Fantastic experience: From the initial call to schedule the appointment the staff was nice and pleasant and pretty much answered my questions over the phone. I expressed my dislike of visiting the dentist and horrible experiences from The past. I can say the staff had that same nice energy when I visited in person and I received so much information on my treatment plan. Oh yeah I have to gloat about the pink rose I was able to choose. Overall I’m impressed and can’t wait until my next visit

Positive experience: The greatest compliment Fruge’ can receive from me is Ms Janice the office manager over 20 years. She always makes sure I am cared for and all questions answered before and after treatment. The office is flexible and always accommodating as much as possible. Dr Fruge’ and now his son have been my dentist for years. Their service and atmosphere are second to none. The atmosphere is great. The office is professional. My hygienists are fast and reliable, very professional and do a great job job. I can only recall one cleaning that did not feel excellent in over 18 years. That hygienist is no longer working with the office. Fruge’ dentistry has always been a great visit.

Fantastic experience: Don’t waste your time anywhere else! Having moved from out of town, I was looking for a new dentist. My first visit to another dentist resulted in a recommendation for thousands of dollars of dental work. I had been seeing my old dentist faithfully every six months for 20 years: there was no way I needed that much work done. On a friend’s recommendation I went to see Dr. Fruge—his staff was pleasant, and efficient and the hygienist had a very gentle touch! Dr. Fruge didn’t find any problems and welcomed me back in 6 months!

PAINLESS Dentists, No pain during the multiple procedures that I have had with both Dr.'s Farrell Wonderful experiences on multiple visits for a crown & teeth cleaning. What other dentist office has fresh baked cookies for you after your visit and that cookie aroma fills the office. It smells like home not a dentist office. Great dental care in a home like setting.

Fantastic experience: When I went in to get my root canals, they were excellent about pain management. My first one went seamlessly on the right side of my mouth, but the left side was giving me trouble, the infection was worse and the numbing was wearing off faster than normal. I felt comfortable telling them about my pain, and they made efforts to remedy it every time. I swear they gave me about 6 injections in my left side, but they didn’t complain about me using their whole lidocaine supply, they were genuinely concerned about my comfort. Dr Frugé went out of his way to massage my gums to relieve the infection, and painlessly emptied an abscess that was causing a lot of pain. Definitely recommend!

My dental exam was very thorough and I was given all the information I needed to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I was even given a little gift bag, welcoming me to this practice. Both of the doctors take extreme pride and ownership in their work and settle for nothing less than the best. The dental hygienists are personable, efficient, and precise while giving out helpful at-home tips for gum and teeth care. The assistants are the best I’ve seen anywhere because it’s like they’re in every room all at once! They’re knowledgeable, reassuring, and hilarious to talk to. The front office staff is considerate and approachable while handling all check in/out needs professionally. The whole place is so wonderfully close knit that you can tell everyone not only loves their work, but truly loves being there with the people around them. If I could give higher than a 5 star, then I would. But don’t just take my word for it, check them out yourself!

Fantastic experience: If we made a list of things we don't want to do, going to the dentist is at the top. I think for most of us, it is the memories of how going to the dentist made us feel. Who can forget the scolding about not flossing correctly or the condescending tone of the dentist explaining everything we did wrong . You left the dentist feeling shamed and humiliated and so you just skip that follow up appointment because, seriously, who wants to deal with that? The dental problems got worse but, honestly, you just deal with it because it is better than the idea of going back in for round two. If that is you- I am here to tell you I have found the answer. For all of us who have experienced this "dentist trauma", these are your people. Everyone from the dentist to every single staff member in this office exhibit genuine kindness. They don't spend time discussing every unnecessary detail about how you got there, rather how they can help to get you better whether that be repair or dentures. They do it all. They take time to explain everything so there are no surprises and they go at your pace. They know your name. They care how you are doing. I don't even know what all their job titles are because they all just help each other and you can just tell that they all genuinely like each other. The entire atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. The ladies that handle the billing are top notch. They are led by Ms Janice who is the insurance guru. Don't even bother calling your insurance and fighting with them- just turn her loose. She's got your back. She also gives you warm cookies at the end of the visit which I admittedly look forward to. So, give them a try. Start small. Schedule a cleaning and you will see for yourself. Once you go there you will never go anywhere else. Never again do you have to subject yourself to being treated with anything but respect. These people get it. They are all doing exactly what they are meant to do and it shows.
