Positive experience: I'm not a fan of getting a new hygienist every time I come in. This last one I had to clean my teeth was not personable at all.

Fantastic experience: My name is Melissa Dunn I am a new patient. First of all my impeccable experience started last year. The most unique touch was when the Dr called me to welcome me to the office for the 1st time. The office started off with a big bang upon my first walking into the office with four of the most dynamic personalities. All smiling and showing a welcoming attitude. I cant remember the first dental assistant name but she was spectacular. I met Dr. Elliott and felt at home and at peace. With the confidence that I was going to really be happy with my dental work. Upon Tuesday I went into the office for my work to start . I must speak of the young lady at the front desk. I had a balance due the young lady personality never changed she treated me with respect as she patiently took my payment. I was soon to be blessed with another dental assistant please forgive me for forgetting her name but she was detailed ,confident and knowledgeable about her job. She showed a concern about my comfort as well as my knowledge of what was going to happen within my procedure. I am so very pleased with Dr. Elliot his chair side manners are dynamic. His indeptness of details of my procedures were very comforting. I want to encourage the entire staff to continue expressing such wonderful services for the new as well as the established patients. I will continue to recommend Model Dentistry to everyone I meet.

She set the tone for the entire visit, and the office absolutely did not disappoint. My daughter was experiencing a severe TMJ flare-up, and they got us in immediately. Every single member of the team was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to comfort my daughter, who was visibly in pain. Dr. Raborn provided thoughtful guidance, real solutions, and so much reassurance. We left feeling incredibly grateful — and hopeful that she’ll be back to herself soon. We are truly thankful for this entire team! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Upon first entering the office for my check-in, Dana at the window welcomed me with a *smile* & was friendly and kind. The waiting area was very clean & comfortable. Then when I got in my patient chair I felt very comfortable with Sally who took my xrays of a problem tooth that had some sensitivity (my main focus for my appt) - she was very professional & kind. Dr. Raborn was very kind as well as thorough & professional and treated my issue with the most probable solution after examination. Becca was very sweet & helpful with the billing & payment process and Catherine was also very kind with the check-out process. My WHOLE experience there was GREAT from beginning to end and I’m happy to express my appreciation to this team of professionals! ♥️

On top of that, I’m pregnant, and he took extra precautions to make sure everything was safe for me and my baby. I dreaded every appointment days leading up to cleanings etc. so today when I decided to see Dr. Raborn I was surprised and so satisfied with how my visit went. Sallie is great and made me feel so comfortable and well as Dr. Raborn. He validated my concerns and feelings and talked me through the whole visit and evaluation, and so did sallie. Not one moment felt scary or uncomfortable for me besides my toothache that I came with. Fantastic experience: I have always been terrified of the dentist since I was a little girl. I had many mouth surgeries when I was young and back then dentists weren’t exactly pleasant. Needless to say, as an adult I made the awful decision to not go to the dentist until one day I had to (cavity pain). I went to see Dr Raborn. The best decision I ever made. When I tell you I shake from fear when I sit in that chair, I literally fear I will vibrate out the chair. It’s rather embarrassing but I can’t help it. Dr Raborn and his staff go out their way to make me feel as comfortable as I possibly can and I am so appreciative of that. I highly recommend Model Dentistry. PS Dr Raborn’s humorous jokes and conversations are entertaining and help you forget the fact you are in a dentist office. Thank you Dr Raborn and staff for taking the time to set my mind at ease vs other dentist offices in the surrounding area who either ignore the fact or just don’t care about the fact that people actually do have a phobia of going to the dentist. I will never change dentists. I have been a loyal patient for at least 15 years.
