, that ensures I’ll never go back. I couldn’t believe it, or make sense of how that is, evidently, allowed.

Negative experience: The dental hygienist “ Sarah” is very racist. She should not be allowed in people mouths with such a dark spirit. She then told me she was a “black woman” and I am a black patient myself which o thought was very weird and it made me extremely uncomfortable. She got away with this a lot and HR does nothing about it.

Fantastic experience: I love it there, they all have respect for the people that are walking through the door, and just that says a lot to me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Booty was very gentle with my extractions. He also handled the anesthetic shots precisely. I didn't feel them. The experience was exactly as he described it would be.

Negative experience: The service here is the most horrible I've received in a long time. I wish there was a zero star option. The imaginary discount is not worth the experience you get here!

Negative experience: (1)The dentist assistant that assisted me seen me as a problem individual when I asked her to wipe off the exray equipment and the head rest on the chair in the exam room with disinfectant wipes before I use it.....I was making sure everything was sanitized and she actually had an issue....I was willing to do it myself and she still got really upset.... (2) I had already told 3 representatives in that office that I needed my wisdom tooth removed at least 3 times before my visit... They waited until I spent $129, for the dentist to tell me she doesn't pull wisdom teeth because it's complicated.... (3) The exiting clerk was speaking about my dentist plans sooo loudly, everyone had turned around to see what was going on, I had to ask her to speak in a softer voice.

Fantastic experience: There was no long wait. The reception desk girl couldn’t have been any nicer. The tech that worked with the doctor during my procedure was kind explained everything I asked, and the doctor was really great as well was a great experience, as well as a getting three teeth drilled down can be.

Fantastic experience: Love them! I received them really quick!!!! 1st pic are my natural teeth. 2nd & 3rd are my full grill at the top, and partial at the bottom. They made sure they fit and I was comfortable!

Fantastic experience: The guy who rides the race bike : Dr. Leslie is awesome. The entire staff is nice and the office is state of the Art. My old Dentist sucked, compared to this. And comparably , they are affordable. So the name fits.

Positive experience: The hygienist was very polite and professional. But, they don’t explain things like today is going to be a dental hygiene evaluation rather than saying “ you have a dental cleaning scheduled.” Everything appears to be underhanded.

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting this office. Had to find new dentist since moving to Louisiana. Staff was so nice, personable. I am a people person, so it was great to have same kind of personalities there. Had x rays, found out I have an abscess under my lower bridge. Dr Booty is awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable, will be going in next month to get this fixed. I knew something was wrong as it was a little painful in that area. I had a cleaning done, it too was a good experience. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants a kind, friendly dental staff. Made appointment for my husband too. Thank you guys, you are all great. ❤️

Fantastic experience: The staff and specialist Dr Innis did a very good job identifying the problem and providing a detail plan to get a tooth pulled and install 2 implants. The cost was a lot cheaper than 2 other places that I had gotten a price from. Because of the pain I was in on the first visit to just to get a pricing, the Dr Innis used his lunch break to work me into their schedule. I went back a couple of weeks later and had the stitches removed. My gums and bone were healing very well. After about 6 month and several visits, I finally had my last visit today. The implants were ratcheted in and Dr Innis took the time and extra care to make sure the bite was correct. If I to every need another implant, I will definitely go back to see him.

Negative experience: My husband had the worst experience there, that I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. They are incompetent and uncaring. The dentures they sold us are horrendous!! He said it was the most acute pain he has ever experienced.

That’s because this is Not your typical dentist visit, this is like having a dentist in the family, and hygienist as friends! They are all so nice, friendly and supportive. Negative experience: If I could put 0- stars I would. Whoever is fixing the lower partial denture's doesn't know what he's doing because after all the fittings the lower partial doesn't even go on the gum period, it's to small. Today was my 5th visit...I'm not happy..I asked for my money back and called my insurance company so they could investigate. They not ligit on dentures. I probably call the attorney general's office and the bbb and consumer protection to tell them about their business practices. RUN, STOP, DON'T GO. Dentures will not turn out right with the person in their lab. Speaking on my experience with Affordable Smiles.

Negative experience: When it came to BBC getting my meds it was so hard to getting them. They kept telling my husband that they was sending them in and never did. Which made it hard on me because I had 2 teeth pulled and wasn’t feeling well after the procedure & I get rude when I don’t feel good especially when I’m dopey.

Fantastic experience: I neglected my teeth for years and also have a fear of going to the dentist. The entire front office, Dr. Juban and Dr Billy made me feel like I was family. I needed a bunch of work done and they helped put a treatment plan and payment plan together that was a God send. Explained everything in detail and nothing but good vibes. True professionals. These are good people that genuinely care and are doing it the right way. I am grateful that places like this still exist to help others be the best version of themselves! All love.

Fantastic experience: I visited Affordable Dental to be assessed after losing temporary crown and implant screw. My personal dentist wasn't available and due to me having heart surgery 4 weeks ago, I didn't know if my the bone would close. The gum had already closed in a short span of time. Dr. B reassured me that the bone would not close. This was such a relief to me. I have another 2 months post surgery before I can continue with my implant procedure. I was impressed with the doctor and staff. I felt like I was familiar with them as I am at my Dental office, felt like family. I would recommend Affordable Dentist to others.

Fantastic experience: From the second I called this place they have been so helpful. I've called several other dentist offices and no other one acted as helpful as this one. The lady that answered the phone actually looked into my insurance and suggested my options right away. I was able to get in quickly. The young lady who cleaned my teeth, the actual dentist,manager Brittany,& every single other lady I spoke with at this office have been so amazing and patient with me. I HIGHLY recommend !

Negative experience: Dr. Booty tried to scam me. Went back to my old dentist after they tried to set up a $1250 dental treatment plan for a root and scaling. I knew something was fishy because I’ve been taking extra good care of my teeth and gums. My old dentist said my periodontal disease was under control and got better and there was no inflammation or bleeding. Tried to scam me, disgraceful.

Negative experience: I went in today because they chipped my gold upon delivery. Dr.Booty and Alex was aware. They told me to come back and I would have no problems.But boy was they wrong it was two workers that saw me one black and one white so when they saw my dentures there were behind me saying I didn’t get them from their and they were the wrong dentures.But low and behold I paid 1687and how can this belong to someone else these people are a joke they try to treat you nice until the service is complete but after that you are just a number this is my second time coming here and I’m sorry I did .And I recommend a friend and the messed her up to. And the dentures looks and feels very cheap or material but they try to ensure me that it will be ok .this is very poor service. The way that treat you after

Fantastic experience: Hey this Kayla B my very first initial visit there price was reasonable with x-ray, I came to them and they took care of my needs made sure a teeth abscess was handle… Dr Juban is very amazing she is loving handle u with care her and the assistants the front desk Mrs Lindsey and Madison was very nice to me, Also today she made sure they went beyond to answer any, and every question I had they wanted to make sure this didn’t spread further a teeth abscess in the back after braces was removed a 1month ago.. Hey we talking about how amazing Dr Juban who did my RootCanal on a teeth that had been killing me had me so in pain and she did my fillings, and provided me with antibiotics and pain medicine until I see her again….But if u thinking of a dentist familyDr Juban please don’t hesitate to try them, very caring, very knowledgeable, and most definitely professional dentist Dr juban who love what she does in treating me right !!!☺️love how they treated me and will definitely be back for my other cleaning @ Affordable Dental☺️and how clean the office is as well also!!

Negative experience: The staff rude. Smile stars have way more patients(mainly kids) in their office everyday and still some how manage to be calm polite respectful and patience. I wouldn’t take a stray dog here if the services was free for animals. I wouldn’t recommend nobody here unless you wanna wait all day to be seen. Yes I was seen here yes I experienced a long wait.

Negative experience: It had been a while since I had seen a dentist. I found this one and everyone was really nice so no complaints there. I was told I had 4-5 cavities which was a shock to me because I take really, really good care of my teeth. The dentist filled two and I’ve never experienced pain like that from a filling before. I couldn’t eat on that side of my mouth for MONTHS, almost a whole year later! I tried to go back after a while to see what was wrong, I sat in the office for over an hour waiting to be seen, just to be seen for 10 minutes (maybe!) and be told everything was fine and the pain would go away. It took several months after for it to finally go away on its own. I recently found a new dentist to see if I needed to get my other 2 cavities filled, and of course I don’t have any!!! I wonder if I had them at all… Also I believe the female dentist who filled my cavities did them horribly!! I still have a slight hole in my tooth where it didn’t fill all the way!! I worked in a dentist office in the past, this was just not great service at all.

Fantastic experience: I used to dread going to the dentist, bc my old dentist and most of the staff were inconsiderate at best, or down right rude. After switching to Affordable Smiles about a year ago, I now feel great going to my dental appointment. Everyone here is super friendly and supportive. They go over everything that they find, and explain it all in detail, and in a manner that You will understand. Then… They allow You to make Your choice of which option is best for You!!! They are never trying to up sale You with procedures! I highly recommend ASBR to anyone that needs a great dental practice!!!
